Description

一种模块化灯具支架及具有该支架的模块化灯具 技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,具体地说是涉及一种模块化灯具支架及具有该支架的模块化灯具。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,LED固体照明光源应用日益广泛,将其作为照明光源也越来越多,LED光源具有传统光源不具备的优点,比如发热量小、可控性好、光色表现丰富等,这使得LED光源替代传统光源成为一个必然的趋势,其替代传统光源的步骤也得到较大的发展。虽然如此,LED灯具也具有一些自身的限制,如灯具支架设计通常是采用模具及手工制作,模具成本高,手工效率低;因此LED灯具的支架可适应性差,通常存在“一灯一件”的现状,通用性较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术之不足,本发明提供了一种模块化灯具支架及具有该支架的模块化灯具。
其中,本发明一种模块化灯具支架的具体技术方案如下:
一种模块化灯具支架,其包括:多面体模块以及与所述多面体模块相连接的连接件;所述多面体模块为内部设置有空腔的多面体,并且在所述多面体的每个面上均设置有与所述空腔连通的阶梯通孔,使所述阶梯通孔与所述空腔的连接处形成第一环形凸起;所述连接件包括呈圆柱状的连接件本体;在所述连接件本体内沿轴向设置有通孔;在所述连接件本体的外圆周上,从所述连接件本体的左端部至右端部依次沿径向向外形成有第二环形凸起、第三环形凸起、第四环形凸起和第五环形凸起;所述第二环形凸起、所述第三环形凸起、所述第四环形凸起和所述第五环形凸起间隔设置;所述连接件的左端插入所述多面体模块上的阶梯通孔内,所述第一环形凸起卡合于所述第二环形凸起与所述第三环形凸起之间,使所述连接件与所述多面体模块可拆卸的相连接;多个所述多面体模块通过所述连接件根据需要进行连接,形成所述模块化灯具支架。
通过在多面体模块上设置阶梯通孔及第一环形凸起,在连接件上设置第二环形凸起、第 三环形凸起、第四环形凸起和第五环形凸起,可以使多面体模块与连接件以卡合的方式可拆卸的连接在一起,多个所述多面体模块通过所述连接件根据需要进行连接,形成所述模块化灯具支架;从而解决了现有技术中“一灯一件”的现状。
进一步的,在所述多面体模块的每个面上还设置有与所述空腔连通的第一贯穿孔;并且所述多面体模块相对两个面上的两个所述第一贯穿孔位置相对应。
由于在多面体模块上设置相互连通的阶梯通孔和第一贯穿孔,在所述连接件本体内沿轴向设置有通孔;所以可以在多个连接在一起的多面体模块中插入加强条,用于加强固定支撑模块化灯具支架;也可以可以在多个连接在一起的多面体模块中插入导线,用于在所述模块化灯具支架内形成连接电路。
根据一个优选的实施方式,所述连接件本体在所述第三环形凸起与所述第四环形凸起之间的部分呈波浪状、锯齿状或螺纹状,使所述连接件本体在所述第三环形凸起与所述第四环形凸起之间的部分形成为可伸缩结构。
通过在所述连接件本体中间位置设置可伸缩结构,可以使两个多面体模块之间实现弯折,以改变或调整连接角度。
根据一个优选的实施方式,还包括盖片;所述盖片包括片体和与所述片体相连接的卡合部;所述片体为装饰板,其大小与所述多面体模块上位于所述模块化灯具支架外表面的面相适应;所述卡合部包括设置于所述片体上的第一圆柱台和设置于所述第一圆柱台上并与所述第一圆柱台同轴设置的第二圆柱台;并且所述第二圆柱台的直径小于所述第一圆柱台,使所述卡合部形成为与所述阶梯通孔相匹配的阶梯台;通过所述卡合部与所述阶梯通孔的配合,使所述盖片以卡扣连接的方式与所述多面体模块相连接。
盖片的装饰面可以设置不同色彩质感或图案,以起到装饰灯具的作用。并且盖片与多面体模块通过卡扣可拆卸的相连接,方便随时更换,以满足不同人的喜好需求。
根据一个优选的实施方式,还包括盖片;所述盖片包括片体和与所述片体相连接的卡合部;所述片体为装饰板,其大小与所述多面体模块上位于所述模块化灯具支架外表面的面相适应;所述卡合部包括设置于所述片体上的柱体和沿径向向外形成于所述柱体外圆周上的第六环形凸起及第七环形凸起,且所述第六环形凸起与所述第七环形凸起间隔设置;所述卡合部插入所述多面体模块上的阶梯通孔内,所述第一环形凸起卡合于所述第六环形凸起与所述第七环形凸起之间,使所述盖片以卡扣连接的方式与所述多面体模块相连接。
根据一个优选的实施方式,在所述盖片上设置有第二贯穿孔。设置有第二贯穿孔的盖片,用于安装于模块化灯具支架上安装电源接口的位置处,以使电源接口露出,方便插接电源。
根据一个优选的实施方式,还包括加强条;所述加强条穿过多个所述多面体模块上的阶 梯通孔或第一贯穿孔,用于加强固定支撑所述模块化灯具支架。
