一种便于清洗的锂电池电极浆料搅拌混合罐 技术领域
本发明涉及一种锂电池电极处理设备,具体是一种便于清洗的锂电池电极浆料搅拌混合罐。
背景技术
锂电池电极材料需要多种粉料进行混合处理,在目前在进行两种或两种以上物料进行混合时,为了提高搅拌效果,使物料间混合更为均匀,往往需要借助搅拌机进行混合,而当前所使用的搅拌机其工作主要是依靠搅拌器的下端搅拌桨叶对物料提供驱动力,从而达到对物料进行混合的目的,但这种单一的搅拌桨叶,混合能力有限,物料混合效率低因而导致物料混合作业需要耗费较多的时间和能耗,极大的限制了物料加工生产效率的提高,并增加了生产成本;同时,使用后的搅拌机也存在着清洗不方便的情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于清洗的锂电池电极浆料搅拌混合罐,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种便于清洗的锂电池电极浆料搅拌混合罐,包括罐体和上盖;所述罐体设置成空心圆柱体,内部设置为混合腔,顶部开口处设置有上盖;所述上盖上设置有进料管和清洗装置;所述清洗装置由进水管、水泵和喷淋盘组成;所述进水管一端与喷淋盘连通,且进水管上设置有水泵;所述喷淋盘设置成圆盘形,固定在上盖下表面,且喷淋盘底面和侧面均布有若干喷嘴;所述混合腔中设置有搅拌装置和排料装置;所述搅拌装置由第一电机、搅拌轴、上搅拌片、下搅拌片、螺旋搅拌板和毛刷组成;所述第一电机通过第一减速器与搅拌轴连接,且第一电机和第一减速器固定在上盖上表面;所述搅拌轴上固定有上搅拌片、下搅拌片和螺旋搅拌板;所述上搅拌片和下搅拌片均设置有两片,且设置在同一直线上;所述螺旋搅拌板固定在上搅拌片和下搅拌片之间的搅拌轴上;所述毛刷由刷柄和刷毛组成;所述刷柄一侧面固定有固定套,另一侧面固定有刷毛;所述排料装置由第二电机、排料转轴和排料板组成;所述第二电机通过第二减速器与排料转轴连接,且第二电机和第二减速器固定在罐体底面;所述排料转轴顶部固定有排料板;所述排料板设置有两片,且两片排料板设置在同一直线上;罐体底面固定有支架。

本发明通过搅拌装置的设置,利用第一电机带动搅拌轴旋转,搅拌轴带动上搅拌片、下搅拌片和螺旋搅拌板旋转,对罐体内的浆料进行高效搅拌混合;利用毛刷配合清洗装置对使用后的罐体进行快速且高效的清洗;通过排料装置的设置,利用第二电机带动排料转轴旋转,排料转轴带动排料板旋转,在排料时利于将浆料完全排出罐体,防止浆料残留在罐体中。
