Abstract
L'invention concerne la fabrication de matériaux de construction et notamment un équipement pour la préparation d'un mélange de béton mousse par procédé ininterrompu. Le dispositif de préparation d'un mélange pour béton mousse comprend un corps cylindrique pourvu de deux arbres sur un même axe sur lequel sont emmanchés contrarotatifs des disques à plus grand et plus petit diamètres munis de palettes, de tubulures d'amenée de mousse et de mélange dans la partie centrale du mélangeur, et d'une tubulure de déchargement dans la partie inférieure du corps. Le résultat technique consiste à augmenter la productivité du dispositif jusqu'à 30 m3/h et obtenir du béton mousse ayant une densité moyenne de 1400 à 150 kg/m3.
