Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une plaque de poids ayant un poids fixe pour un haltère qui comprend : la conduite, au moyen d'une machine, d'une coupe sur des déchets de ferraille pour obtenir des déchets de ferraille sensiblement uniformes ; la formation d'une plaque de fer par placement d'un poids spécifié de déchets de ferraille dans un moule de plaque de fer et compression de celui-ci ; la conduite d'un chauffage à haute fréquence sur la plaque de fer ; et le placement de la plaque de fer dans un moule de formation, et la compression de celle-ci. Le procédé utilise des déchets de ferraille en tant que matière première, de façon à diminuer les coûts de production, réduire considérablement la consommation d'énergie, améliorer l'efficacité de production et assurer une rigidité suffisante d'un produit. Le procédé est également applicable à la fabrication d'une plaque de poids métallique solide pour un haltère.
