本发明涉及电子装置领域,尤其涉及一种卡托、插接装置及终端。
背景技术
终端作为当今世界的重要技术之一,已经融入人们的生活,成为日常生活、工作中不可或缺的一部分。终端可以通过放置SIM卡、TF卡或是MICROSD卡等数据卡,从而实现通话、存储个人信息、图像视频等内容的功能。在相关技术中,终端的卡托可在上下两面放置数据卡,这种设置使得带有数据卡的卡托的整体厚度较大,从而造成终端的厚度较大,用户体验较差。
发明内容
本发明提供一种卡托、插接装置及终端。
本发明实施方式的卡托形成有第一支撑部及与所述第一支撑部连接的第二支撑部,所述第一支撑部及所述第二支撑部均用于放置数据卡,所述第一支撑部与所述第二支撑部沿所述卡托的厚度方向设置于所述卡托的同一侧;所述卡托设置有电连接部,放置在所述第一支撑部上的数据卡和/或放置在所述第二支撑部上的数据卡通过所述电连接部与终端的卡座电连接。
本发明实施方式的插接装置包括以上实施方式的卡托和卡座。所述卡托插设于所述卡座中,所述卡座设置有与所述电连接部电性接触的信号端子。
本发明实施方式的终端包括以上实施方式的插接装置。
本发明实施方式的卡托、插接装置及终端中,由于第一支撑部与所述第二支撑部设置于所述卡托的厚度方向的同一侧,使得卡托放置数据卡后厚度较薄,从而使得终端的厚度较薄,提高了用户体验。另外,卡托的电连接部使得卡托与卡座的配合结构简单,有利于终端制造生产。

本发明实施方式的卡托100中,由于第一支撑部10与第二支撑部12设置于卡托100的厚度方向的同一侧,使得两个数据卡14可以位于同一侧,从而使得卡托100放置数据卡14后厚度较薄,进而使得终端102的厚度较薄,提高了用户体验。另外,设置在卡托100上的电连接部15使得卡托100与卡座200的配合结构简单,有利于终端102制造生产。
具体地,卡托100的厚度方向例如为图2中所示的上下方向,本实施方式中,第一支撑部10及第二支撑部12均位于卡托100的上侧。可以理解,在其他实施方式中,第一支撑部10及第二支撑部12均可位于卡托100的下侧。
另外,本实施方式中,卡托100使用金属材料制成,例如不锈钢。这样可保证卡托100具有较好的刚度和延展性能,从而使得卡托100进一步更加轻薄 小型化。
需要说明的是,放置在第一支撑部10上的数据卡14和/或放置在第二支撑部12上的数据卡14通过电连接部15与终端的卡座200电连接指的是:

在某些实施方式中,第一支撑部10与第二支撑部12并列设置于卡托100的厚度方向的同一侧。
如此,第一支撑部10与第二支撑部12并列设置使得卡托100的结构更加紧凑,有利于卡托100小型化。
本实施方式中,第一支撑部10与第二支撑部12沿卡托100插拔于卡座200的方向并列设置。
卡托100插拔于卡座200的方向例如为图2中的左右方向。具体地,卡托100插入卡座200的方向例如为图2中的向右的方向,卡托100拨出卡座200的方向例如为图2中的向左的方向。
因此,两个数据卡14沿卡托100插拔于卡座200的方向并列设置。当然,其他实施方式中,两个支撑部(即第一支撑部10和第二支撑部12)也可以沿垂直 于卡托100插拔于卡座200的方向并列设置,例如沿图2中的前后方向设置。

本实施方式中,插接段16与第一支撑部10连接。连接端子18为设置在电连接部15上的金手指。当然,在其他实施方式中,连接端子18可为凸出插接段16表面的金属凸点。
具体地,第一接触端子24与第二接触端子26可通过导线与连接端子18 连接,从而实现第一接触端子24及第二接触端子26与连接端子18电性连接。
本实施方式中,电连接部15设置于卡托100沿卡托100插入卡座200的方向的一端。
也即是说,如图2的示例,电连接部15设置于卡托100的右端部。这样方便电连接部15与卡座200电接触连接。
当然,在一些实施方式中,电连接部15可设置于卡托100的第一方向的一端。第一方向为垂直于卡托100插拔于卡座200的方向,例如图4中的前后方向。
在某些实施方式中,第一接触端子24与第二接触端子26均为弹性的接触端子。如此,可使第一接触端子24及第二接触端子26分别弹性地抵持数据卡14,这样可以防止第一接触端子24与第二接触端子26接触不良。
请参阅图2,在某些实施方式中,卡托100包括第一底座28和第二底座30。第一底座28设置于第一容置槽20的底面。第二底座30设置于第二容置槽22的底面。第一底座28形成有第一接触端子24,第二底座30形成有第二接触端子26。
如此,第一接触端子24及第二接触端子26分别设置在第一底座28和第二底座30上,从而使得第一接触端子24及第二接触端子26容易制造成型。
具体地,第一底座28及第二底座30呈片状,第一接触端子24及第二接触端子26可分别由第一底座28及第二底座30镂空形成,或者说,第一接触端子24与第一底座28为一体成型结构,第二接触端子26与第二底座30为一体成型结构。
第一底座28及第二底座30可以通过焊接的方式,例如激光焊接,以分别固定在第一容置槽20的底面及第二容置槽22的底面上。
在某些实施方式中,第一容置槽20与第二容置槽22连通。如此,卡托100的结构较简单,容易制造。

如此,第一夹设空间42及第二夹设空间44可以防止数据卡14从卡托100上脱落,有利于数据卡14通过卡托100装入终端102中。
请参阅图3及图4,本发明实施方式的插接装置300包括以上任一实施方式的卡托100和卡座200。卡托100插设于卡座200中,卡座200设置有信号端子210,信号端子210与电连接部15电性接触。
本发明实施方式的插接装置300中,由于第一支撑部10与所述第二支撑部12设置于所述卡托100的厚度方向的同一侧,使得卡托100放置数据卡14后厚度较薄,从而使得终端102的厚度较薄,提高了用户体验。另外,卡托100的电连接部15使得卡托100与卡座200的配合结构简单,有利于终端102制造生产。
再有,卡托100通过与卡座200配合,使得卡托100容易装入终端102内。具体地,信号端子210一端与插接段16的连接端子18接触,另一端可以终端102的内的电路板连接,从而使得数据卡14通过插接装置300与终端102实现数据传输功能。
请结合图5及图6,具体地,本实施方式中,卡座200包括壳体201和固定片202。在壳体201呈框型,其包括一顶板203及自顶板203的两侧边缘向下延伸的侧板204。卡托100收容在由顶板203及侧板204围成收容空间内。
固定片202固定在顶板203上且位于收容空间内,信号端子210设置在固定片202上。也就是说,信号端子210通过固定片202固定在壳体201上。
在某些实施方式中,信号端子210包括并排设置的多个弹片210,以使信号端子210弹性地抵持电连接部15。
如此,多个弹片210抵持连接端子18可以保证信号端子210与连接端子18接触良好,避免出现接触不良的现象而影响数据卡14与终端102之间的通信。
在某些实施方式中,卡托100的侧面形成有第一限位部46,卡座200形成有第二限位部48,第一限位部46与第二限位部48配合连接以限制卡托100和卡座200的相对移动。
