Description

预切制搅拌器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌器,具体涉及一种预切制搅拌器,属与工业或化工技术领域。
背景技术
搅拌器是常用的一种生产设备,现有的搅拌器主要有旋桨式、涡轮式、磁力加热式等类型,但是在现实生产过程中所需搅拌原材料种类繁多,材料间硬度、塑性、黏性也各不相同,尤其是在搅拌硬度较高的原料时,如果将整块材料直接放入搅拌机,在初始工作时间,因为所需切削力急剧增大,对搅拌叶片产生较大的负荷。严重者不仅会使叶片断裂,甚至通过传动轴对减速箱的齿轮造成过载,使箱体发生报废,从而造成重大的经济损失和安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种预切制搅拌器,整个技术方案结构紧凑、成本较低,节能环保,该技术方案通过对原材料在搅拌前进行预切制,使原材料被切碎成小块,从而大幅减少搅拌初期叶片的负载,减少对搅拌叶片的损害,延长搅拌叶片的使用寿命,缩减生产成本,杜绝危险生产隐患。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下,一种预切制搅拌器,其特征在于,所述预切制搅拌器包括搅拌罐体、搅拌组件、支撑组件、切压组件以及动力组件,所述搅拌组件位与搅拌罐体内;动力组件位与支撑组件上并与搅拌组件通过搅拌传动轴相连,切压组件的动力系 统位于支撑组件上,切压组件所属压板位于罐体内部。切压组件和搅拌组件都放置在同一支撑组件上,使结构简单紧凑,立于生产。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述搅拌组件包括搅拌叶片套件、传动轴,所述搅拌叶片套件通过自紧螺栓与传动轴相连。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述支撑组件包括动力支架、悬挂支架以及电机运行轨道;所述动力支架固定于地面上;所述电机运行轨道铺设在动力支架表面;所述悬挂支架单向连接在电机上,本产品在主体结构上采用单扭臂梁支撑结构,设计简单,成本低廉,易于维修。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述动力组件包括电机和减速箱,电机设置在电机运行轨道上;所述减速箱设置在悬挂支架上,所述电机通过动力皮带与减速箱相连,采用皮带传动的方式,可以大幅减少搅拌器工作时,所产生的共振对支撑组件的机械结构的破坏,从而延长搅拌器的使用寿命。皮带传动还具有输出动力稳定的特点,还能对电机起到过载保护的作用。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述切压组件包括实心压板、钢制花纹底板、液压机、液压杆;所述液压机位于悬挂支架上方;所述液压杆两端分别连接实心压板和液压机;所述钢制花纹底板位于进料口下方,与搅拌罐体内壁采用活动卡扣相连。钢制花纹底板与搅拌罐体罐体内壁采用活动卡扣相连。当搅拌机不需预制切压时,可松开活动卡扣,钢制花纹底板随搅拌叶片套件离开搅拌罐体。本产品液压机采用独立供电,方便生产过程中的维护和维修。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述搅拌罐体上两边设有进料口。该设 计使进料紧凑有序,不会在搅拌罐口产生堆积和粉尘,所述动力支架上设置有报警装置,当局部出现问题时,报警装置进行提醒,便于工作人员及时维修,避免损失进一步扩大。
相对与现有技术,本发明具有如下优点,1)该技术方案整体结构设计巧妙、紧凑、成本较低;2)该技术方案使原材料在搅拌前进行预切制,将原材料被切碎成小块后再进行搅拌,从而大幅减少搅拌初期叶片的负载,减少对搅拌叶片的损害,延长搅拌叶片的使用寿命,缩减生产成本,杜绝危险生产隐患;3)该该技术方案可使用不同的搅拌叶片套件,例如3叶螺旋桨,4叶螺旋桨,双人字齿螺旋桨等,从而做到按需生产,省时省力,避免人力物力的浪费,提高生产效率;4)采用皮带传动的方式,可以大幅减少搅拌器工作时,所产生的共振对支撑组件的机械结构的破坏,从而延长搅拌器的使用寿命。皮带传动还具有输出动力稳定的特点,还能对电机起到过载保护的作用;5)本设计方案采用进料口送料,可以有效减少布料不均,原料堆积的现象;6)该技术方案成本较低,便与进一步的推广应用。

  1. 一种预切制搅拌器,其特征在于,所述预切制搅拌器包括搅拌罐体、搅拌组件、支撑组件、切压组件以及动力组件,所述搅拌组件位与搅拌罐体内;动力组件位与支撑组件上并与搅拌组件通过搅拌传动轴相连,切压组件的动力系统位于支撑组件上,切压组件所属压板位于罐体内部,所述搅拌组件包括搅拌叶片套件、传动轴,所述搅拌叶片套件通过自紧螺栓与传动轴相连,所述搅拌叶片套件设置为三叶螺旋桨或者四叶螺旋桨或者双人字齿螺旋桨。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的预切制搅拌器,其特征在于,所述支撑组件包括动力支架、悬挂支架以及电机运行轨道;所述动力支架固定于地面上;所述电机运行轨道铺设在动力支架表面;所述悬挂支架单向连接在电机上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的预切制搅拌器,其特征在于,所述动力组件包括电机和减速箱,电机设置在电机运行轨道上;所述减速箱设置在悬挂支架上。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的预切制搅拌器,其特征在于,所述电机通过动力皮带与减速箱相连。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的预切制搅拌器,其特征在于,所述切压组件包括实心压板、钢制花纹底板、液压机、液压杆;所述液压机位于悬挂支架上方;所述液压杆两端分别连接实心压板和液压机;所述钢制花纹底板位于进料口下方,与搅拌罐体内壁采用活动卡扣相连。
