- FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing an issue management apparatus of the present invention.
- the issue management apparatus 100 illustrated in FIG. 1 may include a processing unit 110, a display unit 130, an input unit 150, and a communication unit 170.
- the issue described herein may be defined as a unit of work to be handled by a user such as an individual or an organization.
- Work processing can mean a continuation of issue handling. Handling a set of issues well within a set deadline can be critical to the performance of both individuals and companies.
- Issues can be divided into individual issues that can be handled by users alone, and collaborative issues that multiple users must handle together.
- the personal issue may be an issue that can be done alone, such as a walk.
- Collaborative issues can't be done alone, such as building construction, and can be issues that multiple users have to work with in concert.
- Issues can be created and have a life cycle that ends and grows, corresponding to pruning from which a plurality of sub-issues extend from a top-level issue.
- An issue may have a deadline corresponding to its lifetime.
- the deadline may be postponed or canceled.
- the processor 110 may obtain an issue through the input unit 150 or the communication unit 170, and generate a management page of the issue item 290 indicating the issue.
- the processor 110 In order to manage an issue corresponding to an abstract concept, the processor 110 needs to acquire an issue.
- the issue may be input through an input unit 150 such as a keyboard, a keypad, a touch pad, or a mouse provided in the issue management device.
- an input unit 150 such as a keyboard, a keypad, a touch pad, or a mouse provided in the issue management device.
- the processor 110 may acquire the issue through the communication unit 170 in addition to the input unit 150.
- the communication unit 170 of the issue management apparatus may receive the collaboration issue and transmit it to the processing unit 110.
- the processor 110 may generate an issue item 290 corresponding to the received collaboration issue. In this case, since the user A is provided with the issue item 290 even though the user does not input the issue through the input unit 150, the user A does not have to make any effort to input the issue.
- the user may distinguish a plurality of issues. I can manage it casually.
- the communication unit 170 may be configured to communicate with the external terminal 10 through a wired communication network or a wireless communication network.
- management page generated by the processing unit 110 is displayed through the display unit 130, the user can easily identify various issues through the management page and manage themselves.
- the processor 110 may generate the first issue item 290 by the first request signal input through the input unit 150.
- the processor 110 may generate the second issue item 290 by the second request signal received by the communicator 170.
- the first issue item 290 may correspond to an issue item 290 that a user directly creates, and the second issue item 290 may correspond to an issue item 290 created by another user. Therefore, the issue item 290 included in the management page may be generated by another user who has the external terminal 10 communicating with the communication unit 170. Therefore, an effort of a user using the issue management apparatus to input an issue through the input unit 150 may be reduced.
- the processor 110 divides the first issue item 290 and the second issue item 290 into a display unit so that a user can manage the first issue item 290 and the second issue item 290 separately. 130).
- issue items 290 representing issues obtained through the input unit 150 and the communication unit 170.
- the plurality of issue items 290 are all displayed on one management page, the user may feel difficulty managing.
- the processor 110 may generate a plurality of management pages.
- FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a first management page 210 generated by the processor 110
- FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a second management page 220 generated by the processor 110.
- the processor 110 may generate the first management page 210 and the second management page 220.
- the first management page 210 may include an entire issue menu 211 and an unprocessed issue menu 213.
- the total issue menu 211 may indicate the total number of issues obtained through the input unit 150 or the communication unit 170.
