Definitions
- the invention relates to a rollable ophthalmic device for examination and / or treatment of an eye, which carries a base body, which bears against a patient alignable optical components, at least three rollers for moving the body, wherein the directional choice of moving mind.
- One of the rollers on the body pivotally mounted about a pivot axis, and having a control device that controls these at least one roller in terms of freedom to roll and pivot controls.
- ophthalmic devices are used to examine an eye and may include, but are not limited to, a surgical microscope. Further, ophthalmic devices are also used to treat the eye and may include a laser surgical device. Such ophthalmic devices may be rollable and are often driven to a couch on which a patient is bedded to examine and / or treat the patient. For example, the ophthalmic device is reciprocated between different rooms for use on patients. For this purpose, the ophthalmic device rolls on rollers. It is also known to block these rolls with regard to rolling and / or pivoting, i.d.R. by attaching a corresponding blocking lever to each roller.
- the object of the invention is to provide a rollable ophthalmic device that can be maneuvered in a simple manner.
- the invention is defined in claim 1.
- the dependent claims define preferred developments of the ophthalmic device.
- the control device can be switched by means of the single pedal in various settings, so that the roles are controlled in the most important functions. For example, the control device in a first setting, the rolling of the rollers, so the
- the control device can by means of single pedals are brought into a third setting in which the rolling of the roller braked, in particular blocked, is. This can be done, for example, when the ophthalmic device is used to examine and / or treat an eye of the patient.
- Advantage of the invention is that the control device between these three positions can be controlled by means of a single pedal, which thus serves as a central actuating device. Thus, the handling of the device is simplified.
- the pedal positions are thus assigned to the movement possibilities of the roller (s) as follows: First position rolling and pivoting possible
- the ophthalmic device may, for example, comprise a surgical microscope and / or an OCT for examining the eye. Further, the ophthalmic device may comprise an operative instrument, such as a laser surgical instrument, by means of which a disease or ametropia of an eye may be treated. In addition, on the ophthalmic device, an ultrasound device for
- Treatment and / or examination of an eye may be provided.
- These devices of the ophthalmic device are arranged, for example, on a base body.
- the main body may be formed as a plate or other body, by means of which the facilities for the examination and / or treatment of the eye are supported.
- the control device and / or the pedal can be fastened to the base body.
- Each of the at least three rollers may be formed as a wheel, a ball roller or the like.
- the roller may have two wheels that rotate about a common rolling axis when rolling.
- the roll axis is i. d. R. parallel to the ground and determines the rolling direction.
- the roller and thus also the roll axis is pivotable about a pivot axis. This means that the
- Swivel axis and the roll axis do not coincide but an angle, in particular 90 °, enclose each other.
- the orientation of the rolling direction defined by the rolling axis relative to the base body can be changed, so that it is possible, for example, to steer the ophthalmological device, for example, to drive curves.
- the control device may block the roller against pivoting about the pivot axis in one or more predetermined pivot directions, so that another Pivoting movement about the pivot axis is no longer possible. Furthermore, the
- Control device be configured to block the role of the pivot axis in the current situation, so that it is possible to set each pivot position about the pivot axis and thus roll direction fixed.
- the braking of the movement of the roll about the roll axis in the third position can be designed so that it
- the control device may comprise a mechanical coupling between the pedal and the roller, so that the position of the pedal by means of the mechanical coupling causes the respective settings of the control device.
- the control device may also include a detector for detecting a position of the pedal and a motor, which the
- Control device moves depending on the detected position of the pedal in the corresponding position include.
- the control device can be made in several parts, so that a separate control part is provided for each role and all control parts are adjusted by the single pedal.
- the only pedal by means of which the controller is placed in the various settings, on the one hand simplifies the handling of the device and saves on the other costs and effort to manufacture the ophthalmic device because only one pedal must be installed.
- the single pedal is preferably mounted pivotably about a pedal pivot axis on the base body. It also increases safety, as you do not have to choose between different pedals, if the unwinding is urgently to be blocked.
- control device in the third position of the pedal additionally blocks the pivoting of the roller about the pivot axis and / or the
- Control device in the second position of the pedal releases the rolling of the rollers.
- the fixation of the pivot axis in the third of the control device has the advantage that the ophthalmic device against the ground due to the roll can not be moved because both a rolling and a pivoting of the rollers is blocked. In this way, the ophthalmic device is in a fixed position relative to the patient.