根据一个优选的实施方式,还包括导线;所述导线穿过多个所述多面体模块上的阶梯通孔或第一贯穿孔,用于在所述模块化灯具支架内形成连接电路。
其中,本发明一种模块化灯具的具体技术方案如下:
一种模块化灯具,其包括如上所述的模块化灯具支架和安装于所述模块化灯具支架上的光源模块。
根据一个优选的实施方式,在所述模块化灯具支架上设置有电源接口和控制开关;所述电源接口和所述控制开关通过导线相连接;所述控制开关与所述光源模块通过导线相连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种模块化灯具支架具有如下有益效果:
本发明一种模块化灯具支架通过在多面体模块上设置阶梯通孔及第一环形凸起,在连接件上设置第二环形凸起、第三环形凸起、第四环形凸起和第五环形凸起,可以使多面体模块与连接件以卡合的方式可拆卸的连接在一起,多个多面体模块通过连接件根据需要进行连接,形成模块化灯具支架;从而解决了现有技术中“一灯一件”的现状。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明进行详细的说明。
实施例1
如图1至9、11至12所示,其示出了本发明一种模块化灯具支架一种优选的实施方式。
本实施例一种模块化灯具支架的具体技术方案如下:
一种模块化灯具支架1,其包括:多面体模块100以及与多面体模块100相连接的连接件200。多面体模块100与连接件200通过卡合连接结构可拆卸的相连接。多个多面体模块100通过连接件200根据需要进行连接,形成模块化灯具支架。
本发明中,多面体模块100可以为任意的四面体、六面体、八面体等等,也可以为正四面体、长方体、正六面体、正八面体等等。
下面以多面体模块100为正六面体为例,对本实施例进行详细说明。
如图3所示,多面体模块100为内部设置有空腔110的正六面体多面体,并且在多面体的每个面上均设置有与空腔110连通的阶梯通孔120,使阶梯通孔120与空腔110的连接处形成第一环形凸起130。优选的,多面体模块100是由塑料制成的。
进一步的,在多面体模块100的每个面上还设置有与空腔110连通的第一贯穿孔140;并且多面体模块100相对两个面上的两个第一贯穿孔140位置相对应。
由于在多面体模块100上设置相互连通的阶梯通孔120和第一贯穿孔140,在连接件本体210内沿轴向设置有通孔211;所以可以在多个连接在一起的多面体模块100中插入加强条400,用于加强固定支撑模块化灯具支架,使其可以形成承重力较强的整体结构;也可以可以在多个连接在一起的多面体模块100中插入导线,用于在模块化灯具支架内形成连接电路。
连接件200可以是由软性树脂材料或硬性树脂材料制成的,其也有不同长短规格。
如图4所示,连接件200包括呈圆柱状的连接件本体210;在连接件本体210内沿轴向设置有通孔211;在连接件本体210的外圆周上,从连接件本体210的左端部至右端部依次沿径向向外形成有第二环形凸起212、第三环形凸起213、第四环形凸起214和第五环形凸起215。
第二环形凸起212、第三环形凸起213、第四环形凸起214和第五环形凸起215间隔设置。
如图6、图7、图8所示,连接件200的左端插入多面体模块100上的阶梯通孔120内,第一环形凸起130卡合于第二环形凸起212与第三环形凸起213之间,使连接件200与多面体模块100可拆卸的相连接。
任意两个多面体模块100之间通过连接件200形成连接,多个多面体模块100串联形成条形结构。多个条形结构之间也可以通过多面体模块100上对应的阶梯通孔120及连接件200形成连接。使得多个多面体模块100通过连接件200根据需要进行连接,形成模块化灯具支架,如图1、图2所示。
由于现有技术中灯具支架设计通常是采用模具及手工制作,模具成本高,手工效率低;因此LED灯具的支架可适应性差,通常存在“一灯一件”的现状,通用性较差。为解决该技术问题,通过长期的研究,本发明提供了一种由模块化灯具支架的结构设计,多面体模块之间可以任意插拔连接,弯曲、变色、固定;内部可以连通导线,形成一种低成本、结构通用、简单、形状多变的灯具外框/支架结构。
具体的,通过在多面体模块上设置阶梯通孔120及第一环形凸起130,在连接件200上设置第二环形凸起212、第三环形凸起213、第四环形凸起214和第五环形凸起215,可以使多面体模块与连接件200以卡合的方式可拆卸的连接在一起,多个多面体模块100通过连接件200根据需要进行连接,形成模块化灯具支架;从而解决了现有技术中“一灯一件”的现状。
