Description
DESCRIPTION
AUTOMATICALLY OR MANUALLY REMOTE BLASTING SYSTEM OF THE FIRE EXTINGUISHING BALL VIA HEAT OR ELECTRICAL TRIGGERING
Technical field
The invention; relates to an automatically or manually remote blasting system of the fire extinguishing ball via heat or electrical triggering which can be used in any kind of places such as houses, vehicles, storages, electrical rooms, interiors of the electrical panels, storages of explosive and/or inflammable materials wherein fire outbreak can happen and which spreads both liquid and dried type of fire extinguishing chemical materials into the area where it exists by using an explosive power. State of Art
From past to present, the fires that have been caused by various reasons are extinguished with the various methods of fire extinguishing or professional interferences such as fire brigade. Fire extinguisher tube, systems wherein pressure vessels that require piping exist, systems having temperature/fog sensor, sprinkler systems can be given as example for the methods of fire extinguishing.
In the present technique; fire extinguisher tubes are generally used to extinguish the fires that are recognized earlier and the small-scale fires. The persons have to interfere with the fire at close range with fire extinguisher tubes. It causes hazards such as injury or death for the individuals. Periodic maintenance of the fire extinguisher tubes should be carried out for a proper serviceability. It increases the costs. In the present technique; the systems wherein pressure vessels that require piping exist, which are used for fire extinguishing are heavy and bulky structures operating with fire detection and extinguishing. These systems are difficult to install and use
and they can be generally installed in factories, storages and work places. These systems cannot installed in houses, bureaus or vehicles.
In present technique; the systems having temperature/fog sensors and sprinkler systems are the most preferred fire extinguishing systems nowadays. Temperature/fog sensors are generally adjusted to a certain temperature or fog intensity value. Sprinkler systems can interfere with the fire by spraying the fire extinguishing materials from ceiling to down during fire. Because of this system, the objects around may be damaged and made unusuable. Moreover, these systems require certain piping system. It increases the costs.
In the present technique; liquid chemical may be carried or there are fixed devices for fire extinguishing. These devices work based upon flame. It is a fire extinguisher working manually which does not become active with the command via fire detection extinguishing panel or with a remote electrical command or with rising heat source.
Another fire extinguishing device which is used within the present technique is the fire extinguishing ball. This device is a fire extinguisher working manually which does not become active with the command via fire detection extinguishing panel or with a remote electrical command or with rising heat source. Fire extinguishing ball is a device which works with the contact of the flame. Namely, it is a device which becomes active when flame is in contact with the roving that is surrounded thereof. Until the flames reach to said system, the fire may damage around to a large extent.
There is a utility model application titled "FIRE EXTINGUISHING DEVICE" with TR2008/09279 application number which is developed to be used in fire extinguishing or to interfere with fire in the state of art. In the application wherein the fire extinguishing device which is discussed, fire extinguishing ball and the elements that constitute this fire extinguishing ball, which spreads fire extinguishing material around by blasting thanks to the contact of the flames with or without a human interference. A human interference is needed in fire extinguishing system which is discussed in the utility model application or the flames need to reach to the fire extinguishing ball during fire. It may increase the risk of loss of life and property during fire.
As a result, because of the negativities mentioned above and the inadequacy of present solutions about the subject, it is necessary to make an automatically or manually remote blasting system of the fire extinguishing ball via heat or electrical triggering.
Brief Description of the Invention
Present invention relates to automatically or manually remote blasting system of the fire extinguishing ball via heat or electrical triggering which fulfils the above mentioned requirements, eliminates all the disadvantages and brings additional advantages.
The invention; can be used in any kind of place such as houses, vehicles, storages, electrical rooms, interiors of the electrical panel, storages of explosive and/or inflammable materials wherein fire outbreak can happen.
The primary purpose of the invention; is to extinguish the fire by blasting fire extinguishing ball without needing flames thanks to heat change in the environment via the cables and heat cables which operate with pyrotechnic ignition system, existing on fire extinguishing ball, having placed with different angles. Temperature of fire outbreak starts at 55° and rises. In this case, fire interference is provided with heat cables serving as heat detector before the heat becomes dangerous. Moreover, even though the fire starts, a fire is interfered without waiting the flames to reach to a fire extinguishing ball. It minimizes the damage that occurs around.
One of the purposes of the invention is to provide fire extinguishing ball to work by electricity (an electrical current of 1 -72 voltage DC) by connecting it to the panels which is used in the places wherein fire outbreak can happen and which has tasks such as fire detecting, alarming. By this means, the flames do not have to reach for fire extinguishing ball to blast. Moreover, by this means, piping systems which cannot be moved are not needed for fire extinguishing. It lowers the cost.
One purpose of the invention; is to make fire-extinguisher blast and create an extinguishing effect by throwing by hand it to the fire instead of fixing to certain places
with pipes. By this means, our invention includes all the systems existing nowadays. It provides advantages for interferences with the fires.
