请参看图2,具体地,适配器100包括适配主体10及输液管30。适配主体10连接于手持喷洒设备和便携容器300之间,以将便携容器300装配于手持喷洒设备上。输液管30连接于或一体成型于适配主体10上,输液管30的另一端伸入便携容器300内,以将便携容器300与手持喷洒设备连通,便于液体的输出。
请参看图3,更具体地,适配器主体10包括第一连接部11,第一连接部11包括相互连通的第一连接端110及第二连接端112,第一连接端110与手持喷洒设备连接,第二连接端112与便携容器300连接。本实施例中,第一连接端110及第二连接端112相互连通,在其他实施例中,第一连接端110与第二连接端112之间设置挡件,刺破挡件可使第一连接端110和第二连接端112相互连通。在本具体实施例中,第一连接部11大体呈两端贯穿的中空管状,第一连接端110和第二连接端112为第一连接部11相对且相互连通的两端。可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,第一连接部11的形状可以根据需要而定,对应的,第一连接
端110和第二连接端112两者之间的位置关系可以根据需要而定,例如亦可错开但连通设置,在此不作限定。
优选地,为了便于适配器100的拆装,第一连接部11可拆卸地连接于手持喷洒设备和便携容器300之间,其中第一连接部11的可拆卸连接方式可为第一连接端110与手持喷洒设备固定连接,而第二连接端112与便携容器300可拆卸连接,或者第一连接端110与手持喷洒设备可拆卸连接,而第二连接端112与便携容器300固定连接,或者第一连接端110和第二连接端112分别与手持喷洒设备和便携容器300可拆卸连接。
一实施例中,第一连接端110通过插接或套设方式或卡扣方式与手持喷洒设备连接和/或第二连接端112通过插接或套设方式或卡扣方式与便携容器300连接。当第二连接端112通过插接或套设的过盈配合方式装配于便携容器300上且伸入便携容器300内时,输液管30可设置于第二连接端112上,与第二连接端112共同伸入便携容器300内。
一实施例中,第一连接端110通过螺纹连接的方式与手持喷洒设备连接和/或第二连接端112通过螺纹连接的方式与便携容器300连接。当第二连接端112通过螺纹连接的方式装配于便携容器300上且伸入便携容器300内时,输液管30可设置于第二连接端112上,与第二连接端112共同伸入便携容器300内。在其他实施例中,输液管30可一体成型于第二连接端112上,并一端伸入便携容器内。具体的,第二连接端112的内壁上设置有内螺纹,所述第二连接端的内径大致是28mm,其内径的尺寸可以有正负0.5mm的误差,内螺纹的螺纹齿高是2mm,以适配市面上常见的可乐瓶。
优选的,第二连接端112的外壁上设置有多个突起,多个突起用于提供与操作者的手指相抵持的接触面,以减小拧动所述适配器的力矩。通过上述设置,操作者可以使用很小的力将适配器100与进液口拧紧,同时可以很方便的拆卸。
在本具体实施例中,第一连接部11大体为两端贯穿的管状,第一连接端110大体呈圆柱状,其外形成有与手持喷洒设备螺接的外螺纹;第二连接端112为与瓶口配合的倒碗状,其内形成有与瓶口外螺纹螺接的内螺纹,使得适配器100形成与日常瓶体中瓶口匹配的瓶盖状。如此,使用者可将日常使用完毕的饮料
瓶等清洗干净后盛装所需液体,通过适配器100与手持喷洒设备连接,以通过手持喷洒设备将瓶体内液体喷出。由于日常饮料瓶体体积较小,因此移动灵活,为使用者的短时间清洗等任务提供很大的便利。
进一步地,适配主体10还包括第二连接部13,第二连接部13设置于第一连接部11内且连通于第一连接端110和第二连接端112之间,输液管30固定或可拆卸地连接于或一体成型于第二连接部13上并伸入便携容器300内,以连通于手持喷洒设备和便携容器300之间。
在本具体实施例中,第二连接部13为设置于第一连接部11内并沿轴向向第二连接端112延伸的中空圆柱形管状,输液管30固定或可拆卸地套设于管状第二连接部13上并伸入便携容器300内,以连通于手持喷洒设备和便携容器300之间。
