S304、禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，控制门锁为解锁状态，并提示用户远程控制功能关闭,要开启需重新设置,进入步骤S306；
S305、保持门锁为闭锁状态，并提示用户门锁不满足解锁条件，进入步骤S306；
S306、控制结束。
优选的，所述的洗衣机包括有下洗涤筒和设置在下洗涤筒顶部的上洗涤筒，所述的洗衣机接收到智能终端的远程控制请求后，根据上洗涤筒和/或下洗涤筒的门盖的状态授权或禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，并在禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机时/后，提示用户获取授权所需执行的操作；
优选的，所述的洗衣机接收到智能终端的远程控制请求后，根据下洗涤筒的门盖的状态授权或禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，并在禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机时/后，提示用户获取授权所需执行的操作。
在上述方案中,下洗涤筒位置低，是安全防范区，因此，本发明中，所述的洗衣机接收到智能终端的远程控制请求后，根据下洗涤筒的门盖的状态授权或禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，该设计更加合理，保障了洗衣机和用户的安全。
优选的，所述的智能终端可向洗衣机发送远程控制请求，所述的远程控制请求需在洗衣机端确认授权；
或，所述的洗衣机通过洗衣机端直接输入远程控制请求，洗衣机根据门盖的状态授权或禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机。
优选的，所述的洗衣机在洗衣机端或同时在洗衣机端及智能终端通过语音和/或文字信息提示用户；
优选的，所述的洗衣机包括有显示屏，所述的洗衣机至少通过该显示屏显示文字信息提示用户。
优选的，所述的显示屏为触控显示屏，所述的洗衣机还通过触控显示屏弹出供用户选择是否确认所述的的文字信息的对话框；
优选的，该对话框显示有“确定”或“知道了”字样，所述的洗衣机检测到用户选择所述的字样，则关闭所述的提示。
优选的，所述的洗衣机在接收到远程控制请求后，通过显示屏显示请求本机端授权的确认信息，洗衣机检测到用户确认所述的确认信息后，检测所述的门盖状态，并根据门盖的状态授权或禁止授权智能终端远程洗衣机，当洗衣机禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机时/后，洗衣机和/或智能终端提示用户获取授权所需执行的事件。

本发明中，所述的洗衣机可授权/禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，所述的洗衣机接收到智能终端的远程控制请求后，根据门盖的状态授权或禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，并在禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机时/后，提示用户获取授权所需执行的操作。本发明的洗衣机提示方法，适用于物联网洗衣机领域，在洗衣机禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机时，提示用户远程控 制请求失败的原因，以及提示用户要获取授权所需执行的操作，从而方便了用户使用该洗衣机，用户体验好，可帮助用户尽快熟悉该洗衣机的使用规范，也保障了洗衣机和用户的安全。

实施例
本发明提供一种洗衣机提示方法，所述的洗衣机可授权/禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，所述的洗衣机接收到智能终端的远程控制请求后，根据门盖的状态授权或禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，并在禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机时/后，提示用户获取授权所需执行的操作。
通过在洗衣机禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机时，提示用户远程控制请求失败的原因，以及提示用户要获取授权所需执行的操作，从而方便了用户使用该洗衣机，用户体验好，可尽 快帮助用户熟悉该洗衣机的使用规范，也保障了洗衣机和用户的安全。
参见图1所示，所述的提示方法包括以下步骤：
S1、洗衣机接收到远程控制请求后，判断门盖是否为关闭状态，若判断结果为是，则进入步骤S2、若判断结果为否，则进入步骤S3；
S2、控制门锁为闭锁状态，授权智能终端远程控制洗衣机，进入步骤S4；
S3、禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，提示用户获取授权需关闭洗衣机的门盖，并在检查到门盖关闭后，控制门锁为闭锁状态，授权智能终端远程控制洗衣机，进入步骤S4；
S4、控制结束。
优选的，在步骤S3中，还包括以下步骤：
S101、禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，提示用户关闭洗衣机的门盖；
S102、检测门盖是否关闭，若判断结果为是，则进入步骤S103，否则，进入步骤S101；
S103、控制门锁为闭锁状态并授权智能终端远程控制洗衣机。
优选的，所述的洗衣机在步骤S2和/或S103之后，洗衣机还提示用户开启所述的门盖所需要执行的事件；
优选的，所述的洗衣机在步骤S2和/或S103之后，提示用户开启门盖需控制禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机。本发明中，洗衣机提示用户改变当前洗衣机状态需要执行的操作，有利于用户使用和熟悉该洗衣机，用户体验好。
优选的，所述的洗衣机接收到暂停指令时，则进行以下步骤：
S301、判断该暂停指令的发送者是否为智能终端，若判断结果为是，则进入步骤S302，否则进入步骤S303；
S302、洗衣机控制门锁保持闭锁状态，并通过智能终端提示用户在洗衣机端可控制打开门盖，进入步骤S306；
