Selon la présente invention, un appareil de mesure du strabisme automatique comprend : un cadre ayant un espace à l'intérieur de celui-ci, et comprenant un trou oculaire sur le côté qui entre en contact avec les deux yeux et un trou d'observation de l'autre côté; des lunettes spectrales disposées dans l'espace intérieur du cadre, agencées de façon à correspondre aux parties avant des deux yeux, et de manière à être inclinées; des caméras de reconnaissance respectivement disposées sur les côtés supérieurs des lunettes spectrales de façon à photographier respectivement les deux yeux à travers les lunettes spectrales; un dispositif de commande de protection est disposé dans le trou d'observation de façon à protéger sélectivement le trou d'observation; et une unité d'analyse de déplacement reliée aux caméras de reconnaissance, et analysant respectivement le déplacement, généré par le dispositif de commande de protection des deux globes oculaires.
