- FIG. 10 is a plan view showing a modified example of the joint portion 40. It is a top view showing about the modification (diaper 2) of the diaper 1 of the state expand
- Disposable diapers characterized in that. According to such a disposable diaper, it is possible to easily remove the fastening tape from the side flap when removing the diaper while suppressing the natural release of the fastening tape by being pulled when the diaper is worn. become able to.
- the joint portion in the unfolded state, when the region of the fastening tape that is outside in the width direction with respect to the joint portion is pulled in the direction toward the outside along the width direction, the joint portion is The magnitude of the force when peeled off is the direction of the fastening tape on the inner side in the width direction with respect to the joint portion from the direction toward the outside along the width direction toward the outside along the thickness direction. It is desirable that the maximum value of the force when the joint is peeled off when pulled in an arbitrary direction is larger than the maximum value. According to such a disposable diaper, when removing the worn diaper, the fastening tape can be easily detached from the side flaps regardless of the direction in which the fastening tape is pulled. Therefore, the operation
- the elasticity of the predetermined width region including the joint portion in the width direction of the fastening tape with respect to the width direction is other than the predetermined width region of the fastening tape. It is desirable that it is not more than stretchability in the width direction of the region. According to such a disposable diaper, even if the fastening tape is pulled in the width direction in the operation of attaching and detaching the diaper, the region where the joint is formed does not easily expand and contract, so the joint is deformed. It is difficult to reduce the bonding strength. Therefore, even if it is a case where a wearer moves a body at the time of wearing of a diaper, it can suppress that a junction part peels off naturally.
- the predetermined width region of the fastening tape is non-stretchable in the width direction. According to such a disposable diaper, when performing the operation
- the joint has a plurality of dot joints arranged intermittently along the width direction, and the dot joint is disposed at an innermost position in the width direction. It is desirable that the area of is smaller than the area of the dot-like joints arranged at other positions. According to such a disposable diaper, when performing the operation of pulling the fastening tape in the width direction to peel off the joint portion, the joining force by the dot-like joint portion arranged in the region where the pulling force first acts is different. By making it weaker than the area, the fastening tape can be easily peeled off.
- the joint portion in the unfolded state, when the region of the fastening tape that is outside in the width direction with respect to the joint portion is pulled in the direction toward the outside along the width direction, the joint portion is When the strength of the peeling tape is pulled from one side to the other side along the longitudinal direction of the fastening tape, a region inside the width direction of the fastening portion is pulled from the one side to the other side. It is desirable that it be greater than the minimum value of the magnitude of the force. According to such a disposable diaper, when the diaper is removed, the fastening tape is pulled along the longitudinal direction while suppressing the natural release of the fastening tape by being pulled when the diaper is worn. However, the fastening tape can be easily detached from the side flaps.
- the joint portion has a plurality of dot-like joint portions arranged intermittently along the longitudinal direction, and the dot-like joint is disposed at a position closest to the waistline in the longitudinal direction. It is desirable that the area of the part is smaller than the area of the dot-like joints arranged at other positions. According to such a disposable diaper, when performing an operation of pulling the fastening tape in the longitudinal direction to peel off the joint portion, the joining force by the dot-like joint portion arranged in the region where the pulling force first acts is different. By making it weaker than the area, the fastening tape can be easily peeled off.
- the inner region in the width direction than the joint portion is peeled off.
- the magnitude of the force is the force when the joining portion is peeled off when the region on the inner side in the width direction than the joining portion of the fastening tape is pulled from the crotch side to the waistline side along the longitudinal direction. It is desirable that it is smaller than the size of.
- the joint part peels from the crotch side toward the waistline side, and the diaper comes off naturally. It is difficult to cause problems such as On the other hand, when removing the diaper, the joint can be easily peeled by putting a finger inside the diaper from the waistline side toward the crotch side and pulling the fastening tape.
- the distance from the waistline side end of the side flap to the waistline side end of the fastening tape is, in the width direction, from the inside edge of the fastening tape to the inside edge of the joint portion. It is desirable that it is longer than the distance up to.
- the operator when performing the operation of pulling the fastening tape to peel off the joint portion, the operator can easily grasp the longitudinal waist side end of the side flap with one hand, and the fastening tape with the other hand. It becomes easier to grasp the inner end of the width direction. Thereby, the force which pulls a fastening tape can be made to act on a junction part efficiently.
- Such a disposable diaper includes a target region that engages the fastening tape, and in an unfolded state, a region on the inner side in the width direction with respect to the joint portion of the fastening tape is outward along the width direction.
- the magnitude of the force when the joint is peeled off engages the fastening tape with the target region.
