- the rear dimension of the main body 12 can be made small. Further, when the rear dimension is standardized, the internal space 12b can be widened. Thereby, more tableware W can be accommodated and cleaned.
- the upper car detection sensor 38 is constituted by a contact type sensor, for example. As shown in FIG. 5, the upper car detection sensor 38 is connected to the lower car 18 that rises when the door 14 is moved forward as much as possible (hereinafter, sometimes referred to as “full open state”). It is detected whether or not the upper car 16 exists at a position where the collision can be avoided (retracted position).
- the retracted position corresponds to a position when the upper car 16 is at the innermost part of the internal space 12b of the main body 12. Specifically, when the upper car 16 moves rearward of the main body 12 in the front-rear direction (X-axis direction) and is stored in the retracted position, the upper car 16 and the upper car detection sensor 38 come into contact with each other. Thus, the upper car detection sensor 38 detects that the upper car 16 is in the retracted position.
- the lower car detection sensors 40, 42, and 44 constitute a series of sensors for detecting the state of the lower car 18, as will be described in detail below.
- the lower car detection sensor 40 detects whether or not the lower car 18 exists at a position where it can be lifted by the lower car lifting device 32 (position where it can be lifted). Specifically, the lower car detection sensor 40 detects whether or not the entire lower car 18 is positioned forward of the upper car 16 with respect to the upper car 16 present at the retracted position in the upward view. In the case of the present embodiment, the ascending position corresponds to the position of the lower car 18 in the drawer portion 20 of the door 14 when the door 14 is fully open.
- the lower car detection sensor 40 is constituted by, for example, a contact sensor, but is arranged at a position where it does not directly contact the lower car 18. That is, the lower car detection sensor 40 is installed at a position that protrudes from the bottom surface side of the opening 12a of the main body 12 and faces the contact plate 20c of the drawer 20 described above. At this time, when the drawer portion 20 of the open / close door 14 is pulled out, the contact plate 20c moves in the front-rear direction (X-axis direction). When the open / close door 14 is in the fully open state, the contact plate 20 c comes into contact with the lower car detection sensor 40. Thereby, the lower car detection sensor 40 detects that the door 14 is in a fully open state. That is, the lower car detection sensor 40 detects that the lower car 18 is in a state where it can be raised.
- the lower car detection sensor 42 detects whether or not the lower car 18 that is raised and lowered by the lower car lifting device 32 is in the lower limit position.
- the lower car detection sensor 42 is constituted by a contact type sensor, for example, but is arranged at a position where it does not directly contact the lower car 18. That is, the lower car detection sensor 42 is installed at a position facing the front lower surface of the stage 32a of the lower car lifting device 32 on the side near the bottom surface of the front wall portion 20d of the drawer portion 20. At this time, when the stage 32 a of the lower car lifting / lowering device 32 moves in the vertical direction (Z-axis direction), the stage 32 a comes into contact with the lower car detection sensor 42. Thereby, the lower car detection sensor 42 indirectly detects that the lower car 18 exists at the lower limit position.
- the lower car detection sensor 44 detects whether or not the lower car 18 that is raised and lowered by the lower car lifting device 32 is in the upper limit position.
- the upper limit position corresponds to the position of the lower car 18 where the upper end of the lower car 18 does not exceed the lower end of the upper car 16.
- the upper limit position is set such that the lower end height LH of the slide rail 30 for sliding the upper car 16 in the front-rear direction (X-axis direction) does not exceed the lower car 18. Is done. Thereby, the collision with the lower cage
- the lower car detection sensor 44 is constituted by, for example, a contact sensor, but is arranged at a position where it does not directly contact the lower car 18. That is, the lower car detection sensor 44 is installed at a position facing the front upper surface of the stage 32a of the lower car lifting device 32 corresponding to the upper limit position on the front wall portion 20d of the drawer portion 20. At this time, when the stage 32 a of the lower car lifting device 32 moves in the vertical direction (Z-axis direction), the stage 32 a comes into contact with the lower car detection sensor 44. Thereby, the lower car detection sensor 44 indirectly detects that the lower car 18 exists at the upper limit position.
- the lower car detection sensors 42 and 44 for detecting the state existing at the upper limit position or the lower limit position of the lower car 18 can be omitted when the lower car 18 is in the following state. For example, it corresponds to the case where the lower car 18 exists in the upper limit position when the stage 32a of the lower car lifting device 32 is raised to the maximum, and the lower car 18 exists in the lower limit position when the stage 32a is lowered to the maximum.