可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,第二连接部13可为形成于第一连接部11内的隔板,其上开设连通第一连接端110和第二连接端112的连接孔,输液管30的一端固定或可拆卸地插设于连接孔内并连通于手持喷洒设备和便携容器300之间。
优选地,适配主体10上开设有与便携容器300连通的通气孔15,用于平衡便携容器300内部与外部之间的压力,以防止在操作过程中因便携容器300内气压过低而压憋。
本发明还涉及一种采用上述适配器100的手持式高压清洗机200。在本具体实施例中,手持式高压清洗机200具有大致呈手枪状的壳体。壳体包括用于握持的手柄210和用于存放功能部件的主体220。主体220内部具有电机、由电机驱动的泵。在该实施例中,手柄210和主体220呈角度设置,手持式高压清洗机还包括设置在壳体上的进液口230。
本实施例中,该手持式高压清洗机200本身不包括水箱,而是通过进液口230连接水管,再由水管连接到外部水源。这样,在进液口230连接了水管后,在家庭活动中,只需将水管的尾端接上水龙头或者放入泳池、池塘、水桶等外部水源中,用户就可以手持高压清洗机,在水管的长度范围内自由活动,进行喷水清洁工作。在户外活动中,用户只需随时在有水的地方停下,将水管的尾
端放入外部水源,就可以进行喷水清洁工作。泵能够将外部水源中的水吸入高压清洗机后直接由喷头喷出。为了提高便携型,本实施例中,手持式高压清洗机200也可通过适配器100连接便携容器。
在装配时,便携容器300配接于适配器100的一端,手持式高压清洗机200配接于适配器100的另一端并支撑于便携容器300的上方,如此不管便携容器300内盛装有液体还是没有液体,手持式高压清洗机200的重心位于便携容器的支撑底面内,使得手持式高压清洗机200支撑于便携容器300上时,其重心均位于便携容器300上,以保证手持式高压清洗机200的平衡。同时,适配器100与进液口连通,喷嘴设置于主体220的一端并与出液口连通,以将由进液口230泵入的液体经出液口喷出。请参看图5,一实施例中,手持式高压清洗机200还包括过滤垫圈204,主体220上设置有与适配器100配接的装配部,过滤垫圈204密封安装于装配部内,且位于适配器100的上方。其中,通过过滤垫圈204由弹性材料制成,以确保所述适配器100与所述进液口230的连接密封,以保证手持式高压清洗机200顺利泵出便携容器300内液体。另一方面,由弹性材料制成的过滤垫圈204将适配器100与装配部的连接转换成弹性连接,方便适配器100与装配部的拆卸。
在本具体实施例中,水管包括水管接头,水管接头包括适于连接于进液口230的连接头,连接头与第一连接端110的连接结构相同,进液口230可选择地与所述连接头或与所述适配器的所述第一连接端110连接。
在本具体实施例中,过滤垫圈204外周凸出形成有凸点2041,装配部2010与凸点2041对应位置形成有凹槽(图未示),通过凸点2041与凹槽的卡嵌配合,实现过滤垫圈204与装配部2010的可拆卸安装。可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,过滤垫圈204与装配部2010的配接方式可以根据需要而定,在此不作限定。
下面以便携容器300为日常饮料瓶体(例如,汽水瓶、可乐瓶等)为例,对本发明中适配器100与手持式高压清洗机200和日常饮料瓶体的配合进行详细说明:
在使用时,将日常饮料瓶体内灌装所需喷洒的液体,将输液管30装配于第
二连接部13上,将适配器100第一连接部11的第二连接端112套设并螺接于日常饮料瓶体的瓶口上,将过滤垫圈204密封装配于手持式高压清洗机200的装配部(未示出)内;将适配器100第一连接部11的第一连接端110套设并螺接于手持式高压清洗机200的装配部内,且位于过滤垫圈204的下方。操作时,使用者可携带装配有日常饮料瓶体的手持式高压清洗机200行走至需要喷洒的位置,进行清洗等对应操作,灵活性高且移动方便。优选的,日常饮料瓶体为可乐瓶,雪碧瓶等。适配器100的第二连接端112的内径范围(除去壁厚)是2cm-5cm,优选的,2.5cm,2.7cm,2.8cm,3cm。
