一种电子烟雾化器翻盖加油装置及其电子烟雾化器 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟产品领域，具体涉及一种电子烟雾化器翻盖加油装置以及一种具有翻盖加油装置的电子烟雾化器。
背景技术
随着社会的发展，人们也越来越注重自身的健康，抽烟的人数也逐渐降低，而作为香烟的代用品，电子烟已经在市场得到迅速的普及；现今电子烟其工作原理是通过电极加热雾化器内部的烟油，使烟油进行雾化以供用户进行吸食；但市面上的电子烟雾化器加油装置具有以下缺点：1.其需要双手同时操作才能打开和闭合顶盖，操作极不方便；2.在加油时，需要取出顶盖，其存在顶盖遗失的风险；3.打开顶盖时，偶尔会带动油仓螺牙，造成油舱零件松动，从而导致雾化器漏油或者油舱被分解。
发明内容
为克服上述缺陷，本发明的目的即在于提供一种电子烟雾化器翻盖加油装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
本发明是一种电子烟雾化器翻盖加油装置，包括：其设置于电子烟的主体部上，包括：顶盖，所述顶盖的一侧边缘上设有翻转部，所述翻转部通过旋转轴与该主体部顶部的一侧相铰接；所述顶盖的另一侧设有向下伸出的锁扣，所述主体部顶部的另一侧设有可容置该锁扣的锁位，所述锁位中安装有可活动的解锁按键，所述解锁按键的内侧通过弹性件与主体部相抵接，其外侧穿出于主体部的外侧面，且该解锁按键上设有与该锁扣相配合的锁定件；所述主体部的顶部端面上设有加油孔，所述顶盖完整地覆盖 于该加油孔的上方。
进一步，所述顶盖的底端面上设有密封垫，所述密封垫由弹性材料构成，且其与主体部的顶部端面相抵接。
进一步，所述加油孔的数量为1-5个。
进一步，所述弹性件为弹簧或硅胶或橡胶。
本发明一种具有翻盖加油装置的电子烟雾化器，包括：主体部以及如上所述的翻盖加油装置，所述翻盖加油装置中的顶盖上还设有烟嘴，所述主体部中设有导烟通道，所述烟嘴与该导烟通道相互对准，所述导烟通道与雾化芯相连接；所述主体部中还设有烟油腔，所述烟油腔分别与加油孔和雾化芯相连通。
进一步，所述加油孔的数量为1-5个，且其分别设置于该导烟通道的周围。
本发明的操作比较简单，只需要单手即可完成顶盖的开合操作，且顶盖与主体部始终连接在一起，其不存在顶盖遗失的风险，在打开顶盖时，也不具有作用于油舱螺牙的力，保证其结构的稳定。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图1至图3，本发明是一种电子烟雾化器翻盖加油装置，其设置于电子烟的主体部1上，包括：顶盖2，所述顶盖2的一侧边缘上设有 翻转部3，所述翻转部3通过旋转轴4与该主体部1顶部的一侧相铰接；所述顶盖2的另一侧设有向下伸出的锁扣5，所述主体部1顶部的另一侧设有可容置该锁扣5的锁位，所述锁位中安装有可活动的解锁按键6，所述解锁按键6的内侧通过弹性件9与主体部1相抵接，其外侧穿出于主体部1的外侧面，且该解锁按键6上设有与该锁扣5相配合的锁定件7；所述主体部1的顶部端面上设有加油孔8，所述顶盖2完整地覆盖于该加油孔8的上方。
进一步，所述顶盖2的底端面上设有密封垫10，所述密封垫10由弹性材料构成，且其与主体部1的顶部端面相抵接。
进一步，所述加油孔8的数量为1-5个。
进一步，所述弹性件9为弹簧或硅胶或橡胶。
本发明一种具有翻盖加油装置的电子烟雾化器，包括：主体部1以及如上所述的翻盖加油装置，所述翻盖加油装置中的顶盖2上还设有烟嘴11，所述主体部1中设有导烟通道12，所述烟嘴11与该导烟通道12相互对准，所述导烟通道12与雾化芯13相连接；所述主体部1中还设有烟油腔14，所述烟油腔14分别与加油孔8和雾化芯13相连通。
进一步，所述加油孔8的数量为1-5个，且其分别设置于该导烟通道12的周围。
本发明在需要打开顶盖2时，通过按压解锁按键6的外侧，解锁按键6在外力作用下将进行水平移动，从而锁定件7将与锁扣5相脱离，此时压缩状态的密封垫10弹开顶盖2，密封垫10由压缩状态恢复到自然状态，松开解锁按键6，压缩的弹性件9弹开解锁按键6恢复至初始位置，推动顶盖2绕着转轴转动，顶盖2打开后主体部1的顶部端面露出加油孔8，即可实现添加烟油的工作；且在顶盖2打开的时候，顶盖2一直与主体部1通过旋转轴4相连接，顶盖2始终不与主体部1相分离；
在需要合上顶盖2时，沿旋转轴4将顶盖2翻转，使得其锁扣5接入与锁位中，使解锁按键6往里面推动，弹性件9压缩，至顶盖2不能压动 时，锁位中的解锁按键6在弹性件9的作用下往外移动，使锁扣5与锁定件7相咬合，以实现顶盖2的锁定，同时密封垫10由自然状态变为压缩状态；本发明在打开顶盖2或闭合顶盖2时，均仅通过单手即可实现操作，使用十分简便。

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器翻盖加油装置，其设置于电子烟的主体部上，其特征在于，包括：顶盖，所述顶盖的一侧边缘上设有翻转部，所述翻转部通过旋转轴与该主体部顶部的一侧相铰接；所述顶盖的另一侧设有向下伸出的锁扣，所述主体部顶部的另一侧设有可容置该锁扣的锁位，所述锁位中安装有可活动的解锁按键，所述解锁按键的内侧通过弹性件与主体部相抵接，其外侧穿出于主体部的外侧面，且该解锁按键上设有与该锁扣相配合的锁定件；所述主体部的顶部端面上设有加油孔，所述顶盖完整地覆盖于该加油孔的上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器翻盖加油装置，其特征在于，所述顶盖的底端面上设有密封垫，所述密封垫由弹性材料构成，且其与主体部的顶部端面相抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器翻盖加油装置，其特征在于，所述加油孔的数量为1-5个。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟雾化器翻盖加油装置，其特征在于，所述弹性件为弹簧或硅胶或橡胶。
  5. 一种具有翻盖加油装置的电子烟雾化器，其特征在于，包括：主体部以及如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的翻盖加油装置，所述翻盖加油装置中的顶盖上还设有烟嘴，所述主体部中设有导烟通道，所述烟嘴与该导烟通道相互对准，所述导烟通道与雾化芯相连接；所述主体部中还设有烟油腔，所述烟油腔分别与加油孔和雾化芯相连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具有翻盖加油装置的电子烟雾化器，其特征在于，所述加油孔的数量为1-5个，且其分别设置于该导烟通道的周围。
