Description
本发明涉及物联网领域,尤其涉及一种物联网床垫的睡眠监测方法及系统。
物联网即物物联网,现有的物联网主要基于电子设备的联网,例如,空调、电视、手机等设备的联网,但是现有的物联网无法监测睡眠质量,用户体验度低
提供一种物联网床垫的睡眠监测方法,其解决了现有技术用户体验度低的缺点。
一方面,提供一种物联网床垫的睡眠监测方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
检测床垫的压力位置、压力值以及时间;
依据压力位置、压力值以及时间获取用户的翻身状态;
依据该翻身状态获取翻身次数以及间隔得到睡眠质量。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
将睡眠质量上报。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
对每天的睡眠质量进行分析处理。
第二方面,提供一种物联网床垫的睡眠监测系统,所述系统包括:
检测单元,用于检测床垫的压力位置、压力值以及时间;
获取单元,用于依据压力位置、压力值以及时间获取用户的翻身状态;
计算单元,用于依据该翻身状态获取翻身次数以及间隔得到睡眠质量。
可选的,所述系统还包括:
发送单元,用于将睡眠质量上报。

分析单元,用于对每天的睡眠质量进行分析处理。
本发明具体实施方式提供的技术方案检测床垫的压力位置、压力值以及时间,依据压力位置、压力值以及时间获取用户的翻身状态,依据该翻身状态获取翻身次数以及间隔得到睡眠质量,所以其具有依据人数实现空调温度自动调整的优点。

参阅图1,图1为本发明第一较佳实施方式提供的一种物联网床垫的睡眠监测方法的流程图,该方法由智能床垫来完成,该方法如图1所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤S101、检测床垫的压力位置、压力值以及时间;
步骤S102、依据压力位置、压力值以及时间获取用户的翻身状态;
步骤S103、依据该翻身状态获取翻身次数以及间隔得到睡眠质量。
本发明具体实施方式提供的技术方案检测床垫的压力位置、压力值以及时间,依据压力位置、压力值以及时间获取用户的翻身状态,依据该翻身状态获取翻身次数以及间隔得到睡眠质量,所以其具有依据人数实现空调温度自动调整的优点。

计算单元203,用于依据该翻身状态获取翻身次数以及间隔得到睡眠质量。

- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:将睡眠质量上报。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:对每天的睡眠质量进行分析处理。
- 一种物联网床垫的睡眠监测系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:检测单元,用于检测床垫的压力位置、压力值以及时间;获取单元,用于依据压力位置、压力值以及时间获取用户的翻身状态;计算单元,用于依据该翻身状态获取翻身次数以及间隔得到睡眠质量。
- 根据权利要求4所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:发送单元,用于将睡眠质量上报。
- 根据权利要求4所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:分析单元,用于对每天的睡眠质量进行分析处理。
