Abstract

Description
本公开涉及一种护理病床。
目前的护理病床基本都具有起背抬腿的功能。抬腿功能除了增加病人躺着的舒适性,还有利于在救护时增加病人的血液回流量,对于病患缺血性抢救十分重要。同时,起坐时落脚符合健康的行为习惯,可以增加病人的舒适性,有利于血液循环,可以预防和治疗肺炎、褥疮等疾病。由于实现抬腿和落脚时,对座板宽度的要求不同,抬腿时要求座板较窄,这样便于把体重落在腿板和脚板上;而落脚时要求座板较宽,让人坐得舒服。这样才符合人体工程学的原理,有利于病人的康复和身心愉悦。在同一个驱动推杆作用下,要求座板在抬腿和落脚时宽度不一致,且通过简单结构得以实现似乎非常困难。国内外的知名护理床生产企业的护理床往往只有抬腿,而同时具有抬腿和落腿功能的也不改变座板的宽度和腿板的宽度,导致其不符合人体工工程学设计要求而让人不舒适。另外,具有落脚功能的床尾需要空悬着,这同样影响床结构的牢固性和稳定性,从而影响了护理病床落脚功能的实现。
此外,起坐时落腿是符合健康的行为习惯,可以增加病人的舒适性,有利血液循环,可以预防治疗肺炎、褥疮等疾病。但是起坐或起坐落腿时人体易于下滑,特别是没有控制自身坐姿能力的失能者更难坐稳。然而当前并不存在既能防止人体下滑又增加起坐者的舒适度的护理病床。
发明内容
为了解决至少一个上述技术问题,本公开提供了一种护理病床,其包括背板部、座板部、座腿板部、腿板部和脚板部,座板部和座腿板部铰接,以及腿板部和脚板部铰接,设置背板部、座板部和座腿板 部并和座板部固定连接的床体支架,设置在床体支架上且设置在座腿板部下方的转轴和一端与转轴可枢转地连接且另一端与脚板的下表面活动连接的连杆。
根据本公开的至少一个实施方式,座腿板部和腿板部通过以下方式之一进行铰接:无缝对接或间隙对接。
根据本公开的至少一个实施方式,座腿板部和腿板部通过铰链下位连接。
根据本公开的至少一个实施方式,座腿板部和腿板部通过间隙对接的方式进行铰接的情况下,座腿板部和腿板部相对的侧面至少之一上设置有卡块。
根据本公开的至少一个实施方式,所述腿板部包括腿板和腿脚板,所述腿板与腿脚板采用无缝对接或间隙对接的方式通过铰链下位连接,腿脚板和脚板采用无缝对接或间隙对接的方式通过铰链上位连接。

在本公开的至少一个实施方式中,本公开提供了一种护理病床,其包括依次铰接的背板部、座板部、座腿板部、腿板部和脚板部,设 置背板部、座板部和座腿板部并和座板部固定连接的床体支架,设置在床体支架上且设置在座腿板部下方的转轴和一端与转轴可枢转地连接且另一端与脚板的下表面活动连接的连杆。
图1是根据本公开至少一个实施方式的护理病床的床板分布结构示意图。如图1所示,该护理病床包括依次设置的背板1、座板2、座腿板3、腿板4和脚板6。其中,背板1、座板2和座腿板3设置在床体支架7之上,座板2与床体支架7固定连接。背板1与座板2、座板2与座腿板3以及腿板4和脚板6均通过铰链8连接。在床体支架7上并且在座腿板3下方设置转轴10。连杆11一端与转轴10可枢转地连接,另一端与脚板6下表面活动连接。
如图1所示的床体支架7只设置在背板1、座板2和座腿板3之下,然而,在本公开的一些实施方式中,床体支架7可以除了设置在背板1、座板2和座腿板3之下,还可以围绕腿板4和脚板6设置。床体支架7可与腿板4和脚板6间隔开。在一个具体实施方式中,床体支架7还可与腿板4和脚板6相平齐。这样,既可以保证腿板4和脚板6能够自由落下,又增加了护理病床的稳定性。
如图2所示,根据本公开的一些实施方式,座腿板3与腿板4之间可以无缝对接,并且座腿板3和腿板4通过铰链8下位连接。
如图3所示,根据本公开的另一些实施方式,座腿板3与腿板4之间可以留有足够间隙,在该间隙中设置有铰链8和卡块9,铰链8设置在间隙的下部。卡块9可以设置在座腿板3和腿板4至少之一上。所设置卡块9要远离床边,这样能有效防止夹手,符合医疗器械安全规定。
图4是根据本公开一些实施方式的护理病床的一个抬腿状态的结构示意图。如图4所示,在抬腿时,通过连杆11的一端绕转轴10转动而连杆11的另一端在脚板6的下表面移动至第一位置,座腿板3抬起,呈倾斜状态,同时腿板4和脚板6处于水平状态。此时,较窄的座板2仅供人体臀部部分着落,而人体的重量主要作用于座腿板3,不仅能有效地将人腿部抬起,又增加人的舒适性。
图5是根据本公开一些实施方式的护理病床的另一个抬腿状态的结构示意图。如图5所示,在抬腿时,通过连杆11的一端绕转轴10转动 而连杆11的另一端在脚板6的下表面移动至第二位置,座腿板3与腿板4同时抬起,呈倾斜状态,同时脚板6处于水平状态。座腿板3与腿板4根据图2或图3所示的方式连接,有效地保证了座腿板3与腿板4处于同一个平面。此时,较窄的座板2仅供人体臀部部分着落,而人体的重量主要作用于座腿板3和腿板4,在不影响舒适性的同时,相比与图4所示的状态,可以将腿抬得更高。
