Definitions
- the present invention relates to a set of needles for supplying a chemical solution, and after the cry needle and the needle are inserted together, the medicine solution can be injected into a blood vessel only by drawing out the inner needle, and the needle set for supplying the chemical liquid which can control the inserted length of the needle will be.
- Ringer's injections for nutrition within the treatment or recovery period.
- Ringer's needles should be infiltrated with venous blood vessels for a long time until all of the drug solution or sap contained in Ringer's bottle is administered.
- a single injection of Ringer's needle may be replaced with only Ringer's disease, in which the drug is administered for 5 to 7 days.
- Ringer's injection is characterized by long invasion, the needle must be fixed in the vein, and the patient's behavior must be possible. Accordingly, unlike a general one-time invasive scanning method, a resin needle is inserted into a blood vessel in a state in which a metal needle is advanced, a metal needle is taken out, and a flexible resin tube is connected to a ringer. That is, the metal needle is invaded in the blood vessel and then removed to guide the resin tube. As a result, only the flexible resin tube of the flexible material is inserted into the blood vessel to supply the ringer, thereby allowing the patient to be somewhat moved in the injected region.
- Korean Patent No. 10-0780407 discloses an infusion supply device having a reversible disposable vascular resin needle and an eyedropper.
- Figure 1 shows the sap supply apparatus according to the prior patent.
- the fluid supply apparatus according to the prior patent the fluid supply line (2) for blood and fluid injection is connected to the container (1) in which the fluid or blood is embedded in the middle of the fluid supply line (2)
- Sap control device (3) is installed to adjust the amount of fluid supply
- the fluid supply device 100 is provided including a reversible disposable vascular resin needle (10) for injecting blood or fluid into the blood vessel at the tip of the fluid supply line (2)
- the reversible disposable vascular resin needle 10 has a hollow cylindrical cylinder 20 and an inner cylinder piston 30 inserted into the outer cylinder 20 to be infused with a fluid supply line. It comprises a fluid supply line 2 to form a structure receiving the blood, the convex portion 50 is provided with a dropper function in the fluid supply line.
- a needle for supplying a chemical solution such as Ringer is provided in a structure in which an internal needle is inserted into an external cry.
- the outer cylinder 20 will be a cry
- the inner cylinder piston 30 will be a needle.
- the conventional needle including the prior patent is injected together with the cry and the inner needle, and after removing the inner needle, a process of connecting the outer ring with the ringer tube is required. That is, when injecting the fluid supply needle to the actual patient in the prior patent of Figure 1, after separating the inner cylinder piston 30 from the outer cylinder 20, the outer cylinder 20 is connected to the fluid supply connecting portion (4) The process of doing so is essential.
- the replacement process is performed with the inserted cry not fixed. That is, the doctor or nurse invades the blood vessel together with the invasion, and then removes the invasion. At this time, the ringer tube is connected with the insulation while the insistence is fixed by pressing only one hand.
- the above injection process can cause considerable pain for the patient. After the internal needle is removed, if the external body moves in the process of fastening the ringer and the ringer tube, even if the flexible resin tube is called, the needle will be shaken in the blood vessel, causing considerable pain to the patient.
- the outer ring is necessarily formed with a fastening structure having a predetermined diameter or having a protruding structure to be connected to the ringer tube. That is, as the cry cannot be composed of only one-piece thin needle and must have a fastening structure having a predetermined volume or a predetermined volume, in order to finally fix the cry connected to the ringer tube with the skin of the body, the practitioner must You need to tap several times.
- the large and protruding tapered fixing part is cumbersome, there is no appearance in appearance, and there is inconvenience in that the call is caught by an external object.
- the needle needle 21 of the prior patent has a structure that can not control the inserted length in the blood vessel.
- the conventional needle 21 has a structure in which the internal needle 20 is completely inserted inside. That is, in order to guide the flexible cry needle 21 into the blood vessel, the sharp metal needle 32 is penetrated perpendicularly to the inside of the needle needle 21 so as to be exposed to the outside of the end of the needle needle 21.
