Description

MAGAZINE FILLING APPARATUS
TECHNICAL FIELD
Invention is about quick filling of the gun magazines with the cartridges by means of the pistons, without touching the guns.
PRIOR ART
The magazine is a mechanism that allows cartridges, which allow guns to fire, to be automatically driven into the firing mechanism. The magazines included in the automatic weapons can contain a number of cartridges that will vary according to the weapons.
The magazines are ready for use in order to be filled with cartridges. This filling process is done manually or by using hand assisted apparatus. In manual filling, the cartridges are placed one by one inside the magazine mechanism. In hand assisted devices, the cartridges are also placed in the apparatus by hand, and by running the apparatus with human power, it is possible to fill the cartridges to the magazine. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention is a system connected to the electric motor provides a way to fill the magazine with a pneumatic system to provide filling of magazines serially for general multi-shoots. MEANINGS OF THE FIGURES

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Invention; installed on the main carrier (1 ); is made up from a cartridge filling chamber, a cartridge guiding tube, a pistons and feeding tube, a magazine positioning, an electric circuit and an air distribution system. These parts comprise a system host (2), a horizontal pushing system (3), an upper pushing assembly (4), a horizontal pneumatic piston assembly (5), a vertical pneumatic piston assembly (6), a magazine housing assembly (7), a cartridge chamber assembly (8), an electrical motor (9), a guidance tube (10), an air distribution tube (1 1 ), an air hoses (12), a display and control unit (13), a sensor (14), a magazine housing (15) and a magazine lock (16). In the first stage of the cartridge filling apparatus, the cartridges are discharged to the cartridge chamber assembly (8) shown in FIG 2. The electric motor (9), which is switched on when the system is activated, advances the cartridges towards the direction tube (10) by means of a pawl synchronized with the spiral and upward curved cylindrical structure in the cartridge chamber assembly (8). In the guidance tube (10) shown in FIG. 3, it is provided that the cartridges are rotated in the direction in which they can advance along the channel. As shown in FIG. 7, the cartridges exit from the cartridge chamber assembly (8), whichever direction they are, pass through the guidance tube (10), and leaves this section while their bullet portion facing upward. In this way, the bullets are advanced to the front of the piston in the proper position. The cartridges that exits from this section are passed along the channel and past the upper pushing assembly (4) and falls in front of the horizontal pushing system (3). The horizontal pushing system (3) leaves the cartridge in front of the upper pushing assembly (4) on the system host (2). The horizontal pushing system (3) and the upper pushing assembly (4) are fed by a pneumatic system. Along with the downward pushing of the upper pushing assembly (4), as shown in Figure 4, the placed magazine is began to be filled by cartridges.
In the system there are sensors (14) at the entry point of the guidance tube (10) and the supply assembly, in front of the horizontal pushing system (3) and on the magazine housing assembly (7). These sensors (14) command the next movement as the cartridges move through the system. For example, the sensor in front of the magazine housing (15) senses the cartridge and commands the operation of the pistons.
Air distribution to the pistons on the horizontal pushing system (3) and the upper pushing assembly (4) is provided by air hoses (12) from the air distribution tube (1 1 ). The horizontal pneumatic piston assembly (5) and the vertical pneumatic piston assembly (6) parts are positioned on the horizontal pushing system (3) and the upper pushing assembly (4) mentioned above. These pistons mediate the placement of the cartridge into the entrance of the magazine by providing movement of the cartridge on the determined route, which is vertically descending. The horizontal pneumatic piston assembly (5) pushes the cartridge downward into the mouth of the magazine, while the vertical pneumatic piston assembly (6) presses the cartridge in the magazine mouth to place it into the magazine.
The display and control unit (13) contains electrical circuits and counters for the system. The display shows the user how much cartridge has been filled, while the control unit can be used to identify the magazine capacity, start and stop the system by means of the hosted touchscreen.
Thanks to the magazine housing (15) located in the mechanism of the magazine lock (16), it is possible to attach any type of magazine to the cartridge discharge apparatus. The magazine placed on the magazine lock (16) is fixed on the magazine housing (15) by the spring mechanism shown in Fig 8. When the lever on the magazine housing (15) is pressed, the magazine is released and with the release of the lever, the magazine placed in the magazine lock (16) mechanism (16) is fixed by applying force to the inner wall of the mechanism.
The whole system is mounted on the main carrier (1 ) so that it can be carried easily.
