Description
本发明涉及地板技术领域,具体尤其涉及一种新型地板。
地板是房屋或楼层面的表层,现有地板多由木料或其他材料制成,地板的种类多样,丰富了人们的生活,但在地板铺设时,往往会采用胶黏剂或泥浆等粘着地面,整个铺设过程前后需要做大量工作,而且极为耗时耗费。
发明内容
为此,本发明提出一种新型地板,产品结构简单,能够有效解决背景技术中所提及的技术问题。
本发明通过如下手段实现:
一种新型地板,包括有地板底料,所述的地板底料的两侧面分别设有连接槽、连接杆,所述的连接槽相对内侧边设有螺纹连接槽孔,所述的螺纹连接槽孔的相对内侧边设有连接孔,螺纹连接槽孔与连接孔相通,所述的连接孔内设有螺纹转轴,所述的螺纹连接槽孔内设有螺纹活动杆,所述的螺纹活动杆的一端设有弹性绳体,所述的弹性绳体的末端与螺纹连接槽孔封盖活动连接,所述的连接杆的一侧设有通孔。
优选地,所述的螺纹转轴与螺纹活动杆上螺纹相互啮合,螺纹转轴的转动可以带动螺纹活动杆在螺纹连接槽孔内移动。
优选地,所述的连接槽的两端开设有槽,使得连接槽与螺纹连接槽孔相通,便于弹性绳体固定。
优选地,所述的槽的槽底为弧形,保证弹性绳体的使用寿命。
优选地,所述的螺纹转轴包括有螺纹杆,所述的螺纹杆的两端设有转动轴承,所述的转动轴承外侧设有转动轮。
优选地,所述的螺纹连接槽孔封盖为带有凸边的连接盖,所述的螺纹连接槽孔封盖能够卡扣在通孔内,通孔与连接杆之间开设有凹槽,保证凸边卡扣在凹槽内,保证固定稳固。
优选地,所述的地板底料的另两侧面分别设有多个卡扣、卡槽,所述的多个卡扣、卡槽相互平行对应。
优选地,所述的连接杆开设有空槽,所述的连接杆的截面为圆弧形状凹型,所述的连接杆的直径比连接槽直径大2-5mm,保证连接杆与连接槽能够相互卡合固定,增大了地板之间稳固性能。
优选地,所述的地板底料的下表面设有多组凸起,增大了地板与地面之间的摩擦力,同时保证地板适应多种地面。
优选地,所述的地板底料的上表面依次设有弹性层、装饰层,丰富了地板的多样性。
本发明通过地板之间的连接槽与连接杆之间卡合,初步实现地板之间连接及稳固,并通过一地板上的弹性绳体穿过另一地板上的通孔,并通过在弹性绳体末端设有挂扣与螺纹连接槽孔封盖挂扣相接,通过其他操作装置,转动螺纹转轴,实现螺纹活动杆在螺纹连接槽孔内移动,保证了弹性绳体收紧、放松,实现了两地板之间的稳固,而且由于只能转动螺纹转轴才能改变螺纹活动杆位置,所以保证了螺纹活动杆的位置固定,通过这种方式连接地板,实现了地板之间的相互紧密连接,保证了地板板面的平整稳固,而且可以不需要在地面铺设泥浆或地板之间添加凝胶,保证了施工方便,同时保证了地板的重复利用,
大大节约了资源。
本发明有益效果:本发明结构简单实用,能够有效拼接,降低拼装难度,实现了地板之间的相互紧密连接,保证了地板板面的平整稳固,而且可以不需要在地面铺设泥浆或地板之间添加凝胶,保证了施工方便,同时保证了地板的重复利用,大大节约了资源。

为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
一种新型地板,包括有地板底料1,所述的地板底料1的两侧面分别设有连接槽2、连接杆3,所述的连接槽2相对内侧边设有螺纹连接槽孔4,所述的螺纹连接槽孔4的相对内侧边设有连接孔5,螺纹连接槽孔4与连接孔5相通,所述的连接孔5内设有螺纹转轴6,所述的螺纹连接槽孔4内设有螺纹活动杆7,所述的螺纹活动杆7的一端设有弹性绳体8,所述的弹性绳体8的末端与螺纹连接槽孔封盖9活动连接,所述的连接杆3的一侧设有通孔10。
优选地,所述的螺纹转轴6与螺纹活动杆7上螺纹相互啮合,螺纹转轴的转动可以带动螺纹活动杆在螺纹连接槽孔内移动。
优选地,所述的连接槽2的两端开设有槽21,使得连接槽2与螺纹连接槽孔4相通,便于弹性绳体8固定。
优选地,所述的槽21的槽底为弧形,保证弹性绳体8的使用寿命。
优选地,所述的螺纹转轴6包括有螺纹杆61,所述的螺纹杆61的两端设有转动轴承62,所述的转动轴承62外侧设有转动轮63。
优选地,所述的螺纹连接槽孔封盖9为带有凸边91的连接盖,所述的凸边91能够卡扣在通孔10内,保证固定稳固。
优选地,所述的螺纹连接槽孔封盖9为带有凸边91的连接盖,所述的螺纹连接槽孔封盖9能够卡扣在通孔10内,通孔10与连接杆3之间开设有凹槽30,保证凸边91卡扣在凹槽30内,
优选地,所述的地板底料1的另两侧面分别设有多个卡扣11、卡槽12,所述的多个卡扣11、卡槽12相互平行对应。
优选地,所述的连接杆3开设有空槽31,所述的连接杆3的截面为圆弧形状凹型,所述的连接杆3的直径比连接槽2直径大2-5mm,保证连接杆3与连接槽2能够相互卡合固定,增大了地板之间稳固性能。
优选地,所述的地板底料1的下表面设有多组凸起,增大了地板与地面之间的摩擦力,同时保证地板适应多种地面。
优选地,所述的地板底料1的上表面依次设有弹性层、装饰层,丰富了地板的多样性。

- 一种新型地板,包括有地板底料,所述的地板底料的两侧面分别设有连接槽、连接杆,所述的连接槽相对内侧边设有螺纹连接槽孔,所述的螺纹连接槽孔的相对内侧边设有连接孔,螺纹连接槽孔与连接孔相通,所述的连接孔内设有螺纹转轴,所述的螺纹连接槽孔内设有螺纹活动杆,所述的螺纹活动杆的一端设有弹性绳体,所述的弹性绳体的末端与螺纹连接槽孔封盖活动连接,所述的连接杆的一侧设有通孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型地板,其特征在于:所述的螺纹转轴与螺纹活动杆上螺纹相互啮合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型地板,其特征在于:所述的连接槽的两端开设有槽。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种新型地板,其特征在于:所述的槽的槽底为弧形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型地板,其特征在于:所述的螺纹转轴包括有螺纹杆,所述的螺纹杆的两端设有转动轴承,所述的转动轴承外侧设有转动轮。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型地板,其特征在于:所述的螺纹连接槽孔封盖为带有凸边的连接盖,所述的螺纹连接槽孔封盖能够卡扣在通孔内,通孔与连接杆之间开设有凹槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型地板,其特征在于:所述的地板底料的另两侧面分别设有多个卡扣、卡槽,所述的多个卡扣、卡槽相互平行对应。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型地板,其特征在于:所述的连接杆开设有空槽,所述的连接杆的截面为圆弧形状凹型,所述的连接杆的直径比连接槽直径大2-5mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型地板,其特征在于:所述的地板底料的下表面设有多组凸起。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型地板,其特征在于:所述的地板底料的上表面依次设有弹性层、装饰层。