- the length of (21) is inevitably limited. Therefore, even after the invasion of the cry and the inner needle, the insertion length of the cry needle was impossible to adjust even if the metal inner needle was removed, thereby limiting the position of the chemical liquid supply.
- the needle for supplying a conventional ringer, sap, chemical solution, etc. for a long time was necessarily accompanied by the replacement of the needle after invasion. Accordingly, the present inventors have devised a medicine supply needle that can deliver a chemical solution without a separate ringer needle and a fastening process when the internal needle is inserted into the blood vessel and the internal needle is removed.
- the present invention is to provide a needle set for supplying a drug solution that can deliver the drug solution without the separate ringer needle and the fastening process when the needle is removed after the inner needle and the inner needle is inserted into the blood vessel.

- the tube body portion 601 may be provided with a chemical liquid control device (3) for controlling the rate at which the chemical liquid flows in.
- Tube tip 603 may be understood as a Ringer needle that invades into a blood vessel.
- the tube tip 603 is inserted into a blood vessel, but there is no limitation in length due to the characteristics of the present invention, and instead of the expression of needles or needles to emphasize a feature integrated with the tube to which the chemical is supplied, the tube tip 603 is named. It became.
- the tube tip 603 may be made of an elastic material.
- the tube front end portion 603 may be provided in a form that can be separated from the tube body portion 601.
- the tube body 601 may be reused.
- separation or coupling of the tube tip 603 is performed before the procedure of the cry 60, and the tube tip 603 is coupled to the tube body 601 while the tube tip 603 is inserted into the blood vessel. Note that they are not separate.
- An invasion hole 6031 is formed at the side of the tube tip 603 to eject the chemical liquid into the invasion hole 6031 or the terminal 6033.
- the tube tip 603 is a structure in which the inner needle 70 can be inserted from the side rather than the inner needle 70 in the longitudinal direction. That is, the conventional cry 60 has a structure in which the internal needle is inserted in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the conventional needle structure is impossible to be injected in the state connected to the medicine liquid supply bottle 1 when stuck in the blood vessel.
- the inner tip 70 is inserted and guided from the outside of the tube tip 603 so that the tube tip 603 can be scanned in a state connected to the tube body 601 in the longitudinal direction. For this reason, after the cry 60 according to the present embodiment is inserted together with the internal needle 70, only the internal needle 70 of the side is removed, and a connection with a separate ringer needle is not required. Supply is possible.
- the position of the invasion hole 6031 in which the inner needle 70 is inserted in the tube tip 603 is very important.

- the invasion hole 6031 is formed within 0.3 cm from the distal end 6033, the region of the tube tip 603 guided by the inner needle 70 is too small, making the procedure difficult.
- the invasion hole 6031 is formed at a distance exceeding 2.5cm from the distal end 6033, the invasion hole 6031 is not inserted into the blood vessel so that the invasion hole 6031 may be exposed to the outside and leak the chemical solution to prevent it. Pushing 70) deep into the vessel may damage the vessel.
- the invasion hole 6031 is preferably formed at a position spaced 0.5 cm to 2.5 cm from the end (6033).
- the inner needle 70 smoothly guides the tube tip 603 to invade into the blood vessel, and has an additional advantage of smooth supply of the chemical solution.
- the invasion hole 6031 formed in the range of 0.5 cm to 2.5 cm from the end 6033 is inserted into the blood vessel and is not exposed to the outside. Therefore, the discharge port through which the chemical liquid can flow out into the blood vessel has two positions, the terminal 6033 and the invasion hole 6031.
- the outlet 6033 is one end of the ringer needle
- the chemical liquid can be more smoothly discharged because the outlet where the chemical liquid is discharged is two groups to the terminal 6033 and the invasion hole 6031.
- the invasion hole 6031 may be formed in the shape of a nail which is cut in a curve in which one side is cut perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the tube tip portion 603 and the other side is bent in the longitudinal direction of the tube tip portion 603.
