Abstract

本发明提供了一种改进的双二羧酸二氨络铂(II)衍生物的制备方法。相对于现有技术,根据本发明的方法在卡铂或卡铂类似物与二羧酸反应后,无需进行蒸馏浓缩的过程,可直接获得双二羧酸二氨络铂(II)衍生物的产品,所得产品纯度高,无需进行进一步的纯化处理,产品质量稳定,生产周期短,适合工业化放大生产。本发明的方法可以仅用水作为溶剂,对环境友好,废弃物处理简单。
