Description
本发明涉及美容蒸脸器技术领域,具体涉及一种喷雾单元以及具有该喷雾单元的蒸脸器。
随着人们生活水平和生活品质的日益提高,人们越来越重视保健美容。而且无论在冬季还是夏季,由于空调的大范围使用,导致肌肤水分过度流失、肌肤紧绷、口舌干燥,从而使肌肤纤维失去韧性,加速肌肤老化,过早形成皱纹。针对肌肤水分流失、肌肤紧绷的问题,给肌肤补水就是最直接的保护方法之一。现在带有冷热喷功能的蒸脸器已经成为被普通用户广泛认知的美容家电产品,使用时方便又卫生。
蒸脸器使用时,使用热气,可舒张毛孔,清除污垢;使用冷雾,可镇静、舒缓皮肤、平衡PH值、补水,适合敏感、油性、特干性皮肤使用。进行日常面部护理时,可以先使用热雾进行蒸脸,脸部毛孔打开后,涂抹护肤品并施加相应的脸部按摩,使得护肤品的精华通过打开的毛孔充分渗透进入脸部,然后再切换蒸脸器功能,打开冷雾模式,使得脸部毛孔闭合,将护肤品精华锁在脸部内,至此完成整个脸部护理步骤。
目前带有冷热喷功能的蒸脸器采用是冷雾气、热蒸汽单独分成多个出口喷出的结构,并且不共用喷出腔。这样的多个独立系统会造成
整体蒸脸器的结构复杂度增加,喷头功能单一,冷热气喷出时不均匀,影响美容效果和用户体验。同时,冷、热气喷出共用出气腔也容易产生冷、热气相互干扰,产生冷气倒灌热气管产生水珠堵死管道的现象,也会产生热气充满热气腔通过热交换加热冷喷水使冷水变热的不良后果,以此会导致蒸脸器在气源供应处发生故障,从而影响后续的实用,造成用户体感不良。
针对上述问题,有必要对现有的蒸脸器的内部结构进行优化、改良,以提高使用功效,增加用户体验好感度。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种蒸脸器及其喷雾单元,通过将冷、热气共用一个腔体并且均匀进入多个出口,同时共用腔体的结构上进行改进以达到冷雾气功能和热蒸汽功能互不影响的要求。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种喷雾单元,包括雾气储存腔室、冷水管和热蒸汽管,冷水管和热蒸汽管均与雾气储存腔室连接并构成贯通的腔体结构;所述雾气储存腔室内部设有一腔室分割单元,腔室分割单元将整个雾气储存腔室在工作状态下分割为热蒸汽腔室和冷雾气腔室;所述雾气储存腔室的顶部斜向上设有多个雾气喷出引导管,雾气喷出引导管在工作状态时可与热蒸汽腔室或冷雾气腔室贯通连接。
优选的,所述腔室分割单元包括在雾气储存腔室侧面开设的进风口和位于雾气储存腔室内部引导风向用的挡风板;所述挡风板的顶点位于雾气喷出引导管最低面的反向延长线上。
优选的,所述雾气储存腔室包括雾化腔主腔和雾化腔上腔,进风口位于雾化腔上腔与雾化腔主腔的连接处,进风口连接一风道。

现有的冷热喷功能蒸脸器采用是冷雾气、热蒸汽单独分成多个出口喷出的结构,并且不共用喷出腔。这样的多个独立系统会造成整体蒸脸器的结构复杂度增加,喷头功能单一,冷热气喷出时不均匀,影响美容效果和用户体验。同时,冷、热气喷出共用出气腔也容易产生冷、热气相互干扰,产生冷气倒灌热气管产生水珠堵死管道的现象,也会产生热气充满热气腔通过热交换加热冷喷水使冷水变热的不良后果,以此会导致蒸脸器在气源供应处发生故障,从而影响后续的实用,造成用户体感不良。
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种蒸脸器及其喷雾单元,通过将冷、热气共用一个腔体并且均匀进入多个出口,同时共用腔体的结构上进行改进以达到冷气功能和热气功能互不影响的要求。
下面将通过具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参加图1~图2所示,一种喷雾单元,包括雾气储存腔室1、冷水管2和热蒸汽管3,冷水管2和热蒸汽管3均与雾气储存腔室1连接并构成贯通的腔体结构。
