Abstract
La présente invention concerne une composition pour le traitement et la prévention du syndrome climactérique, la composition contenant un extrait médicinal végétal combiné d'atractylis, de mori fructus, de lyciet commun, de longane, d'achyranthes, d'écorce d'eucommia et d'asperge de cochinchine Merr. en tant qu'ingrédient actif. Les résultats d'un test d'évaluation de capacité d'exercice d'endurance utilisant une souris et la mesure d'un effet d'atténuation de bouffées de chaleur à l'aide de la température de la peau de queue d'une souris induite par climacterium ont révélé qu'un groupe expérimental auquel l'extrait a été administré est capable d'effectuer un exercice d'endurance pendant une période de temps plus longue qu'un groupe témoin et que l'augmentation de la température de la peau de queue est supprimée dans le groupe expérimental. Ainsi, il a été confirmé que l'extrait a les effets de soulager et de traiter des symptômes climatériques, et l'extrait peut être utilisé en tant que matière première pour produire un médicament, un aliment fonctionnel de santé et un aliment complémentaire de santé.
