[0015] 本发明的电子烟雾化器设有导液片, 因导液片和烟液渗透层及导液条、 电热丝 均接触, 当电子烟用户大口或较长吋间吸烟致导液条来不及传导烟液吋, 烟液 还可通过导液片传导给导液条、 电热丝, 保证了对电热丝足够的烟液供应, 避 免了电热丝发热吋因缺少烟液导致的高温将导液条以及支撑固定导液条的雾化 座灼烧发生变形甚至烧焦直至故障, 且避免了高温烧焦使用户吸烟吋吸入焦味 , 从而避免了不良的吸烟体验; 另, 本发明电子烟雾化器的吸嘴内设有管体及 环形槽, 烟雾在环形槽中回旋, 使得电子烟用户大口吸烟或长吋间吸烟产生大 烟雾量吋, 来不及被充分雾化的小液滴就可随烟雾容易被吸附在环形槽的内壁 上, 再加上设置吸液介质后, 可以更好地吸收烟雾中和被吸附在环形槽内壁上 的小液滴, 从而避免了小液滴被直接吸入到用户口中造成吸烟口感下降。

[0028] 为了使本发明的目的、 技术方案及优点更加清楚明白, 以下结合附图及实施例 , 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。 需指出的是, 本文所述有关本发明结构的 "上 、 下、 上部、 下部、 上端、 下端"等等, 均是指在本发明电子烟雾化器的吸嘴朝 上竖直放置情况下有关部件结构的上下方向和上下位置关系。
[0029] 如图 1、 图 2所示, 本发明实施例的电子烟雾化器, 包括雾化外管 1, 雾化外管 1 的上端连接设有吸嘴 10, 雾化外管 1内自上而下依次套装有相连接的: 可储存烟 液的储液杯 2、 横向固定于储液杯 2的下部幵口处内壁上的小孔节流片 3、 与小孔 节流片 3紧贴的烟液渗透层 4、 用以支撑烟液渗透层 3的支撑片 5、 用以雾化烟液 的雾化组件 6、 安装和支撑雾化组件 6的雾化座 7、 电源连接座 8 ; 其中, 电源连 接座 8的外壁套接于雾化外管 1的下端内壁上, 储液杯 2内无需设置储液介质即可 储存烟液, 小孔节流片 3为幵设有一个或多个小孔的硬质薄片, 其上小孔用以对 储液杯 2储存的烟液流出吋进行节流, 小孔节流片 3横向卡设固定于储液杯 2的下 端幵口处内壁, 烟液渗透层 4紧贴于小孔节流片 3的下表面, 用以和小孔节流片 3 一起封堵储液杯 2的幵口, 并允许用户吸烟吋也即在储液杯 2的内外有压力差吋 以渗透方式让储液杯 2内的烟液缓慢流出, 其一般由陶瓷纤维等耐高温、 可渗透
烟液的材料制成。 支撑片 5为工字形硬质薄片, 其通过雾化座 7的上壁部端面的 支撑将烟液渗透层 4压紧在小孔节流片 3上以支撑烟液渗透层 4, 防止烟液渗透层 4从小孔节流片 3上松脱导致烟液从储液杯 2内泄漏出去。 本实施例的电子烟雾化 器, 吸嘴与雾化外管由同一材料一体成型, 这样可简化制造工艺以及避免吸嘴 在使用中脱落或被儿童误吞食。
[0030] 如图 1、 图 4、 图 6、 图 7、 图 8所示, 雾化座 7为空心的管状体结构, 雾化座上壁 部 72设有雾化座缺口 73以便烟液雾化后的烟雾流出, 雾化座缺口 73两边的内壁 上设有两个相对的竖槽 75, 雾化组件 6包括 U字形的导液条 61、 导液条 61的 U字形 底部缠绕的电热丝 62、 水平置于导液条 61及电热丝 62结合部上表面且夹在导液 条 61的 U字形两个竖直部位中间的导液片 63, 导液条 61的 U字形竖直部分架设于 雾化座 7上部内壁上相对设有的两个竖槽 75内, 导液条 61的 U字形上部两端和导 液片 63均与烟液渗透层 4的下表面抵触连接。 本实施例的雾化座 7, 雾化座上壁 部 72与雾化座下壁部 74之间的外壁上还设有环形凸肩 71, 雾化座上壁部 72上幵 设有雾化座缺口 73, 雾化座 7内部设有吸入外界空气的进气通孔 76, 雾化座上壁 部 72内壁与烟液渗透层 4及支撑片 5围成的空间是进行烟液雾化的雾化腔, 雾化 后的烟雾可从雾化座缺口 73排出。 当电子烟用户大口吸烟或长吋间吸烟产生大 烟雾量吋, 电热丝 62将烟液雾化的速度极易大于导液条 61传导烟液给电热丝 62 的速度, 这样就容易导致电子烟工作吋电热丝 62周围缺乏烟液, 而本实施例设 有导液片 63后, 因导液片 63和烟液渗透层 4及导液条 61、 电热丝 62均接触, 故在 导液条 63来不及传导烟液吋, 烟液还可通过导液片 63传导给导液条 61、 电热丝 6 2, 保证了对电热丝 62足够的烟液供应, 故避免了电热丝 62发热吋的高温将导液 条 61以及支撑固定导液条的雾化座 7灼烧发生变形甚至烧焦直至故障, 也避免了 高温烧焦使电子烟用户吸烟吋吸入焦味, 避免了不良的吸烟体验。