- Releasing movement of the roller about the roller axis in the second position allows the roller to be locked, even when movement of the roller about the pivot axis is blocked the roll axis is still freely movable, so that the ophthalmological device can be moved in a predetermined direction in a particularly simple manner; For example, the roller is blocked around the pivot axis in such a position that the ophthalmic
- the pedal is a foot pedal which is movable between a raised position and a lowered position, wherein optionally the pedal in the raised
- Position moves the control device in the second position and / or wherein the pedal in the lowered position, the control device moves to the third position and / or wherein the pedal is in a middle position, which is located between the raised position and the lowered position, the control device moved to the first position.
- the pedal is optionally pivotable about the pedal pivot axis, the lowered position being the position occupied by the pedal when pressing on the pedal from above, in the case of a foot pedal.
- the lowered position is optionally the position at which a movement of the pedal strikes by a pushing movement; the lowered position is preferably an end position of the pedal travel.
- the raised position of the pedal is in particular the position when the pedal counteracts the pedaling movement from the lowered position to a stop lifts; the raised position is optionally another end position of the pedal travel.
- the middle position is preferably located midway between the raised position and the lowered position and is optionally arranged such that the pedal is in a horizontal position and can be pulled out of this middle position only by force application. Pressing the pedal will do that
- Control means are intuitively operated with a foot pedal by a maximum blockage of the device is achieved by pedaling the foot pedal. Since the braking effect is achieved by stepping on the foot pedal, a person moving the ophthalmic device can intuitively counteract undesired acceleration of the ophthalmic device when the base is tilted. The middle position allows the unrolling of the roll, but not for panning. By tightening the pedal to the raised position, the controller is brought into the second setting to release the controlled rollers also about the pivot axis. For the free maneuverability of the ophthalmological device, three rollers are sufficient, of which the control device activates at least one. The use of three or more rollers makes it possible to support the ophthalmic device alone on the rollers on the ground.

- the wheel 32 rotates while rolling about a roll axis 32 when the ophthalmic device 10 is rolled over the ground. Furthermore, the wheel 32 is pivotable about a pivot axis 38, which means that the roll axis 36 can be rotated about the pivot axis 38. In this way, the orientation of the roller 14 can be changed.
- the blocking device 34 can brake or block the wheel 32 about the roll axis 36 and / or release it around the pivot axis 38 or block it.

In the third setting of the control unit 26 (the pedal 20 is located, for example, in the lowered position), a movement of the wheel 32 about the roll axis 36 is braked, in particular blocked. Optionally, movement of the wheel 32 about the pivot axis 38 may also be blocked. This variant is preferred in terms of safety.
- the control device 26 controls the rollers 14 on the back 24 in the manner described above according to the position of the pedal 20. Further, it is optionally possible that one or both rollers 14 on the front side 22 are also controlled by the control device 26. However, it is also possible that one or both of the rollers 14 of the first front side 22 will only be either fully released (first adjustment) or blocked (third adjustment). For this purpose, the blocking device 34 may be designed to realize only the first and third settings of the control device 26. Moreover, it is also possible that one or both rollers 14 on the front or the back not at all
- Control device 26 is / are controlled and, for example, always unroll, but can not pivot.
- the operation of the ophthalmic device 10, in particular the maneuvering of the ophthalmic device 10, is described below:
- the pedal 20 In order to roll freely the ophthalmic device 10, the pedal 20 is brought into the raised position, so that the control device 26 is in the first setting. All rollers 14 can unroll it freely and pivot about the pivot axis 38. In this case, the ophthalmic device 10 is pushed or pulled on the first side 22.
- the pedal 20 is brought into the upper position (and thus the controller 26 in the second setting), so that a pivoting of the controlled roller (s) 32 is blocked.
- the ophthalmic device 10 When the ophthalmic device 10 has been rolled to a desired position, it is blocked in it by pedaling the pedal 20. The same can be done if the device rolls undesirable.
- the braking of the ophthalmic device 10 is particularly intuitive, since the lowered position of the pedal 20 coincides with a natural braking operation known from the automotive field. In the lowered position of the pedal 20 or in the third setting of the control device 26, the movement of the roller 32 is blocked or braked about the roller axis 36, so that a further movement of the
- ophthalmic device 10 is no longer possible. This is useful, for example, to position the ophthalmic device 10 with respect to a patient.
- the three positions of the pedal with respect to their effect on the setting of the control device may also be assigned differently.
- the assignment is selectable, e.g. by plugging a coding plug on the pedal.
- the stepping of the foot pedal from the middle position may be associated with an increasing expenditure of force, which is connected to the unwinding with increasing braking force.
- the foot pedal then snaps into the lowered position in which the roller (s) is blocked from rolling off.