优选的,连接件本体210在第三环形凸起213与第四环形凸起214之间的部分呈波浪状、锯齿状或螺纹状,使连接件本体210在第三环形凸起213与第四环形凸起214之间的部分形成为可伸缩结构,如图5所示。
通过在连接件本体210中间位置设置可伸缩结构,可以使两个多面体模块100之间实现弯折,以改变或调整连接角度。
进一步的,本实施例还包括盖片300。如图9所示,盖片300包括片体310和与片体310相连接的卡合部320。
片体310为装饰板,其大小与多面体模块100上位于模块化灯具支架外表面的面相适应;卡合部320包括设置于片体310上的第一圆柱台321和设置于第一圆柱台321上并与第一圆柱台321同轴设置的第二圆柱台322;并且第二圆柱台322的直径小于第一圆柱台321,使卡合部320形成为与阶梯通孔120相匹配的阶梯台。
通过卡合部320与阶梯通孔120的配合,使盖片300以卡扣连接的方式与多面体模块100相连接,如图11所示。
盖片300的装饰面可以设置不同色彩、质感或图案,以起到装饰灯具的作用。并且盖片300与多面体模块100通过卡扣可拆卸的相连接,方便随时更换,以满足不同人的喜好需求。
进一步的,如图12所示,在盖片300上设置有第二贯穿孔330。设置有第二贯穿孔330的盖片,用于安装于模块化灯具支架上安装电源接口的位置处,以使电源接口露出,方便插 接电源。
进一步的,本实施例还包括加强条400。加强条400优选为金属条或硬质塑料条。
如图14所示,加强条穿过多个多面体模块100上的阶梯通孔120和在连接件本体210内的通孔211,或者穿过第一贯穿孔140,用于加强固定支撑模块化灯具支架,使其可以形成承重力较强的整体结构。
进一步的,本实施例还包括导线500。导线500穿过多个多面体模块100上的阶梯通孔120和在连接件本体210内的通孔211,或者穿过第一贯穿孔140,用于在模块化灯具支架内形成连接电路。
本发明图1、图2所示的模块化灯具支架仅是示例性的,除此外可以根据实际需要连接组合形成不同的形状。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1相比,主要区别在于:盖片300的结构不同。
如图10所示,盖片300包括片体310和与片体310相连接的卡合部320。
片体310为装饰板,其大小与多面体模块100上位于模块化灯具支架外表面的面相适应。
卡合部320包括设置于片体310上的柱体323和沿径向向外形成于柱体323外圆周上的第六环形凸起324及第七环形凸起325,且第六环形凸起324与第七环形凸起325间隔设置。
卡合部320插入多面体模块100上的阶梯通孔120内,第一环形凸起130卡合于第六环形凸起324与第七环形凸起325之间,使盖片300以卡扣连接的方式与多面体模块100相连接。
本实施例中其他内容与实施例1相同。
实施例3
本实施例公开了一种模块化灯具2。其具体技术方案如下:
如图13所示,一种模块化灯具2,其包括如实施例1或实施例2所述的模块化灯具支架1和安装于模块化灯具支架1上的光源模块600。
在模块化灯具支架1上设置有电源接口700和控制开关800;电源接口700和控制开关800通过导线相连接;控制开关800与光源模块600通过导线相连接。
本实施例的一种模块化灯具,其中的模块化灯具支架通过在多面体模块上设置阶梯通孔及第一环形凸起,在连接件上设置第二环形凸起、第三环形凸起、第四环形凸起和第五环形凸起,可以使多面体模块与连接件以卡合的方式可拆卸的连接在一起,多个多面体模块通过 连接件根据需要进行连接,形成模块化灯具支架;从而解决了现有技术中“一灯一件”的现状。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种模块化灯具支架(1),其特征在于,其包括:多面体模块(100)以及与所述多面体模块(100)相连接的连接件(200);
    所述多面体模块(100)为内部设置有空腔(110)的多面体,并且在所述多面体的每个面上均设置有与所述空腔(110)连通的阶梯通孔(120),使所述阶梯通孔(120)与所述空腔(110)的连接处形成第一环形凸起(130);
    所述连接件(200)包括呈圆柱状的连接件本体(210);在所述连接件本体(210)内沿轴向设置有通孔(211);在所述连接件本体(210)的外圆周上,从所述连接件本体(210)的左端部至右端部依次沿径向向外形成有第二环形凸起(212)、第三环形凸起(213)、第四环形凸起(214)和第五环形凸起(215);所述第二环形凸起(212)、所述第三环形凸起(213)、所述第四环形凸起(214)和所述第五环形凸起(215)间隔设置;
