本发明的有益效果是：本发明涂抹装置的头部结构具有一内设开孔的涂抹头，且涂抹头可采用软性橡塑体材料，该材料不易吸收化妆物料，因此在化妆过程中，化妆物料皆通过涂抹头的通孔流出， 故涂抹头内部不会残留物料而造成不必要的浪费以及产生的污染问题，涂抹头可以直接用来接触化妆部位，能够有效推匀化妆物料且使得涂抹的线条更粗犷，具有良好的视觉效果；当涂抹头的表面被植绒后，使得涂抹头的触感更加柔软，因为绒毛具有吸附力，所述涂抹的效果更加地细腻，可以满足不同的使用需求；利用固定座和夹具的内外挤压，涂抹头被牢牢地固定在套筒内，不会发生脱落现象；当化妆物料被用完后，该头部结构可以很方便地拆卸下来而被多次重复使用。因此本发明结构简单、实用性强、便于携带且能够重复使用。

实施例1：如图1、图4-10所示，一种涂抹装置的头部结构，包括：一套筒30，所述套筒30呈中空状，所述套筒30包括第一连接部31和第二连接部32；一涂抹头10，所述涂抹头内设有通孔11，所述涂抹头10包括头部12和环形尾部13；一夹具20，所述夹具20包括底部21和连接于底部21至少一对对称且具有弹性的齿扣22，所述涂抹头的环形尾部13置于齿扣22之间，所述齿扣22能够夹紧所述涂抹头10，所述夹具20置于所述套筒内，所述夹具的底部21固定连接于所述套筒的第一连接部31，所述涂抹头的头部12突出于所述套筒30；一固定座4，所述固定座包括底座41和连接于底座的中空固定杆42，所述固定座的底座41与套筒的第二连接部32固定连接，所述固定杆42的一端插入所述涂抹头的通孔11内并与通孔相连通，其另一端与外部连通。本发明的头部结构各部件的连接方式如下：套筒30的第一连接部31装有夹具20，夹具内夹有涂抹头10，套筒30的第二连接部32内固定连接固定座40，固定座的固定杆42插入并夹紧于所述涂抹头的通孔11内，涂抹头利用固定杆42和夹具20的双重挤压而被牢牢地固定于套筒内，不会发生脱落现象；在套筒30上连接一化妆物料容器，挤压容器，化妆物料80通过中空固定杆42流入涂抹头的通孔11内，再通过通孔流出涂抹头的头部12供化妆使用，涂抹头可采用软性橡塑体，用此材料的涂抹头直接涂抹化妆部位，可以有效推匀化妆物料且使得涂抹的线条更粗犷，具有良好的视觉效果。本发明结构简单、实 用性强、便于携带且能够重复使用。
如图4所示，所述涂抹头10靠近头部末端部分的通孔直径小于容置固定杆42部分的通孔直径。亦即涂抹头内的通孔分为两部分，下端大直径通孔用于容置固定杆，上端小直径通孔用于流通化妆物料(下端的化妆物料是通过固定杆内的孔流出的)，为了容置固定杆部分的通孔直径较大，一方面是方便固定杆的插入，另一方面防止通孔下部的直径过小而造成必须使用很大的挤压力才能将物料挤出，使用不方便；而上部通孔即靠近物料排出的那一段的直径较小，能够防止挤出涂抹头头部的物料过多而不便于化妆且造成了不必要的浪费。所述涂抹头10为软性橡塑体涂抹头，且呈半椭圆状。涂抹头的材质为软性橡塑体，因其不易吸收化妆物料，因此所有的化妆物料都通过涂抹头的通孔流出，故涂抹头内部不会残留物料而造成不必要的浪费以及产生的污染问题；采用该材质的涂抹头因研磨产生粗糙的外观面，涂抹的线条更加的粗犷；另外该橡塑体涂抹头还可以兼有粉扑的功能，可以有效地推匀化妆物料。
如图5所示，所述涂抹头的环形尾部13设有一圈环形卡槽14，所述卡勾23通过该环形卡槽14嵌入涂抹头内。当涂抹头的材质为较软的软性橡塑体时，卡勾直接嵌入涂抹头的环形尾部；当涂抹头的材质为较硬的软性橡塑体时，为了便于卡勾卡入，在环形尾部的对应处开设一圈环形的卡槽。
如图6-8所示，所述夹具20设有两对对称且向外侧张开的齿扣22，每个齿扣上都设有一卡勾23。所述夹具的齿扣22在自然状态下是向外侧张开的，当将其置于套筒内时，由于套筒的直径较小，因此套筒约束其向内压缩，所述卡勾23嵌入涂抹头内而将涂抹头夹紧，而且涂抹头的通孔内的固定杆42的直径稍大于通孔的直径，因此其插入通孔内也对涂抹头产生了一定的挤压力，利用固定杆和卡勾的双重挤压，而将涂抹头牢牢地固定住，防止其脱落。所述夹 具的底部21固定连接于所述套筒的第一连接部31的结构为，所述第一连接部31内侧至少设有一凸起33，所述夹具底部21至少设有供所述凸起卡入的凹槽24。当所述夹具插入到所述套筒内时，所述凸起33卡入凹槽即完成安装，也可以对安装者产生触觉的提醒。所述固定座的底座41卡接于所述套筒的第二连接部32。
如图9所示，所述套筒的第二连接部32外侧还卡接一软管容器60。所述软管容器内储存化妆物料，通过挤压软管即可将化妆物料挤出涂抹头。如图10所示，所述套筒的第二连接部32外侧还可卡接一旋转式容器70。通过旋转活塞将化妆物料挤出涂抹头，当然该头部结构还可以接其他类型(例如按压式容器)可以将化妆物料挤出的容器，此处为举例便于更好地理解而不是作为限定。