其中,向日常饮料瓶体内灌装液体的操作可为通过饮料瓶口灌入,或者拧开适配器100与瓶口之间的连接,由两者之间的间隙灌入;亦可者无需拧开适配器100而直接由适配器100的第一连接端110经输注管30通入至瓶体内,在此均不作限定。
本发明中,通过适配器100将用于盛装液体的便携容器300装配于手持式高压清洗机200上,使得便携容器300可跟随手持式高压清洗机200随意移动,灵活性高且为使用者进行短时间操作带来很大的便利性。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (15)
- 一种手持式高压清洗机,包括:壳体,具有用于握持的手柄;功能部件,包括设置在所述壳体内的电机和由所述电机驱动的泵;进液口,设置于所述壳体上,能够通过水管连接外部水源;其特征在于,所述手持式高压清洗机还包括适于连接于所述进液口和便携容器之间的适配器,所述手持式高压清洗机可选的通过所述水管连接所述外部水源或者通过所述适配器连接所述便携容器。
- 如权利要求1所述的手持式高压清洗机,其特征在于,所述适配器包括适配主体及输液管,所述适配主体包括第一连接部,所述第一连接部包括能够相互连通的第一连接端及第二连接端;所述第一连接端与所述进液口连接,所述第二连接端与所述便携容器的开口相连接,所述输液管一端连接于或一体成型于所述适配主体上,所述输液管的另一端适于伸入所述便携容器内。
- 如权利要求2所述的手持式高压清洗机,其特征在于,所述适配主体还包括第二连接部,所述第二连接部设置于所述第一连接部内且连通于所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端之间,所述输液管固定或可拆卸地连接于或一体成型于所述第二连接部上并适于伸入所述便携容器内。
- 如权利要求2所述的手持式高压清洗机,其特征在于,所述第二连接端内形成有与所述便携容器螺接的内螺纹。
- 如权利要求4所述的手持式高压清洗机,其特征在于,所述第二连接端的内径是28mm。
- 如权利要求4所述的手持式高压清洗机,其特征在于,所述第二连接端的外壁上设置有多个突起,所述多个突起用于提供与操作者的手相抵持的接触面以减小拧动所述适配器的力矩。
- 如权利要求2所述的手持式高压清洗机,其特征在于,所述进液口可选择地与所述水管的连接头或所述第一连接端连接。
- 如权利要求2所述的手持式高压清洗机,其特征在于,所述适配主体上开设有与所述便携容器连通的通气孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的手持式高压清洗机,其特征在于,所述手持式高压清洗 机还包括设置在所述进液口处的过滤垫圈,所述壳体设置有与所述适配器配接的装配部,所述过滤垫圈密封安装于所述装配部内。
- 如权利要求1所述的手持式高压清洗机,其特征在于,所述便携容器为日常饮料瓶体。
- 如权利要求1所述的手持式高压清洗机,其特征在于,所述便携容器配接于所述适配器的一端,所述手持式高压清洗机配接于所述适配器的另一端,所述便携容器包括支撑所述便携容器的底面,当所述便携容器通过所述适配器连接于所述手持式高压清洗机时,所述手持式高压清洗机的重心落在所述便携容器的底面范围内,并能够支撑于所述便携容器的上方。
- 一种适配器,其特征在于,适于连接于手持喷洒设备和便携容器之间,所述适配器包括适配主体及输液管,所述适配主体包括第一连接部,所述第一连接部包括能够相互连通的第一连接端及第二连接端;所述第一连接端被配置为能与所述手持喷洒设备的进液口连接,所述第二连接端被配置为与所述便携容器的开口连接,所述输液管一端连接于或一体成型于所述适配主体上,所述输液管的另一端适于伸入所述便携容器内。
- 如权利要求12所述的适配器,其特征在于,所述第二连接端内形成有与所述便携容器螺接的内螺纹。
- 如权利要求12所述的适配器,其特征在于,所述适配主体还包括第二连接部,所述第二连接部设置于所述第一连接部内且连通于所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端之间,所述输液管固定或可拆卸地连接于或一体成型于所述第二连接部上并适于伸入所述便携容器内。
- 如权利要求12所述的适配器,其特征在于,所述适配主体上开设有与所述便携容器连通的通气孔。