雾气储存腔室内部1设有一腔室分割单元,将整个雾气储存腔室
1在工作状态下分割为热蒸汽腔室和冷雾气腔室,雾气储存腔室1的顶部斜向上设有多个雾气喷出引导管4,雾气喷出引导管4在工作状态时可与热蒸汽腔室或冷雾气腔室贯通连接。当冷雾气喷出时,腔室分割单元关闭,使得整个雾气储存腔室1成为冷雾气腔室。当热蒸汽喷出时,腔室分割单元打开,将雾气储存腔室1分割为冷雾气腔室和热蒸汽腔室,并将冷雾气阻隔在冷雾气腔室内,避免冷雾气进入热蒸汽腔室中与热蒸汽混合,使得热蒸汽冷凝。
在本实施例中,优选腔室分割单元为在雾气储存腔室1侧面开设的进风口5和位于雾气储存腔室1内部引导风向用的挡风板6,挡风板6引导风吹雾气由喷出引导管4喷出,将雾气储存腔室1形成一个冷雾气腔与热蒸汽腔之间的风屏。
腔室分割单元也可以选择在雾气储存腔室1内位于冷雾气进口的上方设置一阀门,可根据功能不同,选择性的开闭阀门,可根据具体的结构、要求选择不同的腔室分割单元结构。
雾气储存腔室1包括雾化腔主腔7和雾化腔上腔8,雾化腔主腔7和雾化腔上腔8之间设有一防水密封圈9,且两者的边沿外侧都延伸出开有固定孔10的固定件11并通过螺栓固定连接。雾化腔上腔8的顶面为引导风向的斜坡结构,雾化腔主腔7为柱形结构。雾气储存腔室1的底部安装一雾化器12,雾气储存腔室1与雾化器12之间嵌合有防水硅胶垫13。
雾化腔主腔7的侧面底部连接冷水管2,雾化腔上腔8顶部连接雾气喷出引导管4,雾气喷出引导管4的端口设有雾气喷头14。雾气
喷出引导管4与热蒸汽管3相通,以此热蒸汽管3、雾气喷出引导管4、冷水管2和雾气储存腔室1是一体贯通的。
腔室分割单元的进风口5位于雾化腔上腔8与雾化腔主腔7的连接处,进风口5连接一风道15。雾化腔上腔8开设进风口5的边沿上向腔体外侧延伸有一开口向下的上风道槽16,雾化腔主腔7开设进风口5的边沿上向腔体外侧延伸有一开口向上的下风道槽17,上风道槽16与下风道槽17上下嵌合形成风道15。雾化腔主腔7的侧面设有一风扇承托座18,风扇承托座18上固定一涡轮风扇19,涡轮风扇19作为风源,其出风口与风道15的另一端连接。
参见图3所示,打开蒸脸器冷喷功能,水从冷水管2进入雾气储存腔室1内,并经过雾气储存腔室1底部的雾化器12雾化形成冷雾气,并在雾气储存腔室1不断聚集后进入至雾气喷出引导管4喷出,由于雾气喷出引导管4的设置为斜向上设置,能够更好的引导冷雾气喷出,也能使冷雾气凝结后形成冷凝水,冷凝水可以直接回流至水箱组件22,或直接回流至雾化器12内继续形成冷雾气,而不是倒灌至热蒸汽管3中。
当切换功能至蒸脸器热喷功能时,冷水停止进入,热蒸汽管3输入热蒸汽,但是雾气储存腔室1内还会有部分的冷雾气存在,为了防止冷雾气随着热蒸汽一起喷出,涡轮风扇19开始工作。涡轮风扇19吹出的风经过风道15、进风口5进入至雾气储存腔室1内,并且通过挡风板6的引导,风能够吹向雾气喷出引导管4,并且从挡风板6的顶部至雾气喷出引导管4的最低面形成一道风屏,阻止冷雾气喷出,
而且风还能进一步加快热蒸汽的喷出速度。
参见图4所示,一种蒸脸器,将蒸脸器面向脸部的方向定义为前方,背向面部的方向定义为后方,包括如上所述的喷雾单元20、负氧离子组件21、水箱组件22、机体组件23和机体上盖组件24。负氧离子组件21位于喷雾单元20的上方,与喷雾单元20的雾气喷出引导管4相连接,使得喷出的冷雾气、热蒸汽内都富含负氧离子,加强肌肤抗氧化、抗衰老和保湿效果。水箱组件22作为喷雾单元20的冷水源,位于喷雾单元20的后侧方,与喷雾单元20的冷水管2相连接。
