Abstract
La présente invention concerne un joint à lèvre comprenant un corps principal annulaire (10) et des lèvres d'étanchéité (20, 30) entourant le corps principal (10). Les lèvres d'étanchéité (20, 30) ont des parties de pointe (21, 31) pour des parties de contact et d'étanchéité et d'ouverture (22, 32) qui s'ouvrent dans une direction axiale. Des éléments de protection (50) sont disposés de manière sûre au niveau des lèvres d'étanchéité (20, 30). Les éléments de protection (50) comportent des couches de protection (51) recouvrant les parties de pointe (21, 31). Les couches de protection (51) s'étendent dans la direction axiale à partir des parties de pointe (21, 31) vers la direction d'ouverture des parties d'ouverture (22, 32). De plus, les couches de protection (51) forment un anneau coaxial aux lèvres d'étanchéité (20, 30). Le joint à lèvre peut empêcher la détérioration des performances d'étanchéité des lèvres d'étanchéité en raison de l'usure.