- it is desirable that the magnitude of the force when peeling the fastening tape from the target region is larger.
- the fastening tape and the side flap can be joined to such an extent that they are not easily peeled from each other.
- this disposable diaper it is desirable that an instruction mark for indicating a region on the inner side in the width direction with respect to the joint portion of the fastening tape is provided. According to such a disposable diaper, when removing the diaper 1 currently worn by the wearer, the operator can easily recognize correctly which part of the fastening tape can be pulled to easily peel off the joint.

- the waist dimension of the diaper 1 for a low birth weight infant is 273.5 mm
- the waist dimension of the diaper 1 for an extremely low birth weight infant less than 1500 g is 220 mm.
- ⁇ Removal of diaper 1> When an open-type disposable diaper such as the diaper 1 is worn, a pair of fastening tapes 30 provided at both ends in the width direction of the rear part 7 of the side flap 14 are attached to the front part 3 (abdominal side) of the central belt-like region 12. ) Is generally fixed around the wearer's waist by engaging with the target tape 29 provided on the non-skin side.
- the low weight child which the diaper 1 of this embodiment is intended to wear is generally raised in an incubator in a hospital or the like. Therefore, when detaching a diaper of a low-weight child, an operator (a person who attaches / detaches the diaper to / from a low-weight child) works in a narrow space through his / her hand through a work window provided in the incubator. There is a need. In addition, low-weight infants often maintain a leaning posture in which the back is rounded into a C shape and the legs are bent strongly into an M shape as shown in FIG.
- This posture is close to the posture of the fetus in the mother's body (fetal-like bending posture) and is easy to rest and is also called a “positioning posture”.
- the engaging portion between the target tape and the fastening tape is located under the wearer's (low-weight child) belly as shown in FIG.
- the diaper 1 of this embodiment it is possible to peel off the joint portion 40 that joins the fastening tape 30 and the side flaps 14 in a state where the target tape 29 and the fastening tape 30 are engaged. It has become. Thereby, it becomes possible to remove the diaper 1 without releasing the engagement between the target tape 29 and the fastening tape 30. Therefore, the diaper 1 can be exchanged safely and easily even when the wearer (low weight child) is in a positioning posture in the incubator.
- FIG. 4 is a diagram for explaining the configuration of the fastening tape 30.
- the fastening tape 30 is a substantially rectangular sheet member that is long in the width direction.
- the inner end portion 30ei of the fastening tape 30 has a portion overlapping the skin side in the thickness direction of the side flap 14, and the outer end portion 30eo of the fastening tape 30 protrudes outward from both ends of the side flap 14. It has a part to do.
- the joint portion 40 is formed within a region 304 having a predetermined width W304 in the width direction.
- the joint portion 40 indicated by the hatched portion has a predetermined width W40 narrower than W304 in the width direction (W304> W40), and is formed along the longitudinal direction.
- the joining portion 40 is formed using welding by heat sealing or sonic sealing, adhesion using a hot melt adhesive, or other joining means, and the fastening tape is formed on the non-skin side of the side flap 14. 30 is joined.
- a region on the inner side in the width direction than the region 304 predetermined region including the inner end portion 30ei
- FIG. 5 is a plan view illustrating an example of the joint 40.
- three dot-shaped joints 401 indicated by black circles are intermittently arranged in the region 304 of the fastening tape 30 by four along the width direction and four along the longitudinal direction.
- the joint portion 40 is formed.
- the joint portion 40 As described above, by forming the joint portion 40 with the plurality of dot-like joint portions 401, the joint strength between the fastening tape 30 and the side flap 14 can be changed. For example, it is possible to freely adjust the bonding strength at the bonding portion 40 by changing the size (area) of each dot-shaped bonding portion 401 and the arrangement interval.
- the engaging part 31 is provided in the partial area
- the engaging portion 31 is constituted by, for example, a hook-and-loop fastener having a plurality of locking projections (hooks), and the locking projections are loops of the target tape 29 (nonwoven fabric) provided on the front portion 3. The two are engaged by being hooked on the fiber.
- the fastening tape 30 of the present embodiment is difficult to expand and contract in the width direction at least in the region 304 of FIG.
