Abstract
一种可支撑的发动机内窥镜,包括窥镜本体(1),窥镜本体(1)表面的顶部设有显示屏(3),窥镜本体(1)表面的中部设有按钮(4),窥镜本体(1)的顶部设有连接头(7),连接头(7)的顶部设有半硬管(8),半硬管(8)的一端设有探头(9),窥镜本体(1)左右两侧的顶部和底部均设有连接孔(101),顶部连接孔(101)的内腔通过限位轴(121)与固定块一(12)活动连接,固定块一(12)的外侧设有上支架(13),底部连接孔(101)的内腔通过限位轴(121)与固定块二(15)活动连接,固定块二(15)的外侧设有下支架(14)。通过连接孔、固定块一、固定块二、限位轴、上支架和下支架,可对内窥镜起到支撑的作用,这样工作人员在使用内窥镜时效果更好,避免了工作人员在长时间使用内窥镜时,手部出现酸痛,导致工作人员无法正常工作的状况。
Description
本发明涉及发动机技术领域,具体为一种可支撑的发动机内窥镜。
目前市场上的内窥镜在使用时,只能通过手持进行使用,所以工作人员在长时间使用内窥镜进行工作时,手部就会出现酸痛的状况,导致工作人员无法正常工作的状况,从而大大的降低了工作人员的工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可支撑的发动机内窥镜,具备对内窥镜进行支撑的优点,解决了工作人员在长时间使用内窥镜手部出现酸痛的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种可支撑的发动机内窥镜,包括窥镜本体,所述窥镜本体表面的顶部设有显示屏,所述窥镜本体表面的中部设有按钮,所述窥镜本体的顶部设有连接头,所述连接头的顶部设有半硬管,所述半硬管的一端设有探头,所述窥镜本体左右两侧的顶部均设有连接孔,所述连接孔的内腔通过限位轴与固定块一活动连接,所述固定块一的外侧设有上支架,所述窥镜本体左右两侧的底部均设有连接孔,所述连接孔的内腔通过限位轴与固定块二活动连接,所述固定块二的外侧设有下支架。
优选的,所述窥镜本体的表面设有螺丝,窥镜本体表面的底部通过固定件与防滑板固定连接,窥镜本体左右两侧的底部均设有防滑颗粒。
优选的,所述探头顶部的右侧设有连接块,连接块的顶部通过固定件与照明灯固定连接,且照明灯位于探头的顶部。
优选的,所述固定块一和固定块二的外侧与上支架和下支架的连接处均通
过固定件固定连接,且上支架的形状大小大于下支架。
优选的,所述连接头的底部通内螺纹与窥镜本体固定连接,且连接头的形状为圆柱体形状。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过连接孔、固定块一、固定块二、限位轴、上支架和下支架,可对内窥镜起到支撑的作用,这样工作人员在使用内视镜时效果更好,避免了工作人员在长时间使用内窥镜时,手部出现酸痛的状况,导致工作人员无法正常工作的状况,从而大大提高了工作人员的工作效率。也大大提高了工作人员在工作时的质量,适合推广使用。
2、本发明通过防滑颗粒和防滑板,可对内窥镜起到防滑的作用,这样工作人员在使用效果更好,避免了工作人员在使用内窥镜时,内窥镜出现脱落的状况,导致内窥镜被摔坏,无法使用的状况,从而大大提高了内窥镜的使用寿命。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是
全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4,一种可支撑的发动机内窥镜,包括窥镜本体1,窥镜本体1的表面设有螺丝2,通过螺丝2,可对内窥镜起到固定的作用,这样就避免了内窥镜在长时间使用时,内窥镜出现松动的状况,从而导致内窥镜无法使用,窥镜本体1表面的底部通过固定件与防滑板6固定连接,窥镜本体1左右两侧的底部均设有防滑颗粒5,本发明通过防滑颗粒5和防滑板6,可对内窥镜起到防滑的作用,这样工作人员在使用效果更好,避免了工作人员在使用内窥镜时,内窥镜出现脱落的状况,导致内窥镜被摔坏,无法使用的状况,从而大大提高了内窥镜的使用寿命,窥镜本体1表面的顶部设有显示屏3,窥镜本体1表面的中部设有按钮4,窥镜本体1的顶部设有连接头7,连接头7的底部通内