一种汽车行李架的自动螺柱点焊装置
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零配件生产研究领域中的一种焊接设备,特别是一种汽车行李架的自动螺柱点焊装置。
背景技术
由于汽车行李架与车顶通过螺丝锁紧方式进行固定,所以行李架为保证固定需要使用异形螺柱,而在线攻牙成本高,效率低,故我们生产采用特制异形螺柱半成品与行李架焊接形式。现有作业方式为一名作业员将行李架固定架在仿形治具上,开启夹紧装置将行李架固定架夹紧,然后将一枚螺柱放置在绝缘定位销上,启动焊机点焊,焊接完成松开夹紧装置,取件将焊接半成品放置在中转架,另一名作业员将焊接半成品固定在仿形治具上,开启夹紧装置将焊接半成品夹紧,然后将另一枚螺柱放置在绝缘定位销上,启动焊机点焊,焊接完成松开夹紧装置,作业完毕。所以现在需要1个螺柱焊接工序专配2台焊机、2组焊接治具、2个人进行作业,工序重复,工装设备投入大,生产安全性和生产效率低。作业员进行焊接作业时,需手持螺柱放置在绝缘定位销,若定位销有磨损或偏位,会直接造成螺柱焊接偏位,使装车时行李架与车顶固定螺丝孔位无法对准,无法保证品质。作业员在转移焊接半成品到下工序时,由于工件尺寸较小,焊接余温有安全隐患,易造成作业员烫伤,且作业员手持螺柱、周转半成品需进行大量重复工作,劳动强度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种汽车行李架的自动螺柱点焊装置,其通过振动盘输送螺柱,伺服机械手抓取螺柱精准定位进行焊接操作,整个作业过程自动完成。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种汽车行李架的自动螺柱点焊装置,包括机架,所述机架上布置有工件固定治具、位于工件固定治具上方的点焊机、振动盘、固定在振动盘上的输送轨道以及将输送轨道末端的螺柱送至汽车行李架上的伺服机械手,所述点焊机的点焊处布置有两个点焊头,两个所述点焊头分别对着汽车行李架上两个螺柱焊接位置,所述输送轨道的末端、伺服机械手和两个点焊头成直线分布。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述伺服机械手包括第一滑块、与输送轨道平行的第一轨道、驱使第一滑块沿第一轨道滑行的第一气缸、安装在第一滑块上的第二气缸以及安装在第二气缸伸出端的上料气缸,所述第二气缸的伸出端竖直向下,所述上料气缸的工作端上安装有两个夹紧块,两个所述夹紧块之间形成螺柱夹紧空间,所述输送轨道的末端通过挡块封堵后形成能容纳一个螺柱放置的螺柱待命空间。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述输送轨道的内部形成一条容纳螺柱通过的中空通道,所述螺柱待命空间的上端敞口。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述工件固定治具的两端布置有工件锁紧装置,工件固定治具的前外侧布置有卸料板,所述卸料板上布置有两根顶杆,两根所述顶杆沿水平方向延伸进工件固定治具内部,所述机架内安装有顶起气缸,所述卸料板安装在顶起气缸的伸出端。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,两个所述点焊头通过同一个安装座安装在点焊机的输出端上。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述机架上安装有PLC控制器、急停开关、启动开关以及振动盘开关。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过振动盘输送螺柱,伺服机械手抓取螺柱精准定位进行焊接操作,整个作业过程自动完成,既避免了焊接余温伤人,提升了安全性,又能解决因作业员操作原因引起的品质异常,保证焊接准确性和品质,同时还能大大降低作业员劳动强度。采用专用点焊设备可同时对两个螺柱进行点焊,将工序合并成一个,仅由一名作业员即可完成。作业员作业仅需放件、按下螺柱点焊装置启动按钮、取件三步操作即可完成作业,极大减少的作业员劳动强度,提升了工作效率,而且减少一人和一台点焊设备,降低了人力成本和设备投入成本。

进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述伺服机械手包括第一滑块10、与输送轨道15平行的第一轨道9、驱使第一滑块10沿第一轨道9滑行的第一气缸8、安装在第一滑块10上的第二气缸11以及安装在第二气缸11伸出端的上料气缸12,所述第二气缸11的伸出端竖直向下,所述上料气缸12的工作端上安装有两个夹紧块13,两个所述夹紧块13之间形成螺柱夹紧空间,所述输送轨道15的末端通过挡块16封堵后形成能容纳一个螺柱放置的螺柱待命空间。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述输送轨道15的内部形成一条容纳螺柱通过的中空通道,中空通道与螺柱待命空间连通,所述螺柱待命空间的上端敞口,便于机械手从螺柱待命空间上端的敞口处将螺柱取出。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述工件固定治具2的两端布置有工件锁紧装置3,工件固定治具2的前外侧布置有卸料板4,所述卸料板4上布置有两根顶杆17,两根所述顶杆17沿水平方向延伸进工件固定治具2内部,所述机架1内安装有顶起气缸,所述卸料板4安装在顶起气缸的伸出端。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,两个所述点焊头6通过同一个安装座安装在点焊机5的输出端上。此时,两个点焊头6实现同时焊接,提高焊接效率。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述机架1上安装有PLC控制器7、急停开关、启动开关以及振动盘开关。
生产作业员首先确认好PLC控制器7设定程序,确认完毕后将螺柱放置振动盘14,按下振动盘开关,使螺柱在振动盘14振动作用下调整并保持待点焊状态,随即螺柱按待点焊状态运动至输送轨道15末端,螺柱紧密排列,其中一个螺柱进入螺柱待命空间。确认好后作业员将待点焊半成品放置在工件固定治具2上,按下启动开关,工件锁紧装置3启动处于夹紧状态将半成品固定好,伺服机械手启动,上料气缸12移动至输送轨道15末端夹取一个螺柱,第二气缸11驱使上料气缸12上升,第一气缸8将上料气缸12平移至螺柱绝缘定位销位置,放下螺柱,伺服机械手退回原点,伺服机械手重复夹取螺柱的工作放置汽车行李架的另外一个位置,点焊机5带动两个点焊头6移动至待点焊位置,下降压紧螺柱及半成品,按照PLC控制器7设置焊接参数及通电时间进行点焊操作,点焊完成后,点焊机5带动两个点焊头6退回原点,工件锁紧装置3压紧状态解除,点焊完成的产品会被顶杆17顶起,然后作业员取件,自动点焊工序完成。

  1. 一种汽车行李架的自动螺柱点焊装置,其特征在于:包括机架,所述机架上布置有工件固定治具、位于工件固定治具上方的点焊机、振动盘、固定在振动盘上的输送轨道以及将输送轨道末端的螺柱送至汽车行李架上的伺服机械手,所述点焊机的点焊处布置有两个点焊头,两个所述点焊头分别对着汽车行李架上两个螺柱焊接位置,所述输送轨道的末端、伺服机械手和两个点焊头成直线分布。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车行李架的自动螺柱点焊装置,其特征在于:所述伺服机械手包括第一滑块、与输送轨道平行的第一轨道、驱使第一滑块沿第一轨道滑行的第一气缸、安装在第一滑块上的第二气缸以及安装在第二气缸伸出端的上料气缸,所述第二气缸的伸出端竖直向下,所述上料气缸的工作端上安装有两个夹紧块,两个所述夹紧块之间形成螺柱夹紧空间,所述输送轨道的末端通过挡块封堵后形成能容纳一个螺柱放置的螺柱待命空间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车行李架的自动螺柱点焊装置,其特征在于:所述输送轨道的内部形成一条容纳螺柱通过的中空通道,所述螺柱待命空间的上端敞口。
