Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif (10) de fixation et, de préférence, d'étanchéité d'un endoscope (22), en particulier destiné à une utilisation en tant que rectoscope dans la zone du canal anal (40) et/ou du rectum (41), comprenant un corps tubulaire (11) insérable, au moins partiellement, dans le canal anal (40 ) et/ou dans le rectum (41), pourvu d'une ouverture distale (12), à l'extrémité distale (13) du corps (11) et d'une ouverture proximale (30), dans la zone de l'extrémité proximale (15) du corps (11), ledit corps (11) comportant au moins un dispositif à ballonnet (16) gonflable par un fluide, d'une part, pour fixer par liaison de force le corps (11) par rapport à la paroi intestinale dans la zone du canal anal (40) et/ou du rectum (41) et, d'autre part, pour fixer par liaison de force un endoscope guidé par rapport au corps (11) à travers le corps tubulaire (11). L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fixation et, de préférence, d'étanchéité d'un endoscope (22) dans la zone du canal anal (40) et/ou du rectum (41) d'un patient au moyen d'un tel dispositif (10).
