Abstract
The invention relates to a simple and versatile device that is very useful to control the level of the fluids in different enclosers, possible to be used in private households as well in offices, medical consulting rooms, head quarters of companies, or in any enclosers were there is a neccessity to control the level of different polluting substances. The device consists of a floating cap (1) provided with a guidance element (2) and with a ring (3) rigidly fixed on the floating cap (1) whose size is calculated so to be smaller or at most equal with the level (4) of the liquid whose level is intended to be controled, all these being made of an expanded material with a low specific weight.
Description
DEVICE FOR FLUIDS LEVEL CONTROL
The invention relates to a simple and versatile device that is very useful to control the level of the fluids in different enclosers, possible to be used in private households as well in offices, medical consulting rooms, head quarters of companies, or in any encloser connected to liquid supply networks, such as water, metan gas etc. The invention is also suitable for industrial enclosers were there is a neccessity to control the level of different polluting substances such as: industrial effluents from chimical equipments or from rhe washing of materials, or residual water that consists toxic elements which are not allowed to drain in the ground or in the phreatic layer or which are not allowed to emit undesirable substances through evaporation.,
In the field of liquids level control, there are known several devices. One of the most known of them is the one that shows the level of the petrol or Diesel oil in the tank of an automotive. This device consists of a sensor set up on a flout connected though a conductor to the board of the automotive. As a matter of fact, this technical solution is used in many situations in which it is desired to monitor the level of the liquids.
The disadvantage of this solution is that is rather complicated and requires specialized workers to set up, to survey, to repair and to maintain because the solution is a combination between mechanical, electronic, electric and even soft elements if we think at the dashboard of the automotive. Beside this disadvantage, there also is the fact that this device consumes energy from the battery of the automotive being not able to function independently. Furthermore, possible interventions on the device are difficult to be made and involve the taking down of the tank, then the checking of all conductors, then the checking of the board screen etc. and all these operations require a lot of time and high qualified personnel.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to design a device energetically independent, easy to make, easy to set up, to maintain and repair and facile accessible.
The device for the fliuds level control, according to the invention, solves the problem by the fact that the device consists of a few components, exclusively mechanical, made of light materials such as: a floating cap, situated on the free surface of the liquid that is entended to be controled, provided with a guidance element in the colecting catchment pipe and a ring fixed on the floating cap; the size of the ring is established to be less or equal to-the evel of the liquid intended to be controled.
This ring increase the controling capacity of the device because it is light and it is pused up by the force of the liquid controled. Being fixed on the floating cap, the ring is solidary attached to the floating cap and helps it to be pused up and to release the liquid in excess in the colecting catchment pipe.
This device can be adjusted to anu liquid encloser using simple adapting elements.
The device for the fliuds level control, according to the invention, presents the following advantages:
- It is easy to be made and requires a shorter time for being set up;
- It is very versatile being possible to be used in different enclosers, both for liquids and for gases;
- It does not require high qualified personnel to be set up, maintained and repaired;
- It is an accessible solution both for individuals and for companies;
Further on, a practical example of the device for the fliuds level control, according to the invention, is presented in relation with Figure 1 and 2 that represent:

The device for the fliuds level control in a floor trap includes a floating cap 1 provided with a guidance element 2 and with a ring 3 rigidly fixed on the floating cap 1 whose size is calculated so to be smaller or at most equal with the level 4 of the liquid whose level is intended to be controled.
The floating cap 1 is supported by the surface of the water and it is made of an expanded material with a light weight in order to be easy pushed up by the increase of the level of as many liquids and gases as possible. An example of such a material is the exttruded polyester but many other similar materials can be used.
The guidance element 2 is made of the same material with the floating cap 1 or not, the important thing is to be as light as possible. An example of such a alternativ material is the Aluminium wire.
This guidance element 2 is guiding the floating cap 1 in the colecting catchment pipe 9 which shall take over the surplus of undesireble water.
The ring 3 can be made of the same material with the floating cap 1 or not but this material must fulfill the same condition which is to be as light as possible. The ring 3 is rigidly fixed on the floating cap 2 and they are pushed up together under the surplus water force allowing the water to access the colecting catchment pipe 9 and to he^vacTXated
When the level 4 of the water risis in the body of the trap 7, this water pushes up the floating cap 1, the water gets into the space limited by the adapting element 5 and the wall of the pipe 6 and pushes up the ring 3 and the liquid surplus is taken over by the colecting catchment pipe 9.
Because of the multiple applications of the device, according to the invention, this device can be used to control the evaporation process of the water in pools or in fish basins. Evaporation is not desired in these enclosers because the water in the pool or in the fish basins is specially treated and the filling and evacuation processes are consuming electrical energy, are consuming the water itself, the neccessary special substances and these are all increasing the costs.
The versatility of the device for the fluids level control makes it suitable to control the gas in an enclosure provided that this gas is not developing pressure higher than 1 Atm. A possible destination of the device might be the depositing spaces for manure in the animal farms. It is known that the manure can be used as fertilizer and as an energy source because it can accumulate gas which may have very high pressure and this problem is not always desirable.

CLAIM
Method for fliuds level control, wherein, it consists of a floating cap 1 provided with a guidance element 2 and with a ring 3 rigidly fixed on the floating cap 1 whose size is calculated so to be smaller or at most equal with the level 4 of the liquid whose level is intended to be controled, all these being made of an expanded material with a low specific weight.