- the lower car detection sensors 40, 42 and 44 are configured to detect the state of the lower car 18 and output detection information to the control device 46.
- the control device 46 controls the lower car lifting device 32 using the operation panel 34, the door detection sensor 36, the upper car detection sensor 38, and the plurality of lower car detection sensors 40, 42, 44.
- the control device 46 receives signals from the raising / lowering operation button 34a of the operation panel 34, the door detection sensor 36, the upper car detection sensor 38, and the lower car detection sensors 40 to 44. Based on this, the display 34b and the speaker 34c of the operation panel 34, the drive source of the lower car lifting device 32, the door lock device 48, and the like are controlled.
- the control device 46 includes, for example, a circuit board, a processing device mounted on the circuit board, a storage device, and a circuit pattern for connecting each device.
- An example of the processing device is a CPU.
- Examples of the storage device include a RAM memory and a ROM memory.
- the processing device processes signals input from the various sensors described above based on a program stored in the storage device. Then, the processing device generates a control signal for controlling the lower car lifting device 32 and the like based on the processing result.
- control device 46 performs the following control when the user presses the lifting operation button 34a, for example.
- the control device 46 when the upper car detection sensor 38 detects the state of the retracted position of the upper car 16, the control device 46 generates a control signal based on a signal input from the lifting operation button 34a through a pressing operation or the like. .
- the generated control signal is output to the lower car lifting device 32.
- the lower car lifting device 32 raises or lowers the lower car 18.
- the control device 46 controls the lower car 18 by the lower car elevating device 32. Control not to perform up and down. That is, even if the user presses the “UP” button of the lifting operation button 34a, the lower car 18 does not rise. Thereby, the collision with the lower cage
- the control device 46 warns the user with a screen display or sound using at least one of the display 34b and the speaker 34c of the operation panel 34. Specifically, for example, while outputting a warning sound from the speaker 34c, a message indicating that the upper car 16 is not in the retracted position is displayed on the display 34b. Thereby, the user can know the reason why the lower car 18 does not move up and down even when the user presses the lifting operation button 34a. Then, the user can be prompted to push the upper car 16 into the main body 12 and place it in the retracted position.
- the display panel may be provided with a display unit such as an LED that lights up in red when the lower car 18 cannot be raised or lowered and lights up or turns off in green when the lower car 18 can be raised or lowered.
- the control device 46 stops raising and lowering the lower car 18.
- the lower car lifting device 32 is controlled. Thereby, for example, even when the user slides the upper car 16 forward, that is, above the lower car 18 while the lower car 18 is moving up, collision between the upper car 16 and the lower car 18 can be avoided.
- control device 46 has been described by way of example of the control for stopping the raising / lowering of the lower car 18, but is not limited thereto.
- the controller 46 may stop the raising / lowering of the lower car 18 immediately, and immediately after that, the lower car 18 may be controlled to return to the position at which the raising / lowering is started. Thereby, the collision with the upper cage
- the control device 46 may perform control so that the lower car 18 is raised or lowered. As a result, the lower car 18 can be raised and lowered in a state where the upper car 16 is not reliably present above the lower car 18. As a result, the collision between the upper car 16 and the lower car 18 can be avoided more reliably.
- the control device 46 controls the lower car lifting device 32 so as to end the lifting of the lower car 18.
- the control device 46 warns the user through the speaker 34c.
- the control device 46 controls the door lock device 48 that stops the movement of the door 14.
- the open / close door locking device 48 stops the movement of the open / close door 14 so that the user does not further close the open / close door 14.
- the open / close door locking device 48 is provided at the bottom of the main body 12, for example, and includes a lock pin (not shown) and a solenoid (not shown) for moving the lock pin back and forth. That is, when the lock pin advances and engages with a locking hole (not shown) formed in the opening / closing door 14 (drawer portion 20), the opening / closing door locking device 48 is restrained from moving. On the other hand, when the lock pin moves backward from the locking hole, the open / close door 14 becomes movable. As a result, when the lower car 18 does not exist at a position where it can be arranged in the main body 12, the lower car 18 and the upper car 16 or the upper cleaning nozzle 24 housed in the internal space 12 b of the main body 12. Collisions can be avoided.
- control device 46 controls the raising / lowering operation of the lower basket 18 located at the lower part of the dishwasher 10 while avoiding the collision between the upper basket 16 and the lower basket 18.
- the user can store the tableware W before washing and take out the tableware W after washing with the lower basket 18 raised. As a result, it is possible to significantly reduce the burden on the user such as bending down greatly.
