一种超薄头发发片 技术领域
本发明涉及美发装饰领域，具体涉及一种超薄头发发片。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高，对发型的越来越讲究，在短发与长发之间选择，往往使很多女生难以抉择，发丝的出现能够解决了这一难题，目前共三种方式：发片以及接发，然而受于技术的限制，发廊接发：时间长，成本高，不方便取戴；发片方便使用，但是目前的发片在生产过程中为了发丝更加稳固目前的做法是排发边缝纫时人发丝折叠两次，从而形成较薄的排发边效果，但是这种做法工序过于繁琐，而且容易出现脱发的情况，因此对于发片结构有必要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种超薄头发发片，包括：发片排边以及蕾丝花边，在所述蕾丝花边和发片排边之间设置有胶接层，所述发片排边与胶接层粘接并通过高温热压定型固定，所述发片排边与胶接层之间设置有发丝。
进一步的，所述胶接层为PU胶层。
进一步的，所述发片排边上等距连接有发夹。
进一步的，所述发夹上设置有向下的定位部。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明结构新颖，做工精致，工艺考究，材质轻且结实耐用，不同于传统排发边缝纫时发丝折叠两次，本发明采用热压一次成型方 式从而形成较薄的排发边效果，相对于传统的缝合方式产品的牢固性和整体美观性更好，另外可以形成流水的作业方式，使得生产效率更高，且发丝的稳固性更好，降低脱发的发生。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
图1至图2示意性地显示了根据本发明的一种超薄头发发片。
本实施例提供的一种超薄头发发片，请参阅图1至图2，包括：发片排边001以及蕾丝花边004，在所述蕾丝花边和发片排边001之间设置有胶接层003，所述胶接层003为PU胶层，所述发片排边001与胶接层粘接并通过高温热压定型固定，所述发片排边001与胶接层003之间设置有发丝002；为了增加发片的佩戴舒适度以及增加发丝002的整齐度，在所述发片排边001上等距连接有发夹005，所述发夹005上设置有向下的定位部006。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明结构新颖，做工精致，工艺考究，材质轻且结实耐用，不同于传统排发边缝纫时发丝折叠两次，本发明采用热压一次成型方式从而形成较薄的排发边效果，相对于传统的缝合方式产品的牢固性和整体美观性更好，另外可以形成流水的作业方式，使得生产效率更高，且发丝的稳固性更好，降低脱发的发生。

  1. 一种超薄头发发片，包括：发片排边以及蕾丝花边，在所述蕾丝花边和发片排边之间设置有胶接层，所述发片排边与胶接层粘接并通过高温热压定型固定，所述发片排边与胶接层之间设置有发丝。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的超薄头发发片，其特征在于，所述胶接层为PU胶层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的超薄头发发片，其特征在于，所述发片排边上等距连接有发夹。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的超薄头发发片，其特征在于，所述发夹上设置有向下的定位部。