图6是根据本公开一些实施方式的护理病床的落脚状态时的结构示意图。如图6所示,在落腿时,座板2和座腿板3都保留在床体支架7上,腿板4落下,呈倾斜或竖直状态,脚板6呈水平状态。此时,座板2和座腿板3同时供人体臀部着落,保证了足够的座位宽度,又具有效理想的落腿高度,符合人体工学要求,保证了病患落座的舒适性。
图7是根据本公开的一些实施方式的护理病床的结构示意图。如图7所示,该护理病床包括依次设置的背板1、座板2、座腿板3、腿板4、腿脚板5和脚板6。其中,背板1、座板2和座腿板3设置在床体支架7之上,座板2与床体支架7固定连接。各个板之间通过铰链8连接。在床体支架7上并且在座腿板3下方设置转轴10。连杆11一端与转轴10可枢转地连接,另一端与脚板6下表面活动连接。

再返回图13,图13是根据本公开一些实施方式的护理病床处于抬腿状态时的结构示意图。如图13所示,在抬腿时,通过中心连杆111的一端绕中心转轴110转动而中心连杆111的另一端在中心脚板16下表面移动,座腿板3、中心腿板14、左腿板24和右腿板34同时抬起,呈倾斜状态,同时中心腿脚板15、左腿脚板25、右腿脚板35、中心脚板16、左脚板26和右脚板36处于水平状态。座腿板3与中心腿板14根据类似图2或图3所示的方式连接,有效地保证了座腿板3与中心腿板14处于同一个平面。类似地,中心腿脚板15和中心脚板16通过类似图8或图9所示的方式连接,有效地保证了腿脚板5和脚板6处于同一个平面。同时,设置在中心脚板16下表面的两个托条37使得左脚板26和右脚板36能够和中心脚板16同时升起。此时,较窄的座板2仅供人体臀部部分着落,而人体的重量主要作用于座腿板3、中心腿板14、左腿板24和右 腿板34,不仅能有效地将人腿部抬起,又增加人的舒适性。
类似地,如图14所示,设置在中心脚板16下表面的两个托条37替换为在左脚板26下表面设置的左连杆211和右脚板36下表面设置的右连杆311。这样的设计同样能够保证左脚板26和右脚板36能够和中心脚板16同时升起。其他部分的状态和图13所示一样,此处不再赘述。
图16是根据本公开一些实施方式的护理病床处于落脚状态时的结构示意图。如图16所示,在落腿时座板2、座腿板3、左腿板24、右腿板34、左腿脚板25、右腿脚板35、左脚板26和右脚板36都保留在床体支架7上,中心腿板14与中心腿脚板15同时落下,呈倾斜或竖直状态,中心脚板16呈水平状态。中心腿板14与中心腿脚板15根据图2或图3所示的方式连接,有效地保证了中心腿板14与中心腿脚板15处于同一个平面。此时,座板2和座腿板3同时供人体臀部着落,保证了足够的座位宽度,又具有效理想的落腿高度,符合人体工学要求,保证了病患落座的舒适性。
图17是根据本公开又一些实施方式的处于落腿状态时的护理病床的结构示意图。如图17所示,座板2包括中心座板40、左腿板41和右腿板45,左腿板41和右腿板45对称布置在中心座板两侧,以及座腿板3包括中心座腿板42、左座腿板43和右座腿板46,左座腿板43和右座腿板46对称布置在中心座腿板42两侧。其他部分的布置和连接方式和图12所示的实施方式相同。如图17所示,中心座板40下方和中心脚板16下方设置有轮,因此图17所示的护理病床可以当做轮椅使用,扩展了护理病床的使用范围。
图18是根据本公开至少一个实施方式的护理病床的结构示意图。如图18所示,背板1、座板2、座腿板3、腿板4、腿脚板5和脚板6被床体支架7所包围。
下面参照图19至图22描述根据本公开一些实施方式的起坐防下滑的护理病床。座腿部200可为完整的面板,即座板和座腿板形成为一体。座腿部200的与背板1邻近的端部与床体支架7的上表面铰接。背板1的与座腿部200邻近的端部与床体支架7的上表面铰接或与座 腿部200铰接。腿板4的与座腿部200邻近的端部与床体支架7铰接,在背板1前端对称设有与背板1的下表面可枢转地连接的水平连杆21,水平连杆21和竖直连杆23可活动地连接,竖直连杆23与床体支架7可转动地连接,竖直连杆23的上端设有滚轮22。在背板1抬起时,通过水平连杆21拉动竖直连杆23转动,滚轮22作力于座腿部200的下表面。虽然在图19至图22中示出了滚轮22,然而本领域技术人员应理解还可以其他方式实现竖直连杆23与座腿部200的下表面的滑动连接,本公开并不限于此。在一些实施方式中,还可以在背板1与座腿部200相邻的端部上设置以各自的支撑轴224为转动中心的相互配合的齿轮部225。在一个具体实施方式中,相互配合的齿轮部225可以是类似齿轮作用的拨动件。