- the stretchability in the width direction of a predetermined region including the region where the joint portion 40 is formed in the width direction is equal to or less than the stretchability in the width direction of other regions. That is, the elasticity of the area
- the range of the region 304 is not stretchable in the width direction. If the region is non-stretchable, at least a portion adjacent to both ends in the width direction of the joint portion 40 does not stretch in the width direction. Thereby, when performing the operation
- the stretchability in the width direction is preferably increased. That is, in the fastening tape 30, the stretchability of the outer region in the width direction is higher than the stretchability of the region where the joint 40 is formed in the width direction. You may do it. In this way, when the fastening tape 30 is pulled in the width direction when the diaper 1 is worn by a low-weight child, the side flaps 14 are pulled outward in the width direction due to the stretchability of the fastening tape 30 itself. It becomes easy to be done, and it is suppressed that a wrinkle is formed in the trunk periphery opening of the diaper 1, or the side flap 14 bends. Therefore, the fitting property of the diaper 1 can be improved.
- FIG. 6A to 6C are schematic cross-sectional views illustrating a method of removing the diaper 1 by peeling off the joint portion 40.
- FIG. 6A to 6C show a cross-sectional state around the waist of the wearer in a state where the wearer (low-weight infant) who is in a positioning posture as shown in FIG. 3 is wearing the diaper 1.
- the portion where the engaging portion 31 of the fastening tape 30 and the target tape 29 are engaged is located on the lower side of the wearer's belly, and on both sides of the engaged portion. Has both legs of the wearer. In this state, it is difficult to grab the outer end portion 30eo of the fastening tape 30 and pull it laterally to peel it off from the target tape 29.
- the operator grasps the inner end 30ei of the fastening tape 30 as shown in FIG. 6B and pulls it toward the outside in the lateral direction (the direction of the arrow in FIG. 6B). Since the inner end 30ei is arranged on the back side of the wearer (low weight child), it is easy to confirm from the outside even when the wearer is in a positioning posture, and as described above. Since at least a part of the inner end portion 30ei is a dry edge, the operator can easily grasp the inner end portion 30ei. In FIG. 6B, the operator may pull the inner end portion 30ei downward rather than laterally.
- the junction part 40 will peel and the fastening tape 30 will detach
- FIG. 7A and 7B are diagrams for explaining the force acting on the joint 40.
- FIG. 7A and FIG. 7B are diagrams for explaining the force acting on the joint 40.
- the fastening tape 30 and the side flap 14 are curved along the wearer's waist.
- FIG. 7A and FIG. 7B the fastening tape 30 and the side flaps 14 are shown in an unfolded state (planar state) for explanation.
- FIG. 7A is a diagram for explaining the force acting on the joint 40 in a normal wearing state of the diaper 1.
- the outer end 30eo in the width direction of the fastening tape 30 is engaged with the target tape 29 (not shown in FIG. 7A).
- region containing the outer side edge part 30eo) of the width direction rather than the junction part 40 of the fastening tape 30 is pulled outside the width direction of FIG. 7A. In this state, it is engaged with the target tape 29.
- the force along the width direction with respect to the joint portion 40 is caused by the force by which the fastening tape 30 is pulled outward in the width direction and the drag of the side flaps 14 joined to the fastening tape 30 via the joint portion 40. It works. Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the fastening tape 30 itself has elasticity in the width direction, a force that contracts the stretched fastening tape 30 acts on the joint 40. As a result, a force F ⁇ b> 1 in the direction toward the outside along the width direction acts on the joint portion 40. And when the magnitude
- FIG. 7B is a diagram illustrating the force acting on the joint 40 when the diaper 1 is removed.
- the inner region (inner end 30 ei) in the width direction from the joint 40 of the fastening tape 30 is in a predetermined direction in order to peel off the joint 40. Be pulled.
- the “predetermined direction” in which the inner end portion 30ei is pulled is directed toward the outer side in the width direction and the outer side (non-skin side) in the thickness direction with respect to the joint portion 40 as shown in FIG. 7B. Any direction included in the range of the angle ⁇ 30 with respect to the direction.
- the predetermined direction is that the inner end portion 30ei is used when the worker tries to peel the fastening tape 30 from the joint portion 40 in a state where the low-weight child sleeping in the positioning posture is wearing the diaper 1. Is the direction that can be pulled.
- a force F ⁇ b> 2 directed in the “predetermined direction” is acting on the joint 40.
- size of force F2 becomes F2S the junction part 40 will peel and the fastening tape 30 shall detach
- the force F1S when the joining portion 40 is peeled pulls the fastening tape 30 in the predetermined direction described above.
- the joint 40 is formed so as to be smaller than the minimum value of the force F2S when the joint 40 is peeled off. Specifically, the bonding force at the bonding portion 40 is adjusted so that F1S ⁇ 0.086 N / mm and about 0.080 N / mm ⁇ F2S ⁇ 0.014 N / mm.
