Description

嵌入式空调器专用的可循环使用冷凝水的加湿器 技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于加湿器技术领域, 具体涉及嵌入式空调器专用的可循环使用冷凝水 的加湿器。
背景技术
[0002] 加湿器是一种可以增加房间湿度的家用电器, 加湿器可以给指定房间加湿, 也 可以与锅炉或中央空调系统相连给整栋建筑加湿。 根据热、 湿交换理论, 在实 际工程中将加湿器分为以下两种: 等焓加湿器: 即利用水吸收空气的显热进行 蒸发加湿, 其在焓、 湿图上的变化为近似等焓过程。 等温加湿器: 即利用热能 将液态水转化成蒸汽与空气混合进行加湿, 其在焓、 湿图上的变化为近似等温 过程。 加湿器从使用范围来讲可分为工业用加湿器、 商用加湿器和家用加湿器 三个大的类别。 热蒸发型加湿器也叫电热式加湿器。 其工作原理是将水在加热 体中加热到 100度, 产生蒸气, 用风机将蒸气送出。 所以电加热式加湿器是技术 最简单的加湿方式, 缺点是能耗较大, 不能干烧, 安全系数较低、 加热器上容 易结垢。 市场前景不容乐观。 电热式加湿器一般和中央空调配套使用, 一般不 单独使用。
[0003] 然而现有的嵌入式空调器加湿器在使用过程中存在一些缺陷, 例如, 现有的嵌 入式空调器的加湿器不具备循环使用冷凝水的功能, 传统的加湿器都是直接将 冷凝水排出机体外部, 容易造成浪费水资源的问题。

[0004] 本发明的目的在于提供嵌入式空调器专用的可循环使用冷凝水的加湿器, 以解 决上述背景技术中提出的现有的嵌入式空调器的加湿器不具备循环使用冷凝水 的功能, 传统的加湿器都是直接将冷凝水排出机体外部, 容易造成浪费水资源 的问题。

技术解决方案 [0005] 为实现上述目的, 本发明提供如下技术方案: 嵌入式空调器专用的可循环使用 冷凝水的加湿器, 包括蒸发室、 手动调节阀和蒸汽入口, 所述蒸发室的下方设 置有冷凝水导出管, 且蒸发室的左侧中间位置处设置有冷凝水蒸汽循环管, 所 述冷凝水蒸汽循环管外部靠近蒸发室的左侧位置处设置有蒸汽过滤器, 所述冷 凝水导出管下方靠近冷凝水蒸汽循环管的右侧位置处设置有冷凝水蒸发室, 所 述冷凝水蒸发室的内部设置有电加热器, 所述手动调节阀安装在蒸发室的上方 中间位置处, 且手动调节阀右侧靠近蒸发室的上方位置处设置有蒸汽电磁阀, 所述蒸汽电磁阀的右侧设置有二次分离器, 所述蒸汽入口安装在二次分离器的 右侧, 且蒸汽入口的右侧设置有喷杆, 所述蒸汽电磁阀和电加热器均与外部控 制面板电性连接。

[0017] 本发明的工作原理及使用流程: 本发明安装好过后, 接通电源, 打幵外部控制 面板上的启动幵关, 将外部气源管道与蒸汽入口 7连接好, 通过蒸汽入口 7将饱 和的蒸汽导入蒸发室 3, 利用蒸汽的潜热将喷杆 8加热, 饱和蒸汽进入蒸发室 3后 , 蒸发室 3内部设置的折流板使蒸汽产生旋转, 且垂直上升流动, 从而高效的将 蒸汽和冷凝水分离, 分离出的冷凝水从冷凝水导出管 10进入冷凝水蒸发室 9, 当 需要加湿吋, 打幵蒸汽电磁阀 5, 干燥的蒸汽进入喷杆 8, 并从喷杆 8上的喷孔喷 出, 从而实现加湿空气, 同吋电加热器 11工作, 通过电加热器 11将冷凝水蒸发 室 9中聚集的冷凝水加热成蒸汽, 加热后的蒸汽进入冷凝水蒸汽循环管 1, 通过 蒸汽过滤器 2将水蒸气过滤, 过滤后的蒸汽再进入蒸发室 3, 从而实现循环使用 序列表自由内容
