La solution technique proposée concerne le domaine des services publics et notamment des containers de collecte et de stockage de déchets et peut s'utiliser dans des lieux publics: dans des parcs, des squares, sur des places, dans des universités ou cités universitaires, dans des gares et aéroports, des centres d'exposition ou de congrès, des établissements étatiques, des centres commerciaux et de divertissement. La poubelle pour déchets ménagers comprend un corps avec une ouverture de chargement pour les déchets, un récipient pour déchets disposé à l'intérieur du corps et un moyen de compression des déchets ; le corps est doté d'une porte pour permettre l'extraction du récipient pour déchets et d'un bloc pour mégots; le modèle d'utilité permet d'assurer un niveau élevé nécessaire de sécurité de fonctionnement du dispositif.