- size of F2S has a width
- the fastening tape 30 acts when the fastening tape 30 is pulled outward in the width direction along the wearer's waist. If the force F1 (that is, the force acting naturally in the wearing state) is smaller than 0.086 N / mm, the possibility that the fastening tape 30 is peeled off from the side flap 14 is low. On the other hand, when changing the diaper 1, the fastening tape 30 can be peeled off from the side flaps 14 by pulling the inner end 30ei of the fastening tape with a force F2 of at least about 0.014 N / mm. Accordingly, the fastening tape 30 can be easily detached from the side flaps 14 when removing the diaper 1 while suppressing the fastening tape 30 from being naturally removed when the diaper 1 is worn.
- the maximum force F2S at which the joint 40 is peeled off when the region (inner end 30ei) in the width direction of the fastening tape 30 is pulled from the fastening tape 40 is pulled.
- the joining portion 40 is formed so that the force F1S at which the joining portion 40 is peeled off when the region outside the joining portion 40 in the width direction is pulled out of the fastening tape 30 is larger than the value. Therefore, when the diaper 1 is removed, the fastening tape 30 (the inner end portion 30ei) is pulled in any direction within the range represented by the angle ⁇ 30 in FIG. 7B. 14 can be easily removed.
- FIG. 8 is a plan view showing a modified example of the joint portion 40.
- the joint 40 is formed by intermittently arranging three dot-like joints 401 along the width direction and four along the longitudinal direction.
- the area of the dot-like joints 401 a (indicated by white circles in FIG. 8) arranged in the innermost row in the width direction among the plurality of dot-like joints 401 is The area is smaller than the area of the dot-like joints 401b (represented by black circles in FIG. 8) arranged in other rows.
- the bonding force between the fastening tape 30 and the side flap 14 by the dot-shaped bonding portion 401a is weaker than the bonding force by the dot-shaped bonding portion 401b.
- the dots 40 are arranged in the innermost row in the width direction of the joint 40.
- a force F2 acts on the joint portion 401a. Therefore, by first setting the bonding strength by the dot-shaped joint portion 401 formed in the region where the force F2 is applied to be lower than the bonding strength by the dot-shaped joint portion 401 formed in another region, The fastening tape 30 can be more easily peeled off.
- the number of dot-like joints 401 a arranged in the innermost row in the width direction among a plurality of dot-like joints 401 is reduced, or the shape is changed. You may do it. For example, by reducing the number of dot-like joint portions 401a arranged in the longitudinal direction from four in the case of FIG. 8 to three, or by increasing the interval between the dot-like joint portions 401a adjacent in the longitudinal direction. The bonding strength by the dot-shaped bonding portion 401 in the region may be weakened.
- FIG. 9 is a diagram for explaining a force acting on the joint portion 40 when the fastening tape 30 is pulled in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1.
- the inner region (inner end 30 ei) in the width direction than the joint portion 40 of the fastening tape 30 is pulled from one side in the longitudinal direction to the other side (for example, from the waistline side to the crotch side).
- the force F3 along a longitudinal direction acts with respect to the junction part 40.
- FIG. 1 The size of F3S is about 0.4 N / mm ⁇ F3S ⁇ 0.02 N / mm.
- the force F1S when the joining portion 40 is peeled off when the fastening tape 30 is pulled outward in the width direction is greater than the joining portion when the fastening tape 30 is pulled in the longitudinal direction. It becomes larger than force F3S when 40 peels.
- the fastening tape 30 can be easily detached from the side flaps 14 by pulling the fastening tape 30 in the longitudinal direction while suppressing the fastening tape 30 from coming off naturally when the diaper 1 is worn.
- FIG. 10 is a plan view showing a modified example of the joint portion 40.
- the area of the dot-like joint portions 401c (indicated by white circles in FIG. 10) arranged in the column on the most waistline side in the longitudinal direction is The area is smaller than the area of dot-like joints 401d (indicated by black circles in FIG. 10) arranged in other rows.
- the bonding force between the fastening tape 30 and the side flap 14 by the dot-shaped bonding portion 401c is weaker than the bonding force by the dot-shaped bonding portion 401d. Therefore, when the fastening tape 30 is pulled from the waistline side in the longitudinal direction to the crotch side, the fastening tape 30 can be more easily peeled off.
- the force when the joint 40 is peeled off when the fastening tape 30 is pulled from the waistline side toward the crotch side along the longitudinal direction When the fastening tape 30 is pulled along the longitudinal direction from the crotch side toward the waistline side, the force becomes smaller than the force when the joint 40 is peeled off. That is, when the fastening tape 30 is pulled from the waistline side toward the crotch side, the joint portion 40 is easily peeled off, whereas when the fastening tape 30 is pulled from the crotch side toward the waistline side, the joint portion 40 is easily pulled off. Is difficult to peel off.
