Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de sécurité pour robot à un ou plusieurs bras fonctionnant pour déplacer des charges depuis une position vers l'autre, en particulier où la tâche concerne l'empilement de couches d'objets ou de biens sur des palettes ou des véhicules, ou d'objets factices (par exemple des cannettes ou des boîtes ayant des contenus différents) à partir d'une multitude de positions vers une position d'emballage pour fournir le mélange spécifié par un programme de commande. Le système de sécurité est muni d'un scanner, qui scanne la plage active du robot en-dessous de la charge. De cette manière il est garanti que des personnes ne peuvent pas se retrouver « cachées » derrière une charge ou un véhicule sans être détectées dans la zone de travail du robot.