S303、判断门锁是否符合解锁的条件，若判断结果为是，则进入步骤S304，否则进入步骤S305；
S304、禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，控制门锁为解锁状态，并提示用户远程控制功能关闭,要开启需重新设置,进入步骤S306；
S305、保持门锁为闭锁状态，并提示用户门锁不满足解锁条件，进入步骤S306；
S306、控制结束。
本发明中，当洗衣机接收到暂停指令后，根据暂停指令的发送者和洗衣机门锁的状态确定是否授权智能终端远程控制洗衣机，其中，当洗衣机检测到该暂停指令的发送者为智能终 端，则洗衣机执行暂停命令，但是不解锁，并保持远程控制功能为开启状态，智能终端提示用户要打开门锁，需要在本机端操作。而当洗衣机检测到该暂停指令的发送者为洗衣机本机，则判断门锁是否符合解锁的条件，当判断门锁符合解锁的条件，则直接解锁并禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，并提示用户，远程控制已经取消/禁止，如果需要重新远程控制洗衣机，需要在洗衣机端设置。
优选的，所述的洗衣机包括有下洗涤筒和设置在下洗涤筒顶部的上洗涤筒，所述的洗衣机接收到智能终端的远程控制请求后，根据上洗涤筒和/或下洗涤筒的门盖的状态授权或禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，并在禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机时/后，提示用户获取授权所需执行的操作；
优选的，所述的洗衣机接收到智能终端的远程控制请求后，根据下洗涤筒的门盖的状态授权或禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，并在禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机时/后，提示用户获取授权所需执行的操作。
在上述方案中,下洗涤筒位置低，是安全防范区，因此，本发明中，所述的洗衣机接收到智能终端的远程控制请求后，根据下洗涤筒的门盖的状态授权或禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，该设计更加合理，保障了洗衣机和用户的安全。

优选的，所述的洗衣机在洗衣机端或同时在洗衣机端及智能终端通过语音和/或文字信息提示用户；
优选的，所述的洗衣机包括有显示屏，所述的洗衣机至少通过该显示屏显示文字信息提示用户。
优选的，所述的显示屏为触控显示屏，所述的洗衣机还通过触控显示屏弹出供用户选择是否确认所述的的文字信息的对话框；
优选的，该对话框显示有“确定”或“知道了”字样，所述的洗衣机检测到用户点击所述的字样，则关闭所述的提示。
优选的，所述的洗衣机在接收到远程控制请求后，通过显示屏显示请求本机端授权的确认信息，洗衣机检测到用户确认所述的确认信息后，检测所述的门盖状态，并根据门盖的状态授权或禁止授权智能终端远程洗衣机，当洗衣机禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机时/后，洗衣机和/或智能终端提示用户获取授权所需执行的事件。
以下举例该洗衣机在各种情况下的提示：
洗衣机在已锁门(洗衣机的门锁为闭锁状态)情况下，如接收到远程控制请求，则洗衣机或智能终端无提示。
当洗衣机在未锁门情况下，如接收到远程控制请求，则洗衣机和/或智能终端执行以下过程：
洗衣机检测到门盖为关闭状态，则直接控制门锁为闭锁状态，授权智能终端远程控制洗衣机，同时通过洗衣机或智能终端提示用户“门盖已锁，如需解锁，请先关闭远程控制”
若洗衣机检测到门盖为打开状态即洗衣机锁门失败，则通过洗衣机或智能终端提示用户：“请先关闭门盖，再开启远程控制”。
以下具体公开洗衣机在各阶段时的提示方法：
1、洗衣机重新启动进入待机时，洗衣机不满足解锁条件时，则提示：“不满足开门条件不能开门”。而当洗衣机满足门盖开启的条件时，则洗衣机直接控制门锁解锁，不提示信息。
2、所述的洗衣机待机后：
若洗衣机的门锁已锁，则接收到远程控制请求，因门锁已锁，无提示。
若洗衣机的门锁未锁，如接收到远程控制请求，继续执行以下过程：
判断门盖是否为关闭状态，若门盖为关闭状态，则控制门锁为闭锁状态，同时提示：“门盖已锁，如需解锁，请先关闭远程控制”；
若门盖为开启状态，即锁门失败，则提示：“请先关闭门盖，再接收到远程控制请求。”
3、当洗衣机启动后，即洗衣机在运行中时，接收到远程控制请求，因为运行中已锁门，无提示。
4、洗衣机启动后进行暂停包括洗衣机本机操作暂停和智能终端控制暂停：
当本机操作暂停，则不满足解锁条件时，提示：“不满足开门条件不能开门”。不取消远程控制；满足解锁条件时，直接解锁并取消远程控制，同时提示：“远程控制已取消，如果需要，请重新设置。”
智能终端操作暂停，则本机不关闭远程控制，洗衣机不解锁，智能终端提示：“如想打开门盖，请在本机端操作。”。
5、洗衣机暂停后再接收到远程控制请求：
当门锁已锁，如接收到远程控制请求，因门锁已锁，无提示。
门锁未锁，如要接收到远程控制请求：检测门盖的状态，若门盖为关闭状态，则提示用户关闭门盖，并在检测到门盖关闭后，授权智能终端远程控制该洗衣机，若门盖为开启状态，则提示：“请先关闭门盖，再开启远程控制”。
6、洗衣机在程序运行结束后，则禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，门锁已解锁，如再次接收到远程控制请求：
首先检测门盖的状态，若门盖为关闭状态，则提示用户关闭门盖，并在检测到门盖关闭后，授权智能终端远程控制该洗衣机，若门盖为开启状态，则提示：“请先关闭门盖，再开启远程控制”。
需要注意的是，上述洗衣机的提示，可通过：采用洗衣机上的显示屏显示文字信息提示用户、通过洗衣机上的扬声器发声提示用户、通过在智能终端上通过显示文字信息提示用户、通过智能终端的扬声器提示用户中的一种或多种方式的结合来进行提示用户，在此不做限定。