- the joint 40 is peeled from the crotch side toward the waistline side, and the diaper 1 comes off naturally. This problem is less likely to occur.
- the joining portion 40 can be easily peeled by putting a finger inside the diaper from the waistline side toward the crotch side and pulling the fastening tape 30. Is possible.
- the force F2S and the force F3S when the joining portion 40 is peeled off cause the engaging portion 31 of the fastening tape 30 that is engaged with the target tape 29 to move to the target tape 29 ( It is larger than the force required for peeling from the target area.
- the engaging portion 31 has a structure such as a hook-and-loop fastener, and the engaging force is set so that the engaging portion 31 can be detachably engaged with the target tape 29. This is because, when the diaper 1 is worn, it is required to be detachable repeatedly in order to adjust the fit of the waistline or adjust the wearing position of the diaper 1.
- the F3S is smaller than the F2S. Therefore, when the fastening tape 30 is peeled off from the side flaps 14, it is easier to peel the fastening tape 30 by pulling it along the longitudinal direction than by pulling the inner end portion 30ei of the fastening tape along the width direction.
- an area of the fastening tape 30 that is a dry edge on the inner side in the width direction from the area 304 is pinched with an operator's finger. That is, in FIG. 4, the region represented by the distance h1 from the inner end in the width direction of the fastening tape 30 to the inner end in the width direction of the joint portion 40 (region 304) is grasped by one hand (finger) of the operator.
- the other hand of an operator can grasp side flap 14 or center belt area 12 of diaper 1 firmly. Is desirable.
- the fastening tape 30 is arranged so that the distance h2 is greater than h1 (h2> h1).
- the operator grasps the portion represented by the distance h2 in the side flap 14 (central belt-like region 12) with one hand, and represents the distance h1 in the fastening tape 30 with the other hand.
- the region to be formed (the region including the inner end 30ei) can be pulled.
- the force which pulls the fastening tape 30 becomes easy to act on the junction part 40, and even if it is a narrow space like the inside of an incubator, the fastening tape 30 is not imposed on a wearer's (low weight child) body. Can be easily peeled off from the side flap 14, and the diaper 1 can be easily replaced.
- an instruction mark indicating which part should be grasped and pulled may be attached.
- an instruction mark 50 indicating the position of the inner end 30 ei of the fastening tape 30 is attached to the surface of the side flap 14.
- the instruction mark 50 may be attached to other parts.
- the indication mark 50 may be attached to the surface of the fastening tape 30.
- the instruction mark 50 may indicate the direction in which the fastening tape 30 is pulled.
- FIG. 11 is a plan view illustrating a modified example (diaper 2) of the diaper 1 in the unfolded and extended state.
- FIG. 12 is an exploded explanatory view of the rear portion 7 (cross section AA) of the diaper 2.
- the skin side sheet 26 and the back sheet 24 constituting the side flap 14 of the diaper 1 do not extend outward in the width direction at the rear part 7. That is, both ends in the width direction of the back sheet 24 (and the skin side sheet 26), which is an exterior sheet of the diaper 2, are formed linearly along the longitudinal direction, and the diaper 2 excluding the fastening tape 30 is substantially rectangular. Is formed. Since there is no portion extending outward in the width direction, the overall width of the diaper 2 can be reduced, and the diaper 2 itself can also be used as an absorbent article such as a so-called absorbent pad or absorbent liner. . In addition, about the structure and function other than the site
- Fastening tape 30 is disposed on both sides in the width direction of the exterior sheet (back sheet 24) in the rear part 7 of the diaper 2 of the modified example. Similar to the diaper 1, the inner end 30 ei of the fastening tape 30 has a portion overlapping the skin side in the thickness direction of the outer sheet (back sheet 24) of the diaper 2 in the width direction, and the outer end of the fastening tape 30. The portion 30eo has portions that protrude outward from both ends of the exterior sheet (back sheet 24). And the junction part 40 is formed in at least one part among the parts which the fastening tape 30 and the exterior sheet
- the configuration of the bonding portion 40 is the same as that of the diaper 1.
- the bonding portion 40 may be formed by a plurality of dot-shaped bonding portions 401.
- the fastening tape 30 can be detached from the exterior sheet (back sheet 24) by grasping the inner end portion 30ei of the fastening tape 30 and pulling the joint portion 40 by pulling the inner end portion 30ei laterally or vertically downward.
- the inner region (the region including the inner end portion 30 ei) in the width direction of the fastening tape 30 in the fastening tape 30 is changed in the thickness direction from the direction toward the outer side along the width direction.
