また、第三、第四実施形態の構成を採用すれば、紐の中心に位置するこぶ部を、その両側方に位置するこぶ部と異ならせることで、使用者が容易に紐の中心位置を認識できるようになり、装着作業を迅速かつ楽に行うことができる。