其中，优选的所述的洗衣机包括有下洗涤筒和设置在下洗涤筒顶部的上洗涤筒，所述的洗衣机接收到智能终端的远程控制请求后，根据下洗涤筒的门盖的状态授权或禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，并在禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机时/后，提示用户获取授权所需执行的操作。而此时，则上述具体公开的洗衣机在各阶段时的提示方法1-6中，所限定的门锁为下洗涤筒的门锁，所限定的检测门盖的状态为下洗涤筒的门盖状态，上洗涤筒的门盖对远程控制功能的授权没有影响，而对应的提示信息中门锁的信息则对应的为下洗涤筒的门锁信息。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已，并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制，虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上，然而并非用以限定本发明，任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内，当可利用上述提示的技术内容做出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例，但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容，依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰，均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种洗衣机提示方法，所述的洗衣机可授权/禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，其特征在于，所述的洗衣机接收到远程控制请求后，根据门盖的状态授权或禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，并在禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机时/后，提示用户获取授权所需执行的操作。
- 权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机提示方法，其特征在于，所述的提示方法包括以下步骤：S1、洗衣机接收到远程控制请求后，判断门盖是否为关闭状态，若判断结果为是，则进入步骤S2、若判断结果为否，则进入步骤S3；S2、控制门锁为闭锁状态，授权智能终端远程控制洗衣机，进入步骤S4；S3、禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，提示用户获取授权需关闭洗衣机的门盖，并在检查到门盖关闭后，控制门锁为闭锁状态，授权智能终端远程控制洗衣机，进入步骤S4；S4、控制结束。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机提示方法，其特征在于，在步骤S3中，还包括以下步骤：S101、禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，提示用户关闭洗衣机的门盖；S102、检测门盖是否关闭，若判断结果为是，则进入步骤S103，否则，进入步骤S101；S103、控制门锁为闭锁状态并授权智能终端远程控制洗衣机。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种洗衣机提示方法，其特征在于，所述的洗衣机在步骤S2和/或S103之后，洗衣机还提示用户开启所述的门盖所需要执行的事件；优选的，所述的洗衣机在步骤S2和/或S103之后，提示用户开启门盖需控制禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种洗衣机提示方法，其特征在于，所述的洗衣机接收到暂停指令时，则进行以下步骤：S301、判断该暂停指令的发送者是否为智能终端，若判断结果为是，则进入步骤S302，否则进入步骤S303；S302、洗衣机控制门锁保持闭锁状态，并通过智能终端提示用户在洗衣机端可控制打开门盖，进入步骤S306；S303、判断门锁是否符合解锁的条件，若判断结果为是，则进入步骤S304，否则进入步骤S305；S304、禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，控制门锁为解锁状态，并提示用户远程控制功能关闭,要开启需重新设置,进入步骤S306；S305、保持门锁为闭锁状态，并提示用户门锁不满足解锁条件，进入步骤S306；S306、控制结束。
- 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种洗衣机提示方法，其特征在于，所述的洗衣机包括有下洗涤筒和设置在下洗涤筒顶部的上洗涤筒，所述的洗衣机接收到智能终端的远程控制请求后，根据上洗涤筒和/或下洗涤筒的门盖的状态授权或禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，并在禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机时/后，提示用户获取授权所需执行的操作；优选的，所述的洗衣机接收到智能终端的远程控制请求后，根据下洗涤筒的门盖的状态授权或禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机，并在禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机时/后，提示用户获取授权所需执行的操作。
- 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种洗衣机提示方法，其特征在于，所述的智能终端可向洗衣机发送远程控制请求，所述的远程控制请求需在洗衣机端确认授权；或，所述的洗衣机通过洗衣机端直接输入远程控制请求，洗衣机根据门盖的状态授权或禁止智能终端远程控制洗衣机。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种洗衣机提示方法，其特征在于，所述的洗衣机在洗衣机端或同时在洗衣机端及智能终端通过语音和/或文字信息提示用户；优选的，所述的洗衣机包括有显示屏，所述的洗衣机至少通过该显示屏显示文字信息提示用户。