虽然在图19至图22中,床体支架7设置在背板1、座腿部200、腿板4和脚板之下,然而,在根据本公开的一些实施方式中,床体支架7还可设置成位于背板1和座腿部200之下并围绕腿板4和脚板,并且与腿板4和脚板间隔开。在一个具体实施方式中,床体支架7还可与腿板4和脚板相平齐。
下面参照图23至图26描述根据本公开另一些实施方式的起坐防下滑的护理病床。护理病床包括座板226和座腿板27。座板226与座腿板27之间可通过无缝对接或间隙对接的方式进行上位铰接。在座板226与座腿板27进行间隙对接时,可在间隙中设置卡块9,其中卡块9位于座板226和座腿板27相对的侧面至少之一上。座板226的与背板1邻近的端部的下表面与床体支架7的上表面铰接。背板1的与座板226邻近的端部与床体支架7的上表面铰接或与座板226铰接。腿板4与联接杆13的一端铰接,联接杆13的另一端与床体支架7的上表面铰接。联接杆13的与腿板4铰接的端部设有直立挡29。在背板1前端对称设有与背板1的下表面可枢转地连接的水平连杆21,水平连杆21和竖直连杆23可活动地连接,竖直连杆23与床体支架7可转动地连接,竖直连杆23的上端设有滚轮22。虽然在图23至图26中示出了滚轮22,然而本领域技术人员应理解还可以其他方式实现竖直连杆23与座腿板27的下表面的滑动连接,本公开并不限于此。在背板 1抬起通过水平连杆21拉动竖直连杆23转动时,滚轮22施加力于座腿板27的下表面。在一些实施方式中,还可以在背板1与座板226相邻的端部上设置以各自的支撑轴224为转动中心的相互配合的齿轮部225。在一个具体实施方式中,相互配合的齿轮部225也可以是类似齿轮作用拨动件10。
虽然在图23至图26中,床体支架7设置在背板1、座板226和座腿板27、腿板4、腿脚板和脚板之下,然而,在根据本公开的一些实施方式中,床体支架7还可设置成位于背板1、座板226和座腿板27之下并围绕腿板4、腿脚板和脚板,并且与腿板4、腿脚板和脚板间隔开。在一个具体实施方式中,床体支架7还可与腿板4、腿脚板和脚板相平齐。
上述结构保证了在起背时,通过水平连杆21、竖直连杆23和滚轮22使得座腿部200抬起。在一些实施方式中,还可以通过背板1抬起过程带动相互配合的齿轮部225,驱动座腿部200或座板226抬起。由于腿板4仅与床体支架7连接,所以座腿部200的抬起并不影响腿板4的下降,让卧床者获得正坐的健康姿势;同时腿板4在平面状态时也可以抬起。当护理病床包括座板226与座腿板27时,与腿板4连接的联接杆13上的直立挡29能让腿板4首先抬起至水平状态,当需继续向上抬起时,联接杆13就能带动座腿板27和腿板4一起抬起,而有效将人体大腿抬起。如果在起背状态抬起,就保证人体的重力作用于背板1、座腿板27及腿板4之上,而臀部不受力,符合人体工程学。本领域技术人员应理解在上述参照图19至图26的描述中仅对相关的部件进行了描述,而省略了其他部件的描述,其他部件的详细描述可参照本公开中参照图1至图18的描述。
本领域的技术人员应当理解,上述实施方式仅仅是为了清楚地说明本公开,而并非是对本公开的范围进行限定。对于所属领域的技术人员而言,在上述公开的基础上还可以做出其它变化或变型,并且这些变化或变型仍处于本公开的范围内。
Claims (20)
- 一种护理病床,其特征在于,所述护理病床包括背板部、座板部、座腿板部、腿板部和脚板部,所述座板部和所述座腿板部铰接,以及所述腿板部和所述脚板部铰接;床体支架,所述背板部、所述座板部和所述座腿板部设置在所述床体支架上,所述座板部与所述床体支架固定连接;转轴,所述转轴设置在所述床体支架上且设置在所述座腿板部下方;以及连杆,所述连杆的一端与所述转轴可枢转地连接,所述连杆的另一端与所述脚板的下表面活动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述座腿板部和所述腿板部通过以下方式之一进行铰接:无缝对接;或间隙对接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述座腿板部和所述腿板部通过铰链下位连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述座腿板部和所述腿板部通过间隙对接的方式进行铰接的情况下,所述座腿板部和所述腿板部相对的侧面至少之一上设置有卡块。