Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de service de vente de point de vente, un procédé, un serveur et un support d'informations. Le système de service de vente de point de vente comprend : un terminal libre-service, un terminal de service et un serveur ; le terminal libre-service est destiné à acquérir des informations d'image de surveillance et à envoyer lesdites informations d'image de surveillance au serveur ; lesdites informations d'image de surveillance comprennent un identifiant (ID) du terminal libre-service et une image de visage ; le terminal de service est destiné à envoyer des informations de localisation au serveur en temps réel ; lesdites informations de localisation comprennent un ID de gestionnaire financier et les informations de localisation ; le serveur est destiné à recevoir les informations d'image de surveillance et les informations de localisation et à déterminer si des informations de client, correspondant à une image de visage, sont mémorisées dans une base de données de caractéristiques de client ; si tel est le cas, le serveur détermine un ID de gestionnaire financier cible, en fonction des informations de localisation et des informations de client et envoie les informations de client à un terminal de service correspondant à l'ID de gestionnaire financier cible ; le terminal de service est destiné à recevoir et à afficher les informations de client. Le présent système de service de vente de point de vente peut recommander des produits ou des services financiers plus appropriés à un client, ce qui permet d'augmenter la satisfaction du service clientèle et d'empêcher la perte de ressources client.