- the bent direction of the invasion hole 6031 may be in the direction of the distal end 6033, or may be in the direction of the tube body 601.
- the curved direction of the invasion hole 6031 corresponds to the shape of the support bracket 7031 which will be described later.
- the length of the vertically cut end and the other end of the curved curve may be 0.2 mm to 5 mm depending on the thickness of the inner needle.
- the width of the invasion hole 6031 may be 0.2mm to 5mm depending on the thickness of the inner needle.
- the outer needle 60 may be formed integrally with the tube body portion 601 and the tube tip portion 603, and the length of the tube tip portion 603 inserted into the blood vessel by the guide of the inner needle 70 may be adjusted.
- the tube body portion 601 and the tube tip portion 603 is expressed in one piece, the ringer string and ringer needle for supplying a chemical solution is provided as a separate configuration without the need for fastening work is provided as a set To illustrate that it can be.
- the tube tip 603 according to the present embodiment is provided with the tube body 601 connected in the longitudinal direction, and the length of the tube tip 603 is the length of the inner needle 70 because the inner needle 70 is inserted into the side. Note that you are not bound to.
- the tube tip 603 may be invaded into the blood vessel by the guide of the inner needle 70, and the entirety of the tube tip 603 may be inserted into the blood vessel by drawing out the inner needle 70.
- the tube tip portion 603 can adjust the degree of insertion of the tube tip portion 603 as long as the invasion hole 6031 is not exposed. This is because the tube tip 603 and the inner needle 70 are coupled so that no structural features other than the invasion hole 6031 are required. That is, the tube tip 603 can be inserted into the blood vessel as a whole because the tube tip 603 can be guided by the internal needle 70 only by forming the invasion hole 6031 without any fastening structure.
- the tube tip portion 603 may have a display line 6032 to 1.5 cm above the invasion hole 6031 in the distal direction to confirm whether the invasion hole 6031 is inserted into the blood vessel. 7) may be formed. More preferably, the display line 6032 may be displayed in color 1 cm outside the invasion hole 6031.
- the internal needle 70 may be understood as a needle of a rigid material that guides the external needle 60 into a blood vessel.
- the inner needle 70 is injected into the invasion hole 6031 and guided through the tube tip 603 into the blood vessel and then drawn out.
- the internal needle 70 may include a needle 701 and a body 703. Although not shown in the drawing, the internal needle 70 may check that the body 703 is inserted into a blood vessel, and may include a medical cotton with strong hygroscopicity so that blood is not pushed out of the body 703 and connected with a syringe. It may be.
- the needle 701 is made of a metal material, and an end portion thereof is cut diagonally to facilitate skin invasion. The distal portion at which the end of the needle 701 is formed is inserted into the tube tip 603.
- the body 703 may be provided in a cylindrical shape for fixing the needle 701, but is not limited thereto.
- the body 703 will be able to modify the design of the shape to the extent that the medical practitioner is easy to grip and invade.
- a support bracket 7031 may be provided at a fastening part to which the needle 701 is fixed so that the needle 701 may be fixed.
- the supporting bracket 7031 is in the shape of a cylindrical cylinder surrounding the proximal portion of the needle 701, and the end is cut to have a gradient.
- the portion where the needle 701 is connected to the body 703 is represented by the proximal portion
- the portion exposed from the support bracket 7031 is represented by the distal portion.
- the tube tip 603 is provided so as not to have any fastening means with the inner needle 70 in addition to the invasion hole 6031. That is, since the tube tip 603 that requires the guiding is merely a hole, the tube tip 603 from the end 6033 to the invasion hole 6031 is inserted when the needle 701 is inserted into the tube tip 603. A configuration that can pressurize into the vessel is required for the internal needle 70. Accordingly, it is preferable that the support bracket 7031 has a form in which the end portion is cut to be gradient so as to correspond to the shape of the invasion hole 6031.
- the support bracket 7031 may be provided in a tapered shape in which the diameter decreases in the direction in which the needle 701 is fixed, and a thread is formed on an inner surface connected to the body 703 to be detached from the body 703. .
