Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant de fournir un service de conversation à base de mots clés. Selon la présente invention, le procédé par lequel un dispositif de fourniture de service de conversion à base de mots clés fournit un service de conversation à base de mots clés comprend les étapes suivantes : recevoir un mot-clé provenant d'un utilisateur ; permettre à l'utilisateur de participer à un groupe de conversation correspondant au mot-clé reçu ; et arbitrer des messages de conversation entre l'utilisateur et un autre utilisateur participant au groupe de conversation.