如此,第一限位部46与第二限位部48配合连接可以防止卡托100与卡座200相互分离而影响卡托100与卡座200电性连接。
在某些实施方式中,第一限位部46为凹槽,卡座200包括沿卡托100插拔于卡座200的方向设置的弹性卡片212,第二限位部48为形成在弹性卡片212上的凸起。
如此,第一限位部46及第二限位部48的结构简单,有利于插接装置300制造形成。具体地,弹性卡片212设置在侧板204上。
另外,本实施方式中,弹性卡片212上的凸起由弹性卡片212折弯形成。
请参阅图7,本发明实施方式的终端102包括以上任一实施方式的插接装置300。
本发明实施方式的终端102中,由于第一支撑部10与第二支撑部12设置于卡托100的厚度方向的同一侧,使得卡托100放置数据卡14后厚度较薄,从而使得终端102的厚度较薄,提高了用户体验。另外,卡托100的电连接部15使得卡托100与卡座200的配合结构简单,有利于终端102制造生产。
在本发明实施方式中,该终端102可以是各种能够从外部获取数据并对该数据进行处理的设备,或者,该终端102可以是各种内置有电池,并能够从外部获取电流对该电池进行充电的设备,例如,手机、平板电脑、计算设备或信息显示设备等。
以手机为例对本发明所适用的终端102进行介绍。在本发明实施例中,手机可以包括射频电路、存储器、输入单元、无线保真(WiFi,wireless fidelity)模块、显示单元104、外壳106、传感器、音频电路、处理器、投影单元、拍摄单元、电池、卡托等部件,其中,卡托可以安置在手机的侧部。
射频电路可用于在收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,将基站的下行信息接收后,给处理器处理;另外,将手机上行的数据发送给基站。通常,射频电路包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、 低噪声放大器、双工器等。此外,射频电路还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。上述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通讯系统(GSM,Global System for Mobile communication)、通用分组无线服务(GPRS,General Packet Radio Service)、码分多址(CDMA,Code Division Multiple Access)、宽带码分多址(WCDMA,Wideband Code Division Multiple Access)、长期演进(LTE,Long Term Evolution)、电子邮件、短消息服务(SMS,Short Messaging Service)等。
存储器可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器通过运行存储在存储器的软件程序以及模块,从而执行手机的各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据手机的使用所创建的数据(如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
输入单元可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与手机的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号。具体地,输入单元可包括触控面板以及其他输入设备。触控面板,也称为触摸屏,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板上或在触控面板附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触控面板可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器,并能接收处理器发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板。除了触控面板,输入单元还可以包括其他输入设备。具体地,其他输入设备可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比 如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
其中,显示单元104可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及手机的各种菜单。显示单元104可包括显示面板,可选的,可以采用液晶显示单元104(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)、有机发光二极管(OLED,Organic Light-Emitting Diode)等形式来配置显示面板。进一步的,触控面板可覆盖显示面板,当触控面板检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板上提供相应的视觉输出。
其中,该人眼能够识别的该视觉输出外显示面板中的位置,可以作为后述“显示区域”。可以将触控面板与显示面板作为两个独立的部件来实现手机的输入和输出功能,也可以将触控面板与显示面板集成而实现手机的输入和输出功能。
另外,手机还可包括至少一种传感器,比如姿态传感器、光传感器、以及其他传感器。
具体地,姿态传感器也可以称为运动传感器,并且,作为该运动传感器的一种,可以列举重力传感器,重力传感器采用弹性敏感元件制成悬臂式位移器,并采用弹性敏感元件制成的储能弹簧来驱动电触点,从而实现将重力变化转换成为电信号的变化。
作为运动传感器的另一种,可以列举加速计传感器,加速计传感器可检测各方向上(一般为三轴)加速度大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等。
在本发明实施例中,可以采用以上列举的运动传感器作为获得后述“姿态参数”元件,但并不限定于此,其他能够获得“姿态参数”的传感器均落入本发明的保护范围内,例如,陀螺仪等,并且,该陀螺仪的工作原理和数据处理过程可 以与现有技术相似,这里,为了避免赘述,省略其详细说明。
此外,在本发明实施例中,作为传感器,还可配置气压计、湿度计、温度计和红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板的亮度,接近传感器可在手机移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板和/或背光。
