Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de mise à jour d'informations de police d'assurance. Le procédé comprend : l'obtention, par un serveur de gestion, de données de base de police d'assurance auprès d'un serveur central à un intervalle prédéfini, lesdites données de base comprenant le numéro d'une police d'assurance cible et le dernier moment de mise à jour de la police d'assurance cible ; la détermination du dernier moment de mise à jour enregistré pour une police d'assurance, dont le numéro est le même que celui de la police d'assurance cible parmi des polices d'assurance gérées par le serveur de gestion en fonction du numéro de la police d'assurance cible ; et, si le dernier moment de mise à jour de la police d'assurance cible est ultérieur au dernier moment de mise à jour enregistré, l'obtention d'informations de police d'assurance de la police d'assurance cible auprès du serveur central, puis le pousser de ces informations vers un agent de service manuel correspondant. La présente invention concerne en outre un serveur de gestion et un support d'informations lisible par ordinateur, permettant de pousser activement des informations de police d'assurance depuis le serveur de gestion vers l'agent de service manuel de façon à mettre à jour lesdites informations, ce qui réduit efficacement la charge de travail du personnel de vente d'un côté agent de service manuel et facilite le travail du personnel de vente.