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述腿板部包括腿板和腿脚板,所述腿板与所述腿脚板采用无缝对接或间隙对接的方式通过铰链下位连接,所述腿脚板和所述脚板采用无缝对接或间隙对接的方式通过铰链上位连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述腿板包括中心腿板、左腿板和右腿板,所述左腿板和所述右 腿板对称布置在所述中心腿板两侧;所述腿脚板包括中心腿脚板、左腿脚板和右腿脚板,所述左腿脚板和所述右腿脚板对称布置在所述中心腿脚板两侧;所述脚板部包括中心脚板、左脚板和右脚板,所述左脚板和所述右脚板对称布置在所述中心腿板两侧;以及所述连杆包括中心连杆,所述转轴包括中心转轴,所述中心连杆的一端与所述中心转轴可枢转地连接,所述中心连杆与所述中心脚板的下表面活动连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述中心脚板下表面两侧分别设置延伸至所述左脚板和所述右脚板下方的托条。
- 根据权利要求6所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述左脚板下表面设置左连杆,所述左连杆的一端与所述左脚板的下表面活动连接,所述床体支架上设置与所述中心转轴同心连接的左转轴,所述左连杆的另一端与所述左转轴可枢转地连接;所述右脚板下表面设置右连杆,所述右连杆的一端与所述右脚板的下表面活动连接,所述床体支架上设置与所述中心转轴同心连接的右转轴,所述右连杆的另一端与所述右转轴可枢转地连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述中心转轴的两个端面、所述左转轴的右端面和所述右转轴的左端面均设置有凸齿和凹槽,并通过所述凸齿和所述凹槽同心连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述座板部包括中心座板、左腿板和右腿板,所述左腿板和所述右腿板对称布置在所述中心座板两侧;以及所述座腿板部包括中心座腿板、左座腿板和右座腿板,所述左座腿板和所述右座腿板对称布置在所述中心座腿板两侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述座板部与所述座腿板部形成为一体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述座板部与所述床体支架铰接,所述护理病床还包括水平连杆和竖直连杆,所述水平连杆与所述背板部可枢转地连接并与所述竖直连杆可活动地连接,所述竖直连杆与所述床体支架可转动地连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述背板部和所述座板部均与所述床体支架可转动地连接,并且所述背板部的与所述座板部相邻近的侧面上设置有第一齿轮部,以及所述座板部的与所述背板部相邻近的侧面上设置有与所述第一齿轮部相配的第二齿轮部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述腿板部的与所述座板部相邻近的端部与所述床体支架铰接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述腿板部通过联接杆与所述床体支架铰接,所述联接杆的与所述腿板部铰接的端部设有用于阻挡所述腿板部的转动的直立挡,并且所述联接杆延伸至所述座板部的下方。
- 根据权利要求15所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述直立挡与所述联接杆的上表面相垂直。
- 根据权利要求1至4和6至16中任一项所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述床体支架设置在所述背板部、所述座板部和所述座腿板部之下,并围绕所述腿板部和所述脚板部,并与所述腿板部和所述脚板部间隔开。
- 根据权利要求17所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述床体支架与所述腿板部和所述脚板部相平齐。
- 根据权利要求5所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述床体支架设置在所述背板部、所述座板部和所述座腿板部之下,并围绕所述腿板部和所述脚板部,并与所述腿板部和所述脚板部间隔开。
- 根据权利要求19所述的护理病床,其特征在于,所述床体支架与所述腿板部和所述脚板部相平齐。
