Abstract
一种式Ⅰ所示的利福霉素-喹嗪酮双靶标分子在抑制胃肠道产氨菌群中的应用。式Ⅰ的利福霉素-喹嗪酮双靶标分子与利福昔明的抗菌谱类似,对胃肠道常见产氨菌群具有抗菌活性,同时耐药频率低,在肝性脑病的预防与治疗方面具有应用前景。
