Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de gestion de l'absentéisme et du retardatisme et un procédé de gestion de l'absentéisme et du retardatisme pour gérer l'absentéisme et le retardatisme d'un agent commercial, et plus particulièrement un dispositif et un procédé de gestion de l'absentéisme et du retardatisme d'un agent commercial sur la base d'informations de produit étiquetées à partir d'un produit dans une branche d'activités sous la responsabilité de l'agent commercial. Selon un premier aspect de la présente invention, le procédé de gestion de l'absentéisme et du retardatisme mis en œuvre par le dispositif de gestion de l'absentéisme et du retardatisme comprend les étapes suivantes : réception d'informations de branche de visite et d'informations d'étiquette de produit associées aux informations de branche de visite de la part d'un terminal d'agent commercial de l'agent commercial ; et gestion de l'absentéisme et du retardatisme de l'agent commercial sur la base des informations de branche de visite et des informations d'étiquette de produit.
