Abstract
La présente invention concerne un décapant de peinture à base de solvant comprenant les constituants suivants en parties en poids : de 60 à 100 parties d'alcool de benzyle, de 5 à 10 parties d'acide fluorhydrique, de 20 à 60 parties de triéthanolamine, de 30 à 100 parties d'eau et de 5 à 10 parties d'éther de nonylphénol polyoxyéthylène. La présente invention concerne un procédé de décapage de peinture d'une pièce à travailler, comprenant la mise en place d'une pièce à travailler avec la peinture dans une cuve de décapage de peinture, et après que la couche de peinture sur la surface de la pièce à travailler soit cloquée ou ridée, la mise en place de la pièce à travailler dans de l'eau propre pour le lavage ou le rinçage, pour une pièce à travailler présentant un film de peinture plus épais, le film de peinture pouvant être découpé en utilisant un petit couteau avant d'être immergé dans la cuve de décapage de peinture. Le décapant de peinture peut être utilisé pour le traitement de décapage d'une couche de peinture de la surface d'une pièce à travailler métallique.
