本发明提供的香烟结构,包括:壳体和位于所述壳体内的烟草填充材料,所述壳体内设置有沿所述壳体长度方向延伸设置的容纳腔,所述烟草填充材料位于所述容纳腔内,所述烟草填充材料呈蜂窝状,设置有若干气孔,所述若干 气孔中的至少部分气孔相互连通,由于烟草填充材料呈蜂窝状,烟草中的空隙比较均匀,不容易发生局部的水分与烟油积聚现象,从而可以减少容纳腔中出现的烟雾阻塞情况,提高了用户吸烟的顺畅性,提高用户体验。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例通过提供一种香烟结构及雾化器,可以减少现有技术中存在的烟雾在容纳腔中发生阻塞的情况,提高了用户吸烟的顺畅性。
为了更好的理解本发明技术方案,下面将结合说明书附图以及具体实施方式对上述技术方案进行详细的说明,应当理解本发明实施例以及实施例中的具体特征是对本申请技术方案的详细的说明,而不是对本申请技术方案的限定,在不冲突的情况下,本发明实施例以及实施例中的技术特征可以相互组合。
实施例1
请参见图1所示,本发明第一实施例提供了一种香烟结构1,包括:壳体11和位于所述壳体内的烟草填充材料12,所述壳体11内设置有沿所述壳体11长度方向延伸设置的容纳腔111,所述烟草填充材料12位于所述容纳腔111内,所述烟草填充材料12呈蜂窝状,设置有若干气孔121,所述若干气孔121中的至少部分气孔121相互连通。可以理解的是,所述气孔121的形状及结构在此不做具体限定,只要所述烟草填充材料12大致呈蜂窝状即可。
本实施例对壳体11和烟草填充材料12的外形不做具体限定,图1中的形状仅作为举例。
综上所述,本申请方案相对于现有技术至少具有以下有益技术效果:
烟草填充材料12呈蜂窝状,设置有若干气孔121,所述若干气孔121中的至少部分气孔121相互连通,由于烟草填充材料12呈蜂窝状,烟草填充材 料12中的空隙比较均匀,不容易发生局部的水分与烟油积聚现象,从而可以减少容纳腔中出现的烟雾阻塞情况,提高了用户吸烟的顺畅性,提高用户体验。
请参阅图2,壳体11可以呈柱状,所述容纳腔111延伸至所述壳体11位置相对的两端面,所述容纳腔111的一端内插设有用于供抽吸烟雾的吸嘴13,所述烟草填充材料的孔隙率大于35%,优选地,所述烟草填充材料的孔隙率位于35%-55%之间,从而不仅可使烟雾通畅,而且保持较好的烟味。
优选的,所述吸嘴13内可以设置有沿着所述吸嘴13的长度方向延伸设置的烟雾通孔131,所述烟雾通孔131贯穿所述吸嘴13位置相对的两端面并与所述气孔121相连通。
优选的,壳体11可以为圆筒形的纸管,纸管的内侧具有粘性,用于将全部的烟草填充材料12和全部或部分吸嘴13包覆固定在壳体11中。
优选的,烟草填充材料12可以包括若干烟叶丝和粘合剂,所述粘合剂用于连接烟叶丝,并维持所述烟叶丝之间形成的蜂窝状结构,可以用于防止烟叶丝间的相对位置发生改变,造成烟草填充材料12中的气孔121变小,对通过的烟雾造成堵塞。
具体的,粘合剂可以采用羧甲基纤维素钠,羧甲基纤维素钠为无害的具有粘性的物质。作为举例,具有蜂窝结构的烟草填充材料12的制备工艺可以为:
将羧甲基纤维素钠和碳酸氢钠溶液混合,并拌入烟叶丝,之后将沾有混合溶液的烟叶丝转绕成烟支,加热烘干烟支,在加热烘干过程中,碳酸氢钠分解,产生二氧化碳气体,在烟支内形成蜂窝状的气孔,羧甲基纤维素钠附着在烟叶丝表面,在烟叶丝之间起到连接作用,烘干后还能对烟叶丝起到定型作用,维持烟叶丝之间的相对位置,也就是形成具有稳定的蜂窝状结构的烟支,将烟支作为香烟的烟草填充材料12。
本实施例香烟结构1中的吸嘴13可以有多种结构,以下对三种不同吸嘴13结构的香烟结构1进行说明:
实施例2
请参见图3所示,本发明第二实施例提供了一种香烟结构1,包括:壳体11和位于所述壳体内的烟草填充材料12,所述壳体11内设置有沿所述壳体11长度方向延伸设置的容纳腔(图中未标识),所述烟草填充材料12位于所述容纳腔(图中未标识)内,其特征在于,所述烟草填充材料12呈蜂窝状, 设置有若干气孔121,所述若干气孔121中的至少部分气孔121相互连通。
壳体11呈柱状,所述容纳腔(图中未标识)延伸至所述壳体11位置相对的两端面,所述容纳腔(图中未标识)的一端内插设有用于供抽吸烟雾的吸嘴13。
