Abstract
L'invention concerne une machine de coupe de masque facial ayant un dispositif d'aspiration de chutes. Un support supérieur (1) et un support inférieur (2) de la machine de coupe sont reliés au moyen d'un pôle de liaison (3). Un appareil de coupe (4) est disposé sous le support supérieur (1). Un servomoteur (5) est disposé sur un côté de l'appareil de coupe (4). Une roue synchrone (6) sous le servomoteur (5) est reliée à l'appareil de coupe (4) au moyen d'une courroie synchrone (7). L'appareil de coupe (4) est relié à une matrice de coupe (9) au moyen d'un dispositif de maintien de matrice de coupe. Une enveloppe collectrice de chutes (8) est emmanchée sur l'extérieur du dispositif de maintien de matrice de coupe. Une sortie d'évacuation (11) est disposée sur un côté de l'enveloppe collectrice de chutes (8). Une buse d'aspiration (15) est disposée sur un côté de la sortie d'évacuation (11). La buse d'aspiration (15) est reliée à un tube souple (16). L'autre extrémité du tube souple (16) est reliée à un ventilateur. La buse d'aspiration (15) est fixée à un dispositif de guidage de mouvement linéaire (18) au moyen d'un support de buse d'aspiration (17). Un cylindre de commande de buse d'aspiration (19) est disposé sous le dispositif de guidage de mouvement linéaire (18). Le dispositif de guidage de mouvement linéaire (18) est installé de manière sûre sur le support inférieur (2) au moyen d'un support de dispositif (13). La machine de coupe de masque facial peut être installée en tant que modification d'un appareil d'origine, ce qui permet de réduire les coûts de modernisation pour des clients existants. De plus, la buse d'aspiration (15) et la sortie d'évacuation (11) ont une précision de positionnement et une flexibilité élevées. L'invention est appropriée pour la production de différents masques faciaux.
