Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif formé par deux compartiments à accouplement qui peuvent fonctionner ensemble ou individuellement, en fonction de l'objectif de l'utilisateur. Le premier compartiment situé au niveau de la partie supérieure du dispositif permet de découper un matériau solide en fragments, en utilisant différents agencements de couteaux en fonction du type d'aliment et de la taille souhaitée des fragments. Le second compartiment situé au niveau de la partie inférieure du dispositif permet de continuer avec l'opération de broyage des aliments dans le but d'augmenter l'efficacité en ce qui concerne la quantité, l'uniformité de broyage ou de réduction en purée dans l'ensemble du dispositif, et le niveau d'homogénéité du matériau broyé, réduit en purée ou moulu, ainsi qu'en ce qui concerne le détachement ou le retrait de celui-ci. Le dispositif peut fonctionner selon un actionnement manuel ou automatique.