所述吸嘴13内可以设置有沿着所述吸嘴13的长度方向延伸设置的烟雾通孔131,所述烟雾通孔131贯穿所述吸嘴13位置相对的两端面并与所述气孔121相连通。
吸嘴13为硅胶制件,所述烟雾通孔131的数量可以为一个或多个,在本发明实施例中,以烟雾通孔131的数量为一个为例,并且位于所述吸嘴13的中部。
所述烟雾通孔131面向所述烟草填充材料12的一端内壁朝所述烟雾通孔131径向延伸形成有环形的挡油壁132,能够避免烟草填充材料12运动进入烟雾通孔131中,从而有效的避免用户通过吸嘴13吸食到烟草填充材料12。
所述壳体11与所述吸嘴13可以设计为可拆卸的连接,当香烟结构1中的烟草填充材料12产生的烟味较淡时,可以更换香烟结构1中的烟草填充材料12,保留吸嘴13,这样可以减少浪费,节约成本,减少环境污染。
所述烟草填充材料12朝向所述吸嘴13的一端端面与所述吸嘴13间隔预设距离,以使得所述烟草填充材料12面向所述吸嘴13的一端端面与所述吸嘴13之间形成有烟雾流通间隙。
壳体11可以为圆筒形的纸管,纸管的内侧具有粘性,用于将全部的烟草填充材料12和全部或部分吸嘴13包覆固定在壳体11中。
烟草填充材料12包括若干烟叶丝和粘合剂,所述粘合剂用于连接烟叶丝,并维持所述烟叶丝之间形成的蜂窝状结构,可以用于防止烟叶丝间的相对位置发生改变,造成烟草填充材料12中的气孔121变小,对通过的烟雾造成堵塞。
实施例3
请参见图4和图5所示,本发明第三实施例提供了一种香烟结构1,包括:壳体11和位于所述壳体内的烟草填充材料12,所述壳体11内设置有沿所述壳体11长度方向延伸设置的容纳腔111,所述烟草填充材料12位于所述容纳腔111内,其特征在于,所述烟草填充材料12呈蜂窝状,设置有若干气孔121,所述若干气孔121中的至少部分气孔121相互连通。
壳体11呈柱状,所述容纳腔111延伸至所述壳体11位置相对的两端面,所述容纳腔111的一端内插设有用于供抽吸烟雾的吸嘴13。
所述吸嘴13内可以设置有沿着所述吸嘴13的长度方向延伸设置的烟雾通孔131,所述烟雾通孔131贯穿所述吸嘴13位置相对的两端面并与所述气孔121相连通。
吸嘴13为硅胶制件,所述烟雾通孔131的数量可以为一个或多个,在本发明实施例中,以烟雾通孔131的数量为一个为例,并且位于所述吸嘴13的中部。
所述烟雾通孔131背离所述烟草填充材料12的一端内壁朝所述烟雾通孔131径向延伸形成有环形的挡油环133,用于防止电子烟中的烟油沿着烟雾通孔131的内壁流入用户嘴中。
所述吸嘴13面向所述烟草填充材料12的一端端面与所述烟草填充材料12之间设置有隔板14,所述隔板14中设有多个小孔141,所述隔板14用于阻碍烟草填充材料12朝所述吸嘴13方向运动,能够避免烟草填充材料12运动进入烟雾通孔131中,从而有效的避免用户通过吸嘴13吸食到烟草填充材料12。
所述壳体11与所述吸嘴13可以设计为可拆卸的连接,当香烟结构1中的烟草填充材料12产生的烟味较淡时,可以更换香烟结构1中的烟草填充材料12,保留吸嘴13,这样可以减少浪费,节约成本,减少环境污染。

请参见图6,本发明第四实施例提供了一种香烟结构1,包括:壳体11和位于所述壳体内的烟草填充材料12,所述壳体11内设置有沿所述壳体11长 度方向延伸设置的容纳腔(图中未标识),所述烟草填充材料12位于所述容纳腔(图中未标识)内,其特征在于,所述烟草填充材料12呈蜂窝状,设置有若干气孔121,所述若干气孔121中的至少部分气孔121相互连通。
壳体11呈柱状,所述容纳腔111延伸至所述壳体11位置相对的两端面,所述容纳腔(图中未标识)的一端内插设有用于供抽吸烟雾的吸嘴13。
所述吸嘴13为由多孔材料制成的柔性体,所述吸嘴13的中间固定有刚性的空心管135,在吸嘴13中提供烟雾通孔131的同时,对吸嘴13起到支撑作用。

上述实施例中的香烟结构主要应用于电子烟的雾化器中,因此,本发明还提供一种雾化器2,请参阅图7,包括上述实施例中任意一种香烟结构1,本发明实施例以图2对应的实施例中的香烟结构1为例进行说明。雾化器还包括容纳所述香烟结构1的容纳腔21、用于存储烟液的储液腔22及用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件23,所述雾化组件23内设置有与所述容纳腔21相连通的雾化腔231,所述烟液雾化于所述雾化腔231处,所述雾化腔231内雾化产生的烟雾用于对容纳腔21中的香烟结构1进行加热,以将烟草的烟味带出。