    所述连接件(200)的左端插入所述多面体模块(100)上的阶梯通孔(120)内,所述第一环形凸起(130)卡合于所述第二环形凸起(212)与所述第三环形凸起(213)之间,使所述连接件(200)与所述多面体模块(100)可拆卸的相连接;
    多个所述多面体模块(100)通过所述连接件(200)根据需要进行连接,形成所述模块化灯具支架。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化灯具支架(1),其特征在于,在所述多面体模块(100)的每个面上还设置有与所述空腔(110)连通的第一贯穿孔(140);
    并且所述多面体模块(100)相对两个面上的两个所述第一贯穿孔(140)位置相对应。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化灯具支架(1),其特征在于,所述连接件本体(210)在所述第三环形凸起(213)与所述第四环形凸起(214)之间的部分呈波浪状、锯齿状或螺纹状,使所述连接件本体(210)在所述第三环形凸起(213)与所述第四环形凸起(214)之间的部分形成为可伸缩结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化灯具支架(1),其特征在于,还包括盖片(300);
    所述盖片(300)包括片体(310)和与所述片体(310)相连接的卡合部(320);
    所述片体(310)为装饰板,其大小与所述多面体模块(100)上位于所述模块化灯具支架外表面的面相适应;
    所述卡合部(320)包括设置于所述片体(310)上的第一圆柱台(321)和设置于所述第 一圆柱台(321)上并与所述第一圆柱台(321)同轴设置的第二圆柱台(322);
    并且所述第二圆柱台(322)的直径小于所述第一圆柱台(321),使所述卡合部(320)形成为与所述阶梯通孔(120)相匹配的阶梯台;
    通过所述卡合部(320)与所述阶梯通孔(120)的配合,使所述盖片(300)以卡扣连接的方式与所述多面体模块(100)相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化灯具支架(1),其特征在于,还包括盖片(300);
    所述盖片(300)包括片体(310)和与所述片体(310)相连接的卡合部(320);
    所述片体(310)为装饰板,其大小与所述多面体模块(100)上位于所述模块化灯具支架外表面的面相适应;
    所述卡合部(320)包括设置于所述片体(310)上的柱体(323)和沿径向向外形成于所述柱体(323)外圆周上的第六环形凸起(324)及第七环形凸起(325),且所述第六环形凸起(324)与所述第七环形凸起(325)间隔设置;
    所述卡合部(320)插入所述多面体模块(100)上的阶梯通孔(120)内,所述第一环形凸起(130)卡合于所述第六环形凸起(324)与所述第七环形凸起(325)之间,使所述盖片(300)以卡扣连接的方式与所述多面体模块(100)相连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的一种模块化灯具支架(1),其特征在于,在所述盖片(300)上设置有第二贯穿孔(330)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种模块化灯具支架(1),其特征在于,还包括加强条;所述加强条穿过多个所述多面体模块(100)上的阶梯通孔(120)和在所述连接件本体(210)内的通孔(211),或者穿过第一贯穿孔(140),用于加强固定支撑所述模块化灯具支架。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种模块化灯具支架(1),其特征在于,还包括导线(500);
    所述导线(500)穿过多个所述多面体模块(100)上的阶梯通孔(120)和在所述连接件本体(210)内的通孔(211),或者穿过第一贯穿孔(140),用于在所述模块化灯具支架内形成连接电路。
  9. 一种模块化灯具(2),其特征在于,其包括如权利要求1至6之一所述的模块化灯具支架(1)和安装于所述模块化灯具支架(1)上的光源模块(600)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种模块化灯具(2),其特征在于,在所述模块化灯具支架(1)上设置有电源接口(700)和控制开关(800);
    所述电源接口(700)和所述控制开关(800)通过导线相连接;所述控制开关(800)与所述光源模块(600)通过导线相连接。