本发明提供一种蒸脸器及其喷雾单元,针对喷雾单元中,抛开以往传统的冷、热汽一体进气、分开出汽的结构,将其改进为将冷雾气、热蒸汽分开进气,但是共用一个储汽腔和喷出口,降低了结构的复杂度。同时在喷雾单元的雾气储存腔室内增加了使用涡轮风扇吹出风作为的腔室分割单元,当喷冷雾气时,涡轮风扇关闭,使得整个雾气储存腔室都充满了冷雾气,并沿着雾气喷出引导管喷出;当喷热蒸汽时,涡轮风扇打开,开始送风,风吹响雾气喷出引导管使得雾气储存腔室分割为上下两个腔室,使得位于下方的冷雾气腔内的冷雾气因为风屏的存在无法进入位于上方的热蒸汽腔室中,避免了冷雾气与热蒸汽混合,同时风流也加快了热蒸汽的喷出速度,防止热蒸汽倒灌。通过使用该种喷雾单元,蒸脸器能够实现良好的冷热喷功能,提高了用户的使用好感度。

Claims (10)
- 一种喷雾单元,其特征在于:包括雾气储存腔室、冷水管和热蒸汽管,所述冷水管和所述热蒸汽管均与所述雾气储存腔室连接并构成贯通的腔体结构;所述雾气储存腔室内部设有一腔室分割单元,所述腔室分割单元将整个所述雾气储存腔室在工作状态下分割为热蒸汽腔室和冷雾气腔室;所述雾气储存腔室的顶部斜向上设有若干雾气喷出引导管,所述雾气喷出引导管在工作状态时可与所述热蒸汽腔室或所述冷雾气腔室贯通连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷雾单元,其特征在于:所述腔室分割单元包括在所述雾气储存腔室侧面开设的进风口和位于所述雾气储存腔室内部引导风向用的挡风板。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种喷雾单元,其特征在于:所述雾气储存腔室包括雾化腔主腔和雾化腔上腔,所述进风口位于所述雾化腔上腔与所述雾化腔主腔的连接处,所述进风口连接一风道。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种喷雾单元,其特征在于:所述雾化腔主腔和所述雾化腔上腔之间设有一防水密封圈,且两者的边沿外侧都延伸出开有固定孔的固定件并通过螺栓固定连接;所述雾化腔主腔的侧面底部连接所述冷水管;所述雾化腔上腔顶部连接所述雾气喷出引导管,所述雾气喷出引导管与所述热蒸汽管相通。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种喷雾单元,其特征在于:所述雾化腔上腔开设所述进风口的边沿上向腔体外侧延伸有一开口向下的 上风道槽,雾化腔主腔开设所述进风口的边沿上向腔体外侧延伸有一开口向上的下风道槽;所述上风道槽与下风道槽上下嵌合形成所述风道。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种喷雾单元,其特征在于:所述雾化腔上腔的顶面为引导风向的斜坡结构,所述雾化腔主腔为柱形结构。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种喷雾单元,其特征在于:所述雾化腔主腔的侧面设有一风扇承托座,所述风扇承托座上固定一涡轮风扇;所述涡轮风扇的出风口与所述风道连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷雾单元,其特征在于:所述雾气储存腔室的底部安装一雾化器;所述雾气储存腔室与雾化器之间嵌合有防水硅胶垫。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷雾单元,其特征在于:所述雾气喷出引导管的端口设有雾气喷头。
- 一种蒸脸器,将蒸脸器面向脸部的方向定义为前方,背向面部的方向定义为后方,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1~9任意一项所述的喷雾单元、负氧离子组件、水箱组件、机体组件和机体上盖组件;所述负氧离子组件位于喷雾单元的上方,与所述喷雾单元所述的雾气喷出引导管相连接;所述水箱组件位于所述喷雾单元的后侧方,与所述喷雾单元的所述冷水管相连接。