本申请方案相对于现有技术至少具有以下有益技术效果:
雾化腔231内雾化产生的烟雾进入容纳腔21后,由于香烟结构1中烟草填充材料12呈蜂窝状,设置有若干气孔121,所述若干气孔121中的至少部分气孔121相互连通,因此烟草填充材料12中的空隙比较均匀,不容易发生 烟雾中的水分与烟油在烟草填充材料12中局部积聚的现象,从而可以减少容纳腔中出现的烟雾阻塞情况,提高了用户吸烟的顺畅性,提高用户体验。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明一种较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种香烟结构,包括:壳体和位于所述壳体内的烟草填充材料,所述壳体内设置有沿所述壳体长度方向延伸设置的容纳腔,所述烟草填充材料位于所述容纳腔内,其特征在于,所述烟草填充材料呈蜂窝状,设置有若干气孔,所述若干气孔中的至少部分气孔相互连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的香烟结构,其特征在于,所述壳体呈柱状,所述容纳腔延伸至所述壳体位置相对的两端面,所述容纳腔的一端内插设有用于供抽吸烟雾的吸嘴,所述烟草填充材料的孔隙率大于35%。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的香烟结构,其特征在于,所述烟草填充材料包括若干烟叶丝和粘合剂,所述粘合剂用于维持所述烟叶丝之间形成的蜂窝状结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的香烟结构,其特征在于,所述烟草填充材料面向所述吸嘴的一端端面与所述吸嘴间隔预设距离,所述烟草填充材料面向所述吸嘴的一端端面与所述吸嘴之间形成有烟雾流通间隙。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的香烟结构,其特征在于,所述壳体与所述吸嘴可拆卸的连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的香烟结构,其特征在于,所述壳体为圆筒形的纸管。
  7. 根据权利要求2至6中任一项所述的香烟结构,其特征在于,所述吸嘴内设置有沿着所述吸嘴的长度方向延伸设置的烟雾通孔,所述烟雾通孔贯穿所述吸嘴位置相对的两端面并与所述气孔相连通。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的香烟结构,其特征在于,所述吸嘴为硅胶制件,所述烟雾通孔的数量为一个并位于所述吸嘴的中部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的香烟结构,其特征在于,所述烟雾通孔面向所述烟草填充材料的一端内壁朝所述烟雾通孔径向延伸形成有环形的挡油壁。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的香烟结构,其特征在于,所述烟雾通孔背离所述烟草填充材料的一端内壁朝所述烟雾通孔径向延伸形成有环形的挡油环。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的香烟结构,其特征在于,所述吸嘴面向所述烟草填充材料的一端端面与所述烟草填充材料之间设置有隔板,所述隔板上设有多个小孔,所述隔板用于阻碍烟丝朝所述吸嘴方向运动。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的香烟结构,其特征在于,所述吸嘴为由多孔材料制成的柔性体,所述吸嘴的中间固定有刚性的空心管。
  13. 一种雾化器,包括权利要求1~12中任一项所述的香烟结构,其特征在于,还包括容纳所述香烟结构的容纳腔、用于存储烟液的储液腔及用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件,所述雾化组件内设置有与所述容纳腔相连通的雾化腔,所述烟液雾化于所述雾化腔处,所述雾化腔内雾化产生的烟雾用于对容纳腔中的香烟结构进行加热,以将烟丝的烟味带出。
