Description

一种电子烟雾化器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种雾化器,具体是一种电子烟雾化器。
背景技术
电子烟雾化器,种类:从传统的烟弹(3W)到CE4小功率雾化器(12W)再到现在的大功率雾化器(20W-100W)以及DIY雾化器(可以自己组装和更换发热材料的雾化器)。在DIY雾化器中主要分:储油雾化器和滴油雾化器。目前市面上的滴油雾化器都是从雾化器的侧边开孔进气,在使用过程中,或者长时间使用的情况下,烟油容易从侧边的孔溢到雾化器的表面,手会很容易粘到油,从而让人感觉很不舒服或者感觉很不干净。
而且侧边进气并不能很好的让气流经过发热源,小部分的空气直接吸入口中,往往会稀释掉烟雾,口感就会没有那么浓郁。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电子烟雾化器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种电子烟雾化器,包括吸嘴、雾化器内管、雾化器外管、正极柱、雾化器底座和负极柱,所述雾化器外管的内壁上固定连接雾化器内管,雾化器内管的表面设置多个竖直的凹槽,凹槽与雾化器外管的内壁形成进气通道,所述吸嘴的连接端插接在雾化器内管的一端;所述雾化器内管的另一端设置雾化器底座,雾化器底座螺纹连接在雾化器外管的内壁上;所述雾化器底座的内部设置多个导气通道,其中雾化器底座与雾化器内管相对的端面设置导气通道的一端端口,导气通道另一端端口设置在雾化器底座的外表面且对应进气通道的位置;所述雾化器底座与雾化器内管相对的端面上固定设置正极柱和负极柱。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述进气通道的顶部接触设置挡片,挡片连接在吸嘴上。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述吸嘴与雾化器内管连接处设置吸嘴密封圈。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述雾化器底座和雾化器外管的连接处设置底座密封圈。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述负极柱插接在雾化器底座上。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述正极柱与雾化器底座之间设置绝缘的正极柱垫片,正极柱垫片通过正极螺丝固定在雾化器底座上,而正极螺丝与雾化器底座之间设置绝缘的正极柱螺丝垫片。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本实用通过设置进气通道,将气流从雾化器外管的顶部引导到雾化器底座的底部外侧,再通过导气通道将气流从雾化器底座的底部外侧引导到雾化器底座底部内侧的发热源位置,从而可以很好的将烟雾带入口中,口感浓郁,另外气流是从上而下,进气口也是在雾化器的顶部,所以烟油无法溢到雾化器外面,不会产生不适感。吸嘴可以控制气流的大小,从而可以让人选择不同的气流大小来感受口感的区别。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1~3,本发明实施例中,一种电子烟雾化器,包括吸嘴1、吸嘴密封圈2、雾化器内管3、雾化器外管4、正极柱5、正极柱垫片6、雾化器底座7、正极柱螺丝垫片8、正极螺丝9、负极柱10和底座密封圈11,所述雾化器外管4的内壁上固定连接雾化器内管3,雾化器内管3的表面设置多个竖直的凹槽,凹槽与雾化器外管4的内壁形成进气通道,以便于气体从凹槽进气通道进入到内部,所述吸嘴1的连接端插接在雾化器内管3的一端,且吸嘴1与雾化器内管3连接处设置吸嘴密封圈2;所述雾化器内管3的另一端设置雾化器底座7,雾化器底座7螺纹连接在雾化器外管4的内壁上,且雾化器底座7和 雾化器外管4的连接处设置底座密封圈11,以保证密封性。
所述进气通道的顶部接触设置挡片,挡片连接在吸嘴1上,从而可以通过转动吸嘴1,调节挡片与进气通道的交错程度,实现进气通道进气量的调节。
所述雾化器底座7的内部设置多个导气通道,其中雾化器底座7与雾化器内管3相对的端面设置导气通道的一端端口,导气通道另一端端口设置在雾化器底座7的外表面,且导气通道另一端的端口对应进气通道,以便于气体从进气通道经过导气通道进入到雾化器内管3内,从而被吸嘴吸走。
所述雾化器底座7与雾化器内管3相对的端面上固定设置正极柱5和负极柱10,其中正极柱5与雾化器底座7之间设置绝缘的正极柱垫片6,所述负极柱10插接在雾化器底座7上,所述正极柱垫片6通过正极螺丝9固定在雾化器底座7上,而正极螺丝9与雾化器底座7之间设置绝缘的正极柱螺丝垫片8,从而保证正负极能够隔开,提高雾化的效率。
本发明的工作原理是:
本实用通过设置进气通道,将气流从雾化器外管4的顶部引导到雾化器底座7的底部外侧,再通过导气通道将气流从雾化器底座7的底部外侧引导到雾化器底座7底部内侧的发热源位置,从而可以很好的将烟雾带入口中,口感浓郁,另外气流是从上而下,进气口也是在雾化器的顶部,所以烟油无法溢到雾化器外面,不会产生不适感。吸嘴可以控制气流的大小,从而可以让人选择不同的气流大小来感受口感的区别。

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器,包括吸嘴、雾化器内管、雾化器外管、正极柱、雾化器底座和负极柱,其特征在于,所述雾化器外管的内壁上固定连接雾化器内管,雾化器内管的表面设置多个竖直的凹槽,凹槽与雾化器外管的内壁形成进气通道,所述吸嘴的连接端插接在雾化器内管的一端;所述雾化器内管的另一端设置雾化器底座,雾化器底座螺纹连接在雾化器外管的内壁上;所述雾化器底座的内部设置多个导气通道,其中雾化器底座与雾化器内管相对的端面设置导气通道的一端端口,导气通道另一端端口设置在雾化器底座的外表面且对应进气通道的位置;所述雾化器底座与雾化器内管相对的端面上固定设置正极柱和负极柱,所述正极柱与雾化器底座之间设置绝缘的正极柱垫片,正极柱垫片通过正极螺丝固定在雾化器底座上,而正极螺丝与雾化器底座之间设置绝缘的正极柱螺丝垫片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述进气通道的顶部接触设置挡片,挡片连接在吸嘴上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴与雾化器内管连接处设置吸嘴密封圈。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器底座和雾化器外管的连接处设置底座密封圈。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述负极柱插接在雾化器底座上。