实施例2：如图2-3所示，本实施例与实施例1的区别仅在于：所述涂抹头的头部12还植有一层绒毛50。根据需要，可以在涂抹头上进行植绒后使用，使得涂抹头的触感更加柔软，因为绒毛具有吸附力，所述涂抹的效果更加地细腻。
本发明的操作过程是：
安装过程：如附图11所示，图中的箭头为安装过程之指示标示，首先将涂抹头10置于夹具20内，然后将夹具20插入到套筒30的第一连接部31内，直至第一连接部内的凸起33卡入夹具底部21的凹槽24内，再将固定座40插入套筒的第二连接部32，固定座的底座41与第二连接部卡接固定，此时固定座的固定杆42插入涂抹头内设的通孔11内，涂抹头利用固定杆42和夹具上设有的卡勾23内外挤压而被牢牢地固定在套筒内，至此安装结束，当然还可在套筒的第一连接部外侧套上上盖，防止涂抹头被污染。
使用过程：如附图12所示，图中的箭头为使用过程之指示标示，将储存有化妆物料80的软管连接在套筒30的第二连接部32的外部，然后对软管进行挤压，则软管内的化妆物料分别经过中空 的固定杆42以及涂抹头的上部通孔11而到达涂抹头10的表面，使用者直接用涂抹头对化妆部位进行涂抹即可完成化妆过程。
应当指出，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此，本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种涂抹装置的头部结构，其特征在于：包括：
    一套筒(30)，所述套筒(30)呈中空状，所述套筒(30)包括第一连接部(31)和第二连接部(32)；
    一涂抹头(10)，所述涂抹头内设有通孔(11)，所述涂抹头(10)包括头部(12)和环形尾部(13)；
    一夹具(20)，所述夹具(20)包括底部(21)和连接于底部(21)至少一对对称且具有弹性的齿扣(22)，所述涂抹头的环形尾部(13)置于齿扣(22)之间，所述齿扣(22)能够夹紧所述涂抹头(10)，所述夹具(20)置于所述套筒内，所述夹具的底部(21)固定连接于所述套筒的第一连接部(31)，所述涂抹头的头部(12)突出于所述套筒(30)；
    一固定座(4)，所述固定座包括底座(41)和连接于底座的中空固定杆(42)，所述固定座的底座(41)与套筒的第二连接部(32)固定连接，所述固定杆(42)的一端插入所述涂抹头的通孔(11)内并与通孔相连通，其另一端与外部连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的涂抹装置的头部结构，其特征在于：所述夹具(20)设有两对对称且向外侧张开的齿扣(22)，每个齿扣上都设有一卡勾(23)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的涂抹装置的头部结构，其特征在于：所述夹具的底部(21)固定连接于所述套筒的第一连接部(31)的结构为，所述第一连接部(31)内侧至少设有一凸起(33)，所述夹具底部(21)至少设有供所述凸起卡入的凹槽(24)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的涂抹装置的头部结构，其特征在于：所述固定座的底座(41)卡接于所述套筒的第二连接部(32)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的涂抹装置的头部结构，其特征在于：所述涂抹头的头部(12)植有一层绒毛(50)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的涂抹装置的头部结构，其特征在于：所述涂抹头(10)靠近头部末端部分的通孔直径小于容置固定杆(42)部分的通孔直径。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的涂抹装置的头部结构，其特征在于：所述涂抹头(10)为软性橡塑体涂抹头，且呈半椭圆状。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的涂抹装置的头部结构，其特征在于：所述套筒的第二连接部(32)外侧还卡接一软管容器(60)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的涂抹装置的头部结构，其特征在于：所述套筒的第二连接部(32)外侧还卡接一旋转式容器(70)。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的涂抹装置的头部结构，其特征在于：所述涂抹头的环形尾部(13)设有一圈环形卡槽(14)，所述卡勾(23)通过该环形卡槽(14)嵌入涂抹头内。
