  • the present specification refers, as its title indicates, to a cartridge for single-lever faucets of the type used in water mixer taps, which in addition to the hot and cold water inlets and water outlet, incorporates in the lower ceramic disk a hole, to derive water, in collaboration with the upper ceramic disk, outwards, through a conduit, integrating the functions of opening, closing and emptying into a single mechanism.
  • the object of the invention is to be able to release the water retained in the water pipes to any single-lever shower system, both a column and a flexible hose or internal or external conduction, usually used to drive the water to a sprayer, to eliminate after the use of tap uncontrolled water discharges, drips and the proliferation of bacteria commonly generated in stagnant water, such as legionella.
