Definitions
- the invention relates to an electrical machine of a motor vehicle, with an electronics compartment, and with a printed circuit board arranged therein.
- the electric machine is preferably an electric motor and suitably a component of a refrigerant compressor.
- the invention further relates to a refrigerant compressor with such an electric machine.
- Motor vehicles usually have an air conditioner, by means of which a temperature control of an interior of the motor vehicle takes place.
- the required energy storage such as a high-voltage battery, cooled by an air conditioner.
- the air conditioning system has a refrigerant circuit, which includes a refrigerant compressor and downstream of a condenser and this fluidly downstream of an evaporator. This is fluidly connected downstream of another heat exchanger, which is in thermal contact with any energy cells of the high-voltage energy storage or with a fan line, which leads into the interior of the motor vehicle.
- the refrigeration cycle is filled with a refrigerant, such as R134a, R1234yf or CO2.
- a pressure of the refrigerant is increased by means of the refrigerant compressor, which leads to an increase in the temperature of the refrigerant.
- This is conducted to the condenser, which is in thermal contact with an environment of the motor vehicle.
- a temperature reduction of the refrigerant which is in turn relaxed in the downstream evaporator to the original pressure, which is why the temperature of the refrigerant is further reduced.
- the heat exchanger with the heat exchanger shear thermally contacted component thermal energy transferred to the refrigerant, resulting in a cooling of the component and a heating of the refrigerant.
- the heated refrigerant is again supplied to the refrigerant compressor for closing the refrigerant cycle.

If the air conditioning system is a component of a motor vehicle that does not include an internal combustion engine, the refrigerant compressor has an electric motor, by means of which the compressor head is driven.
- the rotational speed of the drive and thus the cooling capacity of the air conditioner is adjusted based on a temperature setting of a user of the motor vehicle or a realized temperature of the high-voltage battery.
- the electric motor is usually designed brushless, wherein the individual electric coils are energized by means of a bridge circuit of a printed circuit board.
- electric coils of the electric motor are electrically contacted, for example by means of blade and fork contacts, with conductor tracks of the conductor tracks, which in turn are electrically contacted with the bridge circuit.

Consequently, the first terminal 52 has a smaller distance from the rotation axis 28 than As a result, the second terminal 80 and the respective bridge branches 72 occupy a comparatively large distance from the axis of rotation 28, for which reason a heat dissipation from the bridge circuit 70 to the housing 30 is improved.

- the surface of the second politiciansleitpads 104 is greater than that of the group of four of the semiconductor switch 78, so that the second réelleleitpads 04 edge also overlap copper tracks or copper surfaces for power management and abut against this. This allows good heat dissipation (heat dissipation) from the circuit board 56 to the housing wall 48th
- FIG. 10 shows in perspective from the side of the housing cover 94 the pliable contact element 86 which is fastened to the second connection 80.
- Other components of the circuit board 56 are omitted. It can clearly be seen that the bush 96 abuts the end of the eyelet 82 of the second terminal 80.
- the second terminal 80 is electrically contacted by means of conductor tracks not shown in detail with the semiconductor switches 74 of one of the bridge branches 72, which are covered by the second sauceleitpads 104. Centered between the semiconductor switches 78, the free end 66 of one of the spacer elements 64 is arranged. Due to the flexible third contact portion 92, a movement of the second terminal 80 with respect to the first terminal 52 is enabled, which is rigidly connected to the first contact portion 88 of the flexible contact member 86 mechanically.
