Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de remplissage aseptique de masque facial et un procédé de préparation de masque associé. Le dispositif comprend un four de séchage à haute température, un pot de stérilisation à haute température et à haute pression (1), un pipeline de transfert de stérilisation à la vapeur à haute température (2), une machine de remplissage de stérilisation à la vapeur à haute température (3) et une installation de remplissage de cent niveaux. Le dispositif peut fournir une bonne stérilisation pour des masques faciaux, aucun conservateur n'est ajouté aux masques faciaux et une asepsie des masques faciaux peut être garantie.