音频电路、扬声器和传声器可提供用户与手机之间的音频接口。音频电路可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器,由扬声器转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器处理后,经射频电路以发送给比如另一手机,或者将音频数据输出至存储器以便进一步处理。
WiFi属于短距离无线传输技术,手机通过WiFi模块可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。
处理器是手机的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器内的数据,执行手机的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选的,处理器可包括一个或多个处理单元;优选的,处理器可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。
可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器中。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施方式”、“某些实施方式”、“示意性实施方式”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合所述实施方式或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施方式或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施方式或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何 的一个或多个实施方式或示例中以合适的方式结合。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种卡托,其特征在于,所述卡托形成有第一支撑部及与所述第一支撑部连接的第二支撑部,所述第一支撑部及所述第二支撑部均用于放置数据卡,所述第一支撑部与所述第二支撑部沿所述卡托的厚度方向设置于所述卡托的同一侧;所述卡托设置有电连接部,放置在所述第一支撑部上的数据卡和/或放置在所述第二支撑部上的数据卡通过所述电连接部与终端的卡座电连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部与所述第二支撑部并列设置于所述卡托的厚度方向的同一侧。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部与所述第二支撑部沿所述卡托插拔于所述卡座的方向并列设置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部形成有第一容置槽,所述第二支撑部形成有第二容置槽,所述第一容置槽与所述第二容置槽均用于容置所述数据卡。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述第一容置槽的底面设置有第一接触端子,所述第二容置槽的底面设置有第二接触端子,所述第一接触端子及所述第二接触端子均用于与所述数据卡电接触;
    所述电连接部包括插接段,所述插接段形成有用于与所述卡座电接触的连接端子,所述第一接触端子与所述第二接触端子均与所述连接端子电性连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述插接段设置于所述卡托沿所述卡托插入所述卡座的方向的一端。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述第一接触端子与所述第二接触端子均为弹性的接触端子。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述电连接部包括设置于所述第一容置槽的底面的第一底座和设置于所述第二容置槽的底面的第二底座,所述第一底座形成有所述第一接触端子,所述第二底座形成有所述第二接触端子。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述第一容置槽与所述第二容置槽连通。
  10. 如权利要求4所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述第一容置槽的侧壁形成有与所述第一容置槽连通的第一拿取槽,所述第二容置槽的侧壁形成有与所述第二容置槽连通的第二拿取槽。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述卡托包括基本呈长方体的本体,所述本体形成有所述第一支撑部及所述第二支撑部,所述电连接部设置于所述本体的长度方向的一端,在所述本体的长度方向的另一端设置有托帽,所述托帽的周缘凸设于所述本体。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述卡托包括设置于所述本体上的卡盖,所述卡盖与所述第一支撑部限定出用于夹设所述数据卡的第一夹设空间,所述卡盖与所述第二支撑部限定出用于夹设所述数据卡的第二夹设空间。
  13. 一种插接装置,其特征在于,包括:
    权利要求1-12任意一项所述的卡托;和
    卡座,所述卡托插设于所述卡座中,所述卡座设置有与所述电连接部电性接触的信号端子。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的插接装置,其特征在于,所述信号端子包括并排设置的多个弹片,以使所述信号端子弹性地抵持所述电连接部。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的插接装置,其特征在于,所述卡托的侧面形成有第一限位部,所述卡座形成有第二限位部,所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部配合连接以限制所述卡托相对于所述卡座移动。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的插接装置,其特征在于,所述第一限位部为凹槽,所述卡座包括沿所述卡托插拔于所述卡座的方向设置的弹性卡片,所述第二限位部为形成在所述弹性卡片上的凸起。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的插接装置,其特征在于,所述凸起由所述弹性卡片折弯形成。
  18. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括权利要求13-17任意一项所述的插接装置。
