Abstract
L'invention concerne une doublure interne de transfert de placage d'aluminium pour le maintien de la qualité et la conservation de l'arôme à humidité constante pour une cigarette, comprenant une couche de papier brut. Dans ladite invention, une couche de caoutchouc composite, une couche de film de placage d'aluminium et une couche de protection à base d'eau sont disposées de manière séquentielle sur la surface supérieure de la couche de papier brut de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur ; la surface inférieure de la couche de papier brut est pourvue d'une couche d'humidification ; la doublure interne pour une cigarette comprend également une couche de préservation d'humidité et de conservation d'arôme disposée sur la surface supérieure ou la surface inférieure de la couche de papier brut, la couche de préservation d'humidité et de conservation d'arôme étant disposée entre la couche de papier brut et la couche de caoutchouc composite ou étant disposée entre la couche de papier brut et la couche d'humidification. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication pour la doublure interne de transfert de placage d'aluminium pour le maintien de la qualité et la conservation de l'arôme à humidité constante pour une cigarette. La doublure interne de transfert de placage d'aluminium pour une cigarette peut équilibrer efficacement l'humidité d'un produit de cigarette et maintenir la qualité du produit de cigarette au moyen de l'agencement de la couche de préservation d'humidité et de conservation d'arôme.