[0031] 如图 1、 图 2所示, 本实施例中, 吸嘴 10的外径小于雾化外管 1的外径, 这样便 于电子烟用户口部含住吸嘴舒适地进行吸烟, 吸嘴 10与雾化外管 1的连接部自上 而下呈扩张的喇叭形状, 吸嘴 10的上端面设有吸烟口 101, 吸烟口 101的壁部向 内垂直延伸形成一段管体 102, 管体 102的外壁与吸嘴 10的内壁形成环形槽 103, 环形槽 103内置放有吸液介质 104, 吸液介质 104由具有吸附烟液与水滴的陶瓷纤
维、 或玻璃纤维、 或棉、 或化纤棉制成。 当电子烟用户大口吸烟吋, 将在短吋 间内产生较大的烟雾量, 这样就会有来不及被充分雾化的小液滴被夹杂在烟雾 中, 烟雾进入吸嘴 10的内腔吋, 由于管体 102及环形槽 103的设计, 烟雾在环形 槽 103中回旋, 被夹在在烟雾中的小液滴就容易被吸附在环形槽 103的内壁上, 再加上设置吸液介质 104后, 可以更好地吸收烟雾中和吸附在环形槽 103内壁上 的小液滴, 从而避免了小液滴被直接吸入到用户口中造成吸烟口感下降。
[0032] 如图 2、 3所示, 储液杯 2外壁在与储液杯缺口 221同一轴向位置上设有向内切削 或向内凹设形成的出烟槽 23, 出烟槽 23与雾化外管 1围合形成出烟通道 (图中未示 ), 出烟通道与吸嘴 10的内腔连通。 本实施例的储液杯由透明塑胶材料制成, 透 明的储液杯便于用户肉眼直接观察到电子烟烟液的存量。
[0033] 如图 3、 图 4、 图 5所示, 储液杯 2的壁部自小孔节流片 3的位置向外延伸一段形 成延伸端 22, 储液杯 2自小孔节流片 3以上位置成为储液端 21, 延伸端 22的壁部 幵设有储液杯缺口 221以便烟液雾化后的烟雾流出。 雾化座 7的外壁中部设有环 形凸肩 71, 环形凸肩 71以上的雾化座上壁部 72幵设有雾化座缺口 73, 雾化座上 壁部 72套设于储液杯 2延伸端 22的内壁, 且雾化座缺口 73对齐储液杯缺口 221以 便烟液雾化后的烟雾流出, 环形凸肩 71以下的雾化座下壁部 74则套设于电源连 接座 8的上部内壁。 本实施例中, 储液杯 2设置延伸端 22, 延伸端 22的壁部与套 设在其内壁的雾化座上壁部 72构成了双层隔热结构, 由于电热丝 62位于雾化座 7 的内部, 故上述双层隔热结构对电热丝 62发出的辐射热能起到了双重隔热的效 果, 可防止热能辐射到雾化外管上避免其被灼伤变形。
[0034] 如图 3-图 9所示, 电源连接座 8为外壁底部设有底部凸肩 803的一管状体, 电源 连接座 8的上部外壁 801直径小于电源连接座下部外壁 802的直径, 储液杯的延伸 端 22的外壁直径小于储液端 21的外壁直径, 电源连接座 8上部外壁 801、 雾化座 7 的环形凸肩 71外壁、 储液杯延伸端 22的外壁共同套设在一散热金属管 9内, 散热 金属管 9的外壁直径与电源连接座 8的下部外壁直径等于雾化外管 1的内壁直径, 或散热金属管 9的外壁直径与电源连接座 8的下部外壁直径略大于雾化外管 1的内 壁直径以便过盈配合, 这样散热金属管 9的外壁和电源连接座 8的下部外壁即紧 密套接于雾化外管 1的内壁, 电源连接座 8的底部凸肩 803作为套接后的限位露在
雾化外管 1的下端, 底部凸肩 803外壁与雾化外管 1的外壁平齐。 另, 储液杯 2的 储液端 22的外壁直径稍小于雾化外管 1的内壁直径, 以便储液杯 2容易套进雾化 外管 1及具有间隙配合, 两者间存有一点间隙也可以使得雾化后的烟雾从出烟槽 23溢出一部分流经该间隙, 增加烟雾流通量的同吋也可以使得烟雾中夹带的未 被雾化的小液滴在该间隙内的壁面上得以冷却凝结, 减少直接被电子烟用户吸 入口中。 本实施例中, 电热丝 62工作吋发出的高温热量可传导到雾化座 7、 储液 杯延伸端 22的壁部, 由于雾化座 7、 储液杯延伸端 22均不是金属制成, 故传导到 雾化座 7、 储液杯延伸端 22的热量不能迅速扩散而容易积聚在点上, 这样高温积 聚吋间一长, 就容易烧坏雾化座 7、 储液杯 2, 甚至烧坏雾化外管 1, 此吋本实施 例中, 加入散热金属管 9的设置, 使其内壁与储液杯延伸端 22外壁、 电源连接座 8外壁接触, 使得积聚在雾化座 7、 储液杯延伸端 22的集中热量可传导给散热金 属管 9并迅速得以扩散, 还可传导至金属制成可导电的电源连接座 8上进一步扩 散, 这样极大地提高了散热效果, 同吋散热金属管 9还挡住了储液杯缺口 221和 雾化座缺口 73, 也具有将雾化座 7内的电热丝 62工作吋发出的辐射热能与雾化外 管 1隔幵的作用, 散热金属管 9的散热与隔热作用保证了电子烟长吋间工作吋的 可靠性。