螺纹与窥镜本体1固定连接,且连接头7的形状为圆柱体形状,连接头7的顶部设有半硬管8,半硬管8的一端设有探头9,探头9顶部的右侧设有连接块11,通过连接块11,可对照明灯10起到固定的作用,这样照明灯10在使用时效果更好,避免了照明灯10在使用时,照明灯10出现脱落的状况,从而导致照明灯10无法正常使用的状况,连接块11的顶部通过固定件与照明灯10固定连接,且照明灯10位于探头9的顶部,窥镜本体1左右两侧的顶部均设有连接孔101,连接孔101的内腔通过限位轴121与固定块一12活动连接,通过固定块一12或固定块二15,可对上支架13和下支架14起到固定的作用,这样上支架13和下支架14在使用时效果更好,避免了上支架13和下支架14在长时间使用时,上支架13和下支架14出现晃动的状况,固定块一12的外侧设有上支架13,窥镜本体1左右两侧的底部均设有连接孔101,连接孔101的内腔通过限位轴121与固定块二15活动连接,固定块一12和固定块二15的外侧与上支架13和下支
架14的连接处均通过固定件固定连接,且上支架13的形状大小大于下支架14,固定块二15的外侧设有下支架14,本发明通过连接孔101、固定块一12、固定块二15、限位轴121、上支架13和下支架14,可对内窥镜起到支撑的作用,这样工作人员在使用内视镜时效果更好,避免了工作人员在长时间使用内窥镜时,手部出现酸痛的状况,导致工作人员无法正常工作的状况,从而大大提高了工作人员的工作效率。也大大提高了工作人员在工作时的质量,适合推广使用。
在手持使用时,通过防滑颗粒5和防滑板6,对内窥镜进行防滑,在对内窥镜支撑使用时,通过连接孔101、固定块一12、固定块二15、限位轴121、上支架13和下支架14相互配合,对内窥镜进行支撑,通过照明灯10,对发动机内进行照明观察,通过显示屏3,对观察的结果进行显示即可。
综上所述:该可支撑的发动机内窥镜,通过连接孔101、固定块一12、固定块二15、限位轴121、上支架13和下支架14,解决了工作人员在长时间使用内窥镜手部出现酸痛的问题。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

- 一种可支撑的发动机内窥镜,包括窥镜本体(1),其特征在于:所述窥镜本体(1)表面的顶部设有显示屏(3),所述窥镜本体(1)表面的中部设有按钮(4),所述窥镜本体(1)的顶部设有连接头(7),所述连接头(7)的顶部设有半硬管(8),所述半硬管(8)的一端设有探头(9),所述窥镜本体(1)左右两侧的顶部均设有连接孔(101),所述连接孔(101)的内腔通过限位轴(121)与固定块一(12)活动连接,所述固定块一(12)的外侧设有上支架(13),所述窥镜本体(1)左右两侧的底部均设有连接孔(101),所述连接孔(101)的内腔通过限位轴(121)与固定块二(15)活动连接,所述固定块二(15)的外侧设有下支架(14)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种可支撑的发动机内窥镜,其特征在于:所述窥镜本体(1)的表面设有螺丝(2),窥镜本体(1)表面的底部通过固定件与防滑板(6)固定连接,窥镜本体(1)左右两侧的底部均设有防滑颗粒(5)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种可支撑的发动机内窥镜,其特征在于:所述探头(9)顶部的右侧设有连接块(11),连接块(11)的顶部通过固定件与照明灯(10)固定连接,且照明灯(10)位于探头(9)的顶部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种可支撑的发动机内窥镜,其特征在于:所述固定块一(12)或固定块二(15)的外侧与上支架(13)和下支架(14)的连接处均通过固定件固定连接,且上支架(13)的形状大小大于下支架(14)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种可支撑的发动机内窥镜,其特征在于:所述连接头(7)的底部通内螺纹与窥镜本体(1)固定连接,且连接头(7)的形状为圆柱体形状。
