Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de cuisson (100) pour la cuisson d'un produit alimentaire congelé et/ou réfrigéré et/ou ambiant compris dans un paquet (10) dans un dispositif de cuisson (20) ; le dispositif (20) comprenant des moyens de cuisson à micro-ondes (30) et des moyens de cuisson à infrarouges (40) qui peuvent fonctionner séquentiellement ou simultanément ; les moyens de cuisson à micro-ondes (30) comprenant une pluralité d'émetteurs de micro-ondes (31) disposés sur le côté inférieur de la cavité (21) de dispositif de cuisson à l'intérieur de laquelle le paquet (10) est placé à une distance proche, de préférence en contact, avec le paquet (10) ; les moyens de cuisson à infrarouges (40) comprenant une pluralité d'émetteurs d'infrarouges (41) disposés sur le côté supérieur de la cavité (21) de dispositif de cuisson à l'intérieur de laquelle est placé le paquet (10) ; les émetteurs de micro-ondes inférieurs (31) et les émetteurs d'infrarouges supérieurs (41) étant agencés d'une manière telle qu'au moins un ou plusieurs des émetteurs d'infrarouges supérieurs (41) font face à au moins un ou plusieurs des émetteurs de micro-ondes inférieurs (31) de manière à configurer une pluralité de zones de cuisson (50) dans la cavité (21) de dispositif de cuisson, chaque zone de cuisson (50) étant commandée indépendamment et exposée de manière homogène à un nombre entier des émetteurs d'infrarouges (41) et des émetteurs de micro-ondes (31) ; le paquet (10) comprenant un ou plusieurs compartiments alimentaires (11) conçus pour être positionnés dans un emplacement spécifique dans la cavité (21) de dispositif de cuisson de telle sorte que chaque compartiment alimentaire (11) du paquet couvre un nombre entier de zones de cuisson (50), d'une manière telle que chaque zone peut attribuer des paramètres de cuisson spécifiques à l'aliment qui est situé dans sa zone d'exposition.