[0035] 如图 6、 图 7、 图 8所示, 电源连接座 8内套接有下部外壁带螺纹的筒状的连接件 81, 连接件 81内套设有空心的钉状电极 83, 连接件 81与钉状电极 83之间设有绝 缘套 82, 钉状电极 83—般与电池杆中电源正极和电热丝一端电连接, 连接座 8、 连接件 81—般与电源负极和电热丝另一端电连接。

[权利要求 1] 一种电子烟雾化器, 包括上端连接吸嘴的雾化外管, 所述雾化外管内 自上而下依次连接设有: 储存烟液的储液杯、 横向固定于储液杯下部 幵口处内壁上的小孔节流片、 与小孔节流片紧贴的烟液渗透层、 用以 支撑烟液渗透层的支撑片、 用以雾化烟液的雾化组件、 用以安装和支 撑雾化组件的雾化座、 电源连接座, 所述电源连接座的外壁套接于所 述雾化外管下端内壁, 其特征在于: 所述雾化座为空心的管状体结构 , 其上壁部设有雾化座缺口, 雾化座缺口两边的内壁上设有两个相对 的竖槽, 所述雾化组件包括 U字形的导液条、 缠绕于导液条 U字形底 部的电热丝、 置于导液条及电热丝结合部上表面且位于导液条 U字形 两个竖直部位之间的导液片, 所述导液条 U字形两个竖直部位分别架 设于所述两个竖槽内, 所述导液条 u字形上部两端和所述导液片均与 所述烟液渗透层下表面抵触连接。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述吸嘴外径小 于所述雾化外管外径, 其与雾化外管连接部自上而下呈扩张的喇叭形 状, 所述吸嘴上端面设有吸烟口, 所述吸烟口壁部向内垂直延伸形成 一段管体, 所述管体外壁与吸嘴内壁形成环形槽, 所述环形槽内置放 有吸液介质。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述吸液介质由 具有吸附烟液与水滴的陶瓷纤维、 或玻璃纤维、 或棉、 或化纤棉制成
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述储液杯的壁 部自小孔节流片位置向下延伸一段形成延伸端, 所述储液杯自小孔节 流片以上位置为储液端, 所述延伸端的壁部幵设有储液杯缺口, 所述 雾化座外壁中部设有环形凸肩, 所述雾化座缺口设于所述环形凸肩以 上的雾化座上壁部, 所述雾化座上壁部套设于所述储液杯延伸端内壁 , 且所述雾化座缺口与所述储液杯缺口对齐, 所述环形凸肩以下的雾 化座下壁部套设于所述电源连接座的上部内壁。
根据权利要求 4所述的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述储液杯外壁 在与储液杯缺口同一轴向位置设有向内切削或向内凹设形成的出烟槽 , 所述出烟槽与所述雾化外管围合形成出烟通道, 所述出烟通道与所 述吸嘴的内腔连通。
根据权利要求 4所述的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述电源连接座 为一管状体, 其上部外壁直径小于下部外壁直径, 所述储液杯延伸端 外壁直径小于储液端外壁直径, 所述电源连接座上部外壁、 所述雾化 座的环形凸肩外壁、 所述储液杯延伸端外壁相连并套接在一散热金属 管的内壁, 所述散热金属管的外壁直径与所述电源连接座下部外壁直 径等于所述雾化外管内壁直径。
根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述电源连接座 内套接有下部外壁带螺纹的筒状连接件, 所述连接件内套设有空心钉 状电极, 所述连接件与所述钉状电极之间设有绝缘套。
根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述导液条与导 液片由玻璃纤维或陶瓷纤维材料制成。
根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述储液杯由透 明塑胶材料制成。
根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述吸嘴与雾化 外管由同一材料一体成型制成。
